Biography: Recipient 0014 was code named so because he was the 14 of a line of guinea pigs in a experiment to create a super race.Taken from his family at birth he was raised and trained by a secret order of scientist to create the perfect man.He and the other 100 candidates were taught everything they would need to be leaders and were trained to be killers.Their final test was actually an experiment which would inject them with the serum known as the apple of eden a serum created to give men eternal life.The experiment was not very successful 98 of the candidates died that day and the Eden apple serum seemed to be useless until Axel was brought in when he was injected the serum began to tear his body apart slowly but regenerated it aswell 14 times was he torn apart until finally his body was able to control the serum and keep it in check.After him another one was a success gaining the same thing as him the girl known as Harlequin soon became his partner and the two were sent off on missions to test their power.
Years passed and Harlequin and Axel became very close to the point where they had became a couple, but that was not to last when the scientist found out they tried to seperate the two with poor success the two fought back not wanting to lose each other they made a stand against the scientist and almost destroyed the entire facility, but where caught off and Harlequin was shot in the back with a tranquilizer that would make her seem dead.Axel thinking his love was gone went into a rage changing into his full power form and destroyed the lab fleeing in anger and sadness.He vowed to never let the horro that he lived happen again and has lived as a hero since.
