This is basically what the article says:

1. Let your lady know that there is no rush
2. Talent is sexy
3. Compliment your partner's body
4. Stimulate the whole breast, not just the n****e
5. Start slow and don't forget the clitoris during manual sex
6. Try G-spot stimulation
7. Try positions that stimulate the clitoris
8. Ease into oral
9. Watch her for signs of what she likes and when she is near orgasm
10. Try letting her finish first

Every woman is different of course, so no advice is going to be spot on for every woman in the entire world. But in general, yes, that article definitely contains good advice. Most women would appreciate it if their partner took that advice. Just don't get so caught up in following advice that you forget to communicate with your partner about what she likes!

I see. One of the sections also said that topping a girl off during foreplay makes it easier for her to climax during intercourse. Is that right?

It's true for some girls but definitely not for all. After an orgasm, my clitoris gets extra sensitive. It becomes so sensitive that additional clitoral stimulation is uncomfortable or painful. But clitoral stimulation is the only thing that makes me orgasm. So after an orgasm, I need at least a few hours before I'm ready to go again. A lot of girls are like me and a lot of girls are not. So that's definitely something you can try, especially if your partner is inexperienced or tends to tense up (some girls like to orgasm before intercourse because it makes them more lubricated and relaxed). But just be aware that not all girls are going to want to orgasm beforehand or every time (I prefer to orgasm during intercourse) and that not all girls are going to have another orgasm that soon after the first one.
