Paws hit the ground heavily as the male chased after the rabbit, breath harsh and hot. Dammit! This rabbit had sent him half-way around the field. Into logs, into patches of flowers he was sure wouldn't leave his scent for a week, and once he fell into a lake chasing it. It was faster than most, and it was quickly getting on Tsubasa's nerves. If he didn't catch it soon... He'd...he'd... UGH.
The rabbit darted to the side, attempting to not only avoid him but rush into a hole. Letting out a frustrated snarl, the male lunged, managing to send the rabbit flying into a rock, finally, and teeth reaching it's neck. Well. Dinner had made him lose weight in it's effort to flee....
"Finally."

Woken by a double thud against the large boulder she was curently sleeping on, Aura rolled onto her stomach and peeked over the side to see a vaguely familiar fox catching a rabbit. Keeping still, Aura studied the black and blue toned male, trying to catch the niggling thought that said she knew him.
A quick flash of playing hide and seek and a bush made her eyes widen in recognition. "Tsubasa. Long time no see." She called from the top of her rock. She didn't want to go down just yet; he may be territorial of his kill. Especially if he didn't recognize her. Aura wondered if he would remember her. They had been kits the last time they had seen each other, and it had been just the one game.

A voice surprised him, head raising to spot a familiar vixen. Sure, she was an adult, he he'd know her anymore. Grinning back at the girl he took a step from his kill, head cocking to the side.
"Aura!" He chirped back, tail wagging in seconds. Oh! He remembered her~ She was a nice kit when he was a kit, someone that played with him despite how silly he was. "Hey! Nice to see you again~ Are you hungry? I'd love to share." A sweet smile touched his lips, moving gently to the side so she could reach the kill if she came down.

Aura grinned down at Tsubasa and waved her tail, happy that he remembered her. She stood and slid down the rock, using her claws to slow her decent. She hopped the last bit to the ground and sat in the shade of the rock. "I'm not too hungry, Tsubasa, but I wont turn my nose up if you can spare a haunch." She replied.

Smirking back, he tore off a haunch and nudged it closer to her, tail flicking lazily.
"I'm a sharer." He admitted, sheepishly grinning back. He scanned her, pleased. She looked healthy and well, good.
"You look well. Still, how are you?"
