Rinkini rolled again in her sleep, nightmares gripped her as they often did when she was sleeping. She didn't recognise this new soquili that had intruded upon her dreams... nor did she hope to ever meet them, seeing death was not something she indulged in. Tubes. Wires. Pain. Her body curled and a cold sweat swept over her body.
"No...." She mumbled in her sleep, tossing again. Riri didn't want to see any more... couldn't bare the burden of another life on her shoulders. Her cat tail flicked before curling around her. Shivers ran down her spine. Although she wasn't conscious of it, and so would never remember she spoke one more word.... "Jen......o......va....."
The nightmare didn't stop, it gripped her with its icy cold hand... forcing her to see the end of each and every victum her dreams selected. Time and time again she had watched her brother die in her dream state, and although this was not her brother she saw the impact was no less. Sometimes Riri wished she could die.... at least then she would eternally escape the curse of her birth.Bandit was off wandering, something he often did whenever Rinkini slept... there had been a time when he had stayed by her side, but seeing her in pain, unable to wake had disturbed him.... he envied her not for the dreams that consumed her sleeping moments. All Bandit could do was be there when she came back to reality, perhaps with a treat or something.... he knew not if her dreams were true, but that mattered not, all that mattered was that she believed in them, and he believed in her.

[[ ** Note: Any mention of "Geostigma" is just a delusion in his head. There is no real Geostigma in the Soquili Universe. Also, any mention of "Mother" or "Jenova" is not in terms of the Soquili that is already made. That is just another delusion of his. ]] Yazoo hated this constant searching. He hated never being able to find what he needed. His father figure, Sephiroth, was no where. His bothers, Loz and Kadaj, were gone. And worse of all, Mother wasn't around. Where she was, he didn't know. But it was driving him farther and farther into the madness that he would never be able to fully understand. He didn't know what was going on, he didn't like what was going on. His ears pinned back some, before he let out a slight huff, eyes narrowing to slits. He lost his trail hours ago, but continued to wander around, looking.
A snarl from near by drew his attention. The cat like figure slunk out from the bushes, her mask firm on her face, the clawed gloves clinking somewhat. Shadow Creeper, his constant, loyal companion. She was scouting ahead of him while he mused over things int he middle of the night. So, the fact that she was helping him was enough to please the stallion. But he was shocked she was back so soon. The cat let out a low snarl, her eyes flickering, before she turned and dashed back into the brush. At the sight, Yazoo's heart sped up several paces. She had to of found Mother. There would be no other reason that Shadow Creeper would act like that. And so, with that in mind, Yazoo took off as quick as his body would move.
The stallion pushed aside the brush and trees as if they were nothing, his movement easily following the lion. But by the time he stopped, and spotted the mare on the ground, disappointment entered his mind. What was she? Why was she here? Yazoo let out a snort, his eyes narrowing. Shadow Creeper had failed him. He glanced at the lion, whose fur was on end, before shaking his head some, and turned away from the mare. Well, that was a worthless effort. It seemed that the lion didn't know what was going on. So, with a slight bit of anger in his mind, Yazoo started to walk away. Up until he heard the noise. Her voice, saying something. He stopped at the first word, ears flicking, but when she uttered Mother's name, Yazoo's body froze. His mind went into several different modes. Had she seen Mother? Did she know her? Yazoo's head shifted to peer back at the mare, his eyes flickering, before locking on the cat like tail. Was she affected by the Geostigma..?
".... It can't be..." He murmured to himself. Yazoo turned, moving toward the mare, before lowering his head to stare at her, his ears perked, waiting for any noise she may utter. Shadow Creeper, on the other hand, was still snarling, her tail lashing some.

Rinkini was so deep in her world of dreams that she never heard a thing from the real world. Never felt a stranger's presence get closer to her, or his eyes tracing her cat like figure in an effort to figure her out... that was probably a good thing.
She rolled again, this time slower, the dream world gripping her less and less with each passing moment.
Riri opened her eyes. A slow motion that left the image of the world disjointed for a moment... and when a blurred figure came into view she didn't panic, believing that it was somehow connected to the dream world she was leaving behind. At least she had before the figure came more and more into focus. It was clear from the angle of his head -and the strong masculine features definatly belonged to a male- that they were looking at her as if trying to figure something out. Taken by surprise she jumped back, the movement more of a roll and a regaining of footing so that she was now on all fours. "Pervert!" She hissed, not at all ashamed about raising her voice; the fur of her pelt standing on edge as she tried to calm herself... why the hell had been looking at her like some puzzle? Had she spoken in her sleep again? Or maybe just moaned in the grips of another nightmare? She couldn't remember dreaming but that didn't mean she hadn't. "Do you make a habit of staring at sleeping mares?" Most of the anger had gone from her voice now, and her eyes had drifted to the ground even as her cat like tail swayed from side to side.
It was as her eyes lowered that she saw something else... a cat? A two-legger machine? Riri didn't know but it suprised her. Twice in as many minutes? What was going on? Riri was usually the unshakable one, was usually the one who could do anything... only in her dreams did she feel weak and helpless. Maybe that was it? She hadn't woken up? Was this some new sick imagining of her brain? As if she needed something else to torture herself over.
Shaking herself back to reality she turned back to the stallion with narrowed eyes. "What do you want?" Riri did not like feeling vunderable like this.

Yazoo stepped back when he saw her starting to wake up. His ears pinned some, eyes narrowing a bit dangerously. If she knew something about Mother, he was going to find out what it was, whether she liked it or not. The stallion let out a small grunt, his eyes flickering over her body once more, before landing on her face. He waited for a moment, before seeing her startle and back away from him. The stallion didn't move though, used to such actions when people saw him. Fear was one thing that seemed to really be strong when he was around; just the sight of his cat like, green eyes made people cringe. And of course, with Shadow Creeper around now, it seemed even more so.
At the accusation, he had to snort again. Pervert, she called him. In her dreams. He didn't think of anyone in that way. And on a normal basis, he would have just left her and wandered off to continue his search. If she hadn't said Mother's name, he would have left. But she did, so here Yazoo was. He tilted his head some, his hair shifting over his forehead and nose a bit until it was al the way to the side, before he snorted once more, shaking his head. He arched a brow coldly, and let her finish her little fit of fear and anger, before taking a step toward her. The movement was a signal to his companion, and Shadow Creeper quickly moved to her back, snarling and snapping her fangs toward the mare, her ears pinning back as well. She kept her body well enough away from those hooves though, as she had been kicked one too many times to not know how badly they could hurt.
"You spoke in your sleep, pretty one. Mentioning my Mother. You wouldn't happen to know where she is, would you? Because if you do, and you're not telling me... well... that wouldn't be wise of you." He spoke slowly, his voice calm and cool, but holding that dangerous edge of a dagger. He stayed his ground, eyes narrowing slightly toward her. Yazoo would get his answer, or he'd force her to tell him by keeping her near on a short leash. She wouldn't get away without giving him the information he wanted. He would make sure of that.

Riri's ear's flicked as he spoke, even as she found herself unable to resist looking behind her at the cat that was trying to scare her with a snap of fangs... perhaps it was simply because Riri had seen so much death and hatred, so much violence and blood that she wasn't afraid at that moment... no, she was pissed off. She narrowed her eyes, only half listening to the stallion before her as she used her long cat like tail to swat the masked creature. "If you want something that's really not the way to go around it." With a roll of her eyes she turned her attention away and back to the 'pervert'; at least that was what she was going to call him until she had an alternative name.
She flicked the hair from her face as she listened to the end of the conversation taking place.... 'because if you do, and you're not tell me....' WHO DID HE THINK HE WAS? She may be a mare but she wasn't someone who would easily be pushed about by the opposite gender; she was just about to voice this opinion when an image came to her as she looked at him. Strange! That had never happened before. All anger drained from her face taking the colour with it as she began to shake and closed her eyes. No! This couldn't be happening.... dreaming while awake! That was just cruel... would she never escape them? "I.... I.... don't know.... anything." She mumbled, wanting what ever was happening to stop.
Doing her best to compose herself she raised and head and looked at the stranger. She opened her mouth as if to speak but changed her mind. Unable to bring anything forth she lowered her gaze to the left and frowned. Maybe if she lied he would just leave her alone?

Yazoo's ears flickered some. He watched the mare with those harsh, green eyes, letting his body hold still as best as it could. He wanted to lash at her, wanted to force her to talk. But he knew doing so could ruin any chance he got. His eyes flickered lightly down toward Shadow Creeper, who backed up several paces when she lashed her tail at her, the cat letting out a loud hiss of anger, swiping her paw a bit, before just staying put. Yazoo's eyes flickered up, locking once more on her, his head held high, that confident look entering his features. "It's not? Odd, it always seems to work well for me before now."
That was until she seemed to change. Everything. He frowned, eyebrows pulling together. What was that look? He narrowed his gaze, taking a step forward. Yazoo didn't like that look. It was a look of pain and despair; a look of fear. He knew that look all too well, and it wasn't one he enjoyed. He frowned once more, before shifting forward again, and let his head drop a bit to be eye level with hers. She didn't know anything? About Mother? But she had clearly spoken her name; clearly said Jenova. Shaking his head once more, he took a half step back, and frowned, eyes flickering to look at Shadow Creeper. The cat let out a slight snarl, her fur laying flat, before she moved away from the back of the horse, and toward Yazoo, obviously bored with how this was going. The hunt was over, and now she had a loss of interest.
".... You don't know anything? Well obviously you know something, or you would not speak..." Yazoo's eyes flickered along her form, before locking once more on her eyes, staring intently, trying to figure her out somehow.

The only reason that Riri managed to get a grip on herself was through sheer determination; she didn't tell anyone she didn't trust about her dreams.... her brother and Bandit where the only two who knew her secret. Focused again she looked up at him. "Well; it won't work with me." She said, the determination dripping from each word.
She quirked her eyebrow as he spoke about her knowing something or not speaking. She genuinely didn't know what he was talking about; and eventhough she saw an image just a moment before.... well, that was all it was. Her feline tail swished around her back legs in frustration.
Taking a breath she spoke again, looking into a set of green eyes that she actually found rather breathtaking... unusual just like her, though her eyes were red and her tail was less than normal. "I really don't know what you are talking about." She sighed and looked away, her attention now on finding Bandit.
Slightly distracted she said; "Have you seen a mouse around here?" Then a thought came to her... cat... mouse.... her gaze narrowed and turned to the cat that was now sat next to the stranger. "You didn't eat him did you?"

Anger was the first thing that crossed his mind. Yazoo was demented; in a way. He was crazy, and such a phrase was one he was well used to. But this woman apparently thought she could best him. His eyes flickered across her cream tinted fur and scales, taking in all the features he could. She was small, so over powering and besting her would be an easy feat. And the fact that she had a dagger was nothing to him. He had his own weapon, Velvet Nightmare. If anything, he would destroy her with that, and it would be the end of it. It would be an easy fight to win, and there was no way she could out run him either. Yazoo was a strong man, and he wasn't going to allow some small little female to destroy him; in strength or wit.
But when she spoke again, Yazoo saw truth in her eyes. His own flickered some, before locking on her gaze once more. So she truly knew nothing... Well, that was not going to aid him in the least. Shaking his head, which in turn caused his silver mane to shift, the stallion looked to the side and tried to clear his head. If she didn't know anything, he was back to square one. If he was back to square one, who was to say he would ever find Mother. He wasn't emotional enough to just up and break into tears like his brother, Loz, would do in this situation. No, crying and whining over this would solve nothing; would achieve nothing. He had to continue his search, even if it meant moving to a point that would cause his entire being to be under stress once more. His eyes flickered up toward the sky, calculating the time of day for a moment, before he shook his head. Well, he needed to figure out something...
Just as he was about to turn and wander away from her, she asked a question. Yazoo's eyes flickered, before locking on the female for a moment. He arched his brow, glancing around, before shaking his head again. Shadow Creeper's ears perked, before she hissed at him, shook out her small body, and turned, wandering off. At the very least, she would not allow herself to be accused of such a thing. Mice were beneath her, in her mind, and not a satisfying meal. The stallion, on the other hand, let his body hold it's composure, before he flicked an ear up, and toward her, the other perking in another direction; listening to the rustling of the leaves. "... A mouse? I don't particularly search for them." He stated, his voice back to that cool and calm sound, pitch staying even.
