Just basically a thread to show off your equipment and gear specs of your PC's, Laptops, Macs etc etc etc.
At the moment I'm using my (4 or 5 year old?) Computer and am building a new one which I will move on to pretty soon, I'll give this one to my mum when I finish.
Current: Case: Antec 1200 MOBO: Striker II Extreme GPU: Radeon 4870x2 RAM: 4 gigs(forget brand) CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
New: Case: CM Storm Trooper MOBO: Asus MAXIMUS-IV-EXTREME-Z Z68 GPU: Geforce GTX680 RAM: G.Skill 16GB CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K
I'll also be using an SSD for my main HD, Crucial M 128GB
Personally not gonna bother with telling PSU, cooling or optical drives etc.
So yeah I think that's it.

I haven't a clue about these things, but this is how my little ol' laptop stands right now. Granted, I'm yet to play an MMO on it, and even Magicka lagged, so I'm worried about whether it'll run GW2 effectively.

Processor: AMD Anthlon II P320 Dual-Core Processor 2.10GHz Memory: 4GB RAM Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Graphics OS: Windows 7 Well considering what the system requirements are for GW2, you are barely making it, though you would most likely have to have reduce the quailty as low as possible.

Yeah sorry, but if you took it to a shop they maybe able to upgrade the RAM, won't make the game any prettier but it would at least make it more conistent

Got the same stuff as him tbh, almost the same just a little stronger. And I want GW2 to be my main MMO once it comes out as well.

Course I'm Warcraft/Blizz fan boy and the wife's first PC game was WoW. While I'll try to be open minded.........not likely XD

Dreamers Requiem Yeah sorry, but if you took it to a shop they maybe able to upgrade the RAM, won't make the game any prettier but it would at least make it more conistent I wonder if it'll run on a Mac. But yeah, I just checked on game-debate and the RAM is fine, but the graphics card is not.
edit: Le cry. Improving the graphics card doesn't help, because then the CPU lets it down. Oh laptop. I will research further and see if it is Mac compatible.

Well best of luck with that, and considering the website says "Our goal with Guild Wars 2 is to have it run on a wide range of Windows gaming PCs." I don't think they are gonna make for the game for the Mac. Hope I am wrong though

But try taking a look at this Laptop-O-Fun it's not a bad laptop and doesn't break the bank (atleast I don't think so)
