An important question has come to mind for me, and I would like everyone's opinion on this.
When designing characters, for the appearances, would you all prefer to use actual real life pictures for representation, or an animated picture, (be it from a cartoon, game, ect).

For me, animated pictures are most convenient and easy to come up with. I only use real pics when I can't find the ones I want in the animated section... it doesn't really matter actually, 'cause I might not use pictures at all so I can post fast emotion_awesome
