Dinger had surprisingly ventured away from her pride for the first since she it had become her home. The adventure into the rogue lands was to be brief and just as a way for to keep her barrings on what life outside the pride was. Which wasn't pleasant. At least, it didn't feel that way anymore. Her gray eyes scanned the area that bordered the pride. She wasn't sure yet how far away she would venture from the pride. "Maybe a couple miles to the east of here." Dinger said as she turned herself in the direction she was talking about.
This was to be an adventure that would maybe even give her a little insight into what the crew members that she entertained went through. Although, she wasn't exactly going to pillage like they did. In fact she wasn't going to pillage at all. Dingergisbar puffed out her chest a bit and flicked her tail. "Now what's my plan." She said, deflating just a small bit. Maybe it would have been better if she had actually thought this all through before deciding to do such a thing. The lioness smile and shook her head. No, that wouldn't be much fun at all.

Þekja'Hrími had his mouth full of antelope, in a stroke of good luck. This creatures, as the wintery leopard mused, must have been colour blind. Usually, he had to scrimp for scraps. Blue isn't very favourable when trying to hide in the tall grass. It was easy enough to steal from Jackals, but they're simply annoying. Hyena's aren't any better, and their bites are worse, though they aren't very fast. Even still, it was nice to have a fresh kill for once. Þekja set his kill down for a moment, giving his jaw a momentary break, while scanning his surroundings. He had a meal, and it wouldn't take long for anyone else to take notice. The winter hued leopard kept an eye out for good trees, while keeping his ears and nose alert. He really needed to find a decent tree soon. The closest ones where puny and would bend. Not good for either his food or himself.
