Ordinatus

Welcome to Oculus, the largest city in Sol. The Imperial City-State has remained one of Sol's most erudite and militant nations throughout history. Oculus' ruling government is the Oculus Ordinatus, the Ordinatus run with an iron fist, running an authoritarian state, ever vigilant against the forces of Chaos. Oculus was once the capital of the mighty Ordinatus Empire, a nation that nearly grew to encompass all of Sol, led by a Council of Heroes, but eventually ended by Heroes.

Now, Oculus is but a city-state, but a powerful nation, it's position in the Alliance of Honor makes it one of the world's looming powers. Noblesse Oblige, the name of a Hero, turned the General of the Militant Wing of the Ordinatus, has formed an elite team known as the Xverian Legion to enforce the law in Oculus, and fight a never-ending fight against the forces of Chaos that threaten the city's very walls.

Noblesse has been away for the last two months hunting down a criminal that fled the city. Now, the General has returned, the Xverian Legionhas been operating without her leadship. Recently, the Optimus has been hunting down a dangerous terrorist, a man responsible for several random attacks throughout the city, they have a lead, he's been tracked to the Mid-levels, in the market trading center. Meenwhile, as Noblesse returns to Oculus, she meets up with an old friend of hers.

Liz wooden shoes clacked along the stone , she yawns and scratches the side of her face. She turns her one eye too the attention of the bounty paper she had in her hand Virgil......? what a pan Ugh god She says spitting out the weed straw in her mouth . Liz looks up at the air ships then sets her eye's back too the road and starts too walk once more. She had too hunt down this man at any cost, meh she was in it for both the money and killing this man And now I get too work needs some freaking leads though she says bored like wooden shoes clacking on the stone .

Willow walked outside ,smiling. She walked to the city nect to the Airdock. She purred when she saw Noblesse walking,and walked towards Noblesse. Willow crept up behind noblesse and bit her neck, and growled. She let go and wrapped her arms around Noblesse.
"Hey-a Pookie!" She laughed loudly trying to embarrass Noblesse.

Deep in the Mid-levels of Oculus, a swarm of guards were running through the streets "Where is he!" "Find him!" "Get the terrorist!" the strong voices of teh guards echoed throughout the market. In a dark alley, a tall man in a blue coat hid, watching the guards from afar "No... I can't be caught... my message must be known..."

Virgil slowly turned to Liz, a small smile on his face "Ah, you look scary, that's the whole thing with scary folks! They're all overcompensating!" he said, making melodramatic hand movements as he spoke, when he finished, he bowed down to Liz "Virgil Vigilant!" as he bowed, lasers bursted form his back, and stabbed out towards Liz like spears "I was an Ordinatus Captain... now I've returned to preach the truth to you cattle..."

Liz smirked as barked like a annoying small dog , she gave a toothy smile Scary you an't seen scary yet Bub When the Lasers came fly at her she cursed and doges them barley , then she jumps too the side at the same time you pulled out five throwing knives from her Kimono . I'm going too preach my sword up your a** in a minute Lize let lose the daggers flying at the weirdo of a man , the daggers were like steel teeth with rigged edges made for ripping trough flesh increasing the damage.

The lasers in Virgil's back shot out, like beams of light, angrily flying through the air. WHen the knives were shot out towards the man, the beams of light shot out towards them, knocking them away "I'm an Ordinatus techno mage... I have implants in my back that allow me to manipulate energy..." he said with a thin grin. The lasers turned into arms, extra arms of pure energy growing out of his back, they were large, and musculer, obviously not ordinary human arms "You're with the Xverian Legion, aren't you?"
