Manoka Operation 2: Coastal Island Invasion

"Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum"

Task force 242 has been assigned to infiltrate and take down the self proclaimed "Kuya-Sangko"'s (a Quasi socialist/communistic terrorist group) currently holding 4000 people hostage in the region. They are stationed on a small, sparsely populated island 200 miles northeast of Manoka and is currently the base of the terrorist headquarters, responsible for the infamous Cruise ship take over.

While the unit typically engages in Guerrilla warfare like engagements, they possess relativley heavy weaponry on the Island and sport a few tanks, aircraft, and anti-aircraft weaponry.

They are known to have underground tunnels in the region and have relativley thick forests and canopies. The terrain is relativley rough, although near the center of the Island is more smoothed out territory with greater buildings and installation. While the underground network is mostly unknown all tunnels are believed to head back to the main base stationed in the middle of the Island within a dormant Volcano- many of the tunnels are both natural and artificial, with some artificial elements to the natural tunnel system throughout the region.

Partially submerged and covered by the mountain, the headquarters is well protected. Additionally, these targets cannot be attacked due to their storage of the hostages, and must be invaded conventionally.
