Personality:
Chigur is, above all, a schemer. He's always looking out for number one and loves to be the center of attention. One of Chigur's great passions in life is magic and illusions, after seeing a performance somewhere in the Four Fronds, and he aspires to be the same someday. There's nothing better than astonishing people with a well-performed illusion, and though he's still just a kid he has a few simple tricks under his belt that always seem to impress other youngsters he comes across. He has a very showman-like attitude that almost leans towards theatrical and strives to be impressive in that manner. He's also willing to feign kindness in order to get ahead or gain attention. Chaos and cruelty aren't always his default weapons of choice!
Unfortunately, he's also a bit of a huge brat, even though that doesn't always show on the outside. A tiny con-artist, he is highly hemo-adherent and is in the mindset that he should be able to boss around lowbloods however he wants. That's how the world works, right? Chigur tends to think highly of himself even amongst other purplebloods, but if he finds someone he thinks could be a useful ally, he will show them some form of respect. Anything below purple is just a prospective pawn in his eyes (usually). He prefers to lure his 'friends' to him with impressive feats of magic and honeyed words, since he's just too small to use brute force. He loves to recruit bigger lowbloods, favoring larger kids to do his dirty work and act as his muscle. Seadwellers, as he's learning (from both his lusus and other outside sources) are dangerous and not to be trusted.
Chigur, even as a child, enjoys being manipulative. He likes to pit other kids against one another, especially if he can do it without them realizing it. Especially if it can benefit him somehow. Often times, however, his plans backfire and he will be left all alone to pick up the pieces when his victims realize they're being strung along.
Strengths:
[+] Outwardly Charming
When he wants to be, Chigur can put on a mask of incredible charm and affability. He understands that being nasty and throwing tantrums all the time will certainly not get what you want, and he's quickly come to be more cunning than that. If Chigur sees something he wants he'll use a variety of tactics to get it and this includes feigning sweetness in order to befriend people for whatever reason. He usually keeps this mask on in public as much as he can, because you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar, right? He prides himself on being a 'people person', even if there are usually ulterior motives involved...

Despite being a kid, Chigur has a surprising dislike of uncontrolled disarray. This may be influenced by his controlling nature, but he likes to know where things are, and this trait mostly makes itself apparent in his hive. Everything has its place and he tries to keep it that way so that his belongings are accessible when he needs to find them. This isn't to say he minds small messes or messy activities, but he will often take the time to clean things up when he's done playing, or if something gets broken or messed up. He frowns upon clutter and is quick to comment if he happens to know anyone who allows themselves to wallow in their own filth. Keep in mind that he is not crazy or ocd about this, he won't drop what he's doing to clean every time he sees messes. It just makes him feel more grown up to keep his hive nice and tidy.
Flaws:
[-] Attention Whore
A trait gained, perhaps, as a result of being constantly and heavily doted upon (and spoiled) by his lusus. Chigur is a troll who is always thirsty for attention. He fulfills this need by showing off to others and trying to sweet-talk or impress people into being his friend. He hates being overshadowed, and can take his attention-seeking too far at times. Unfortunately, his interactions with other trolls are often shallow and unfulfilling, and he rarely succeeds in making any lasting friendships.
[-] Short-Tempered
While Chigur can put on a very cool-faced, friendly facade, that talent is often foiled by the fact that his temper can be set off rather easily. He hates being inconvenienced, and sometimes even the smallest things are enough to make him lose his s**t. He hates being interrupted, hates being criticized, and he hates it when other people try to steal his spotlight. He's not below lashing out or trying to shame other trolls he thinks are trying to screw up his groove. He's very competitive in this regard, and won't hesitate to fight dirty or double cross if he needs to.

Build:
He's short and probably a bit small for his age (a trait that will stick with him for the rest of his life). Instead of allowing this to be a negative thing, he uses it to his advantage, and doesn't often let jokes about his stature get to him.
Hair:
Short and combed/slicked back with his quaily-q in the front, Chigur keeps his hair as neat as he can manage by himself.
Eyes:
Sly and always on the lookout for any kind of opportunity to show off or further his own goals.
Expression:
If he doesn't have a deceptively charming grin on his face, it's often a condescending smirk (or sneer) depending on who he's dealing with.
Horns:
Swept back over his head, starting a few inches above his temples, and curled under at the tips. Nothing too grandiose or special about them, but they are short and elegant in his opinion, and don't really get in the way of clothing or the like.
Clothing:
He has a bit of that highblood enjoyment of finery in clothing, and even as a child will go for more than just the simple grey and black look. Patterned vests, nice black slacks, and dress shirts are all part of looking flashy, just like he likes. Being a well off little highblood, he tries to care for his clothes, but isn't afraid to get them dirty if the situation requires it.
Home: Four Fronds lakeside. He has a sizeable home that it is very comfortably furnished. Extravagant furniture, funky and interesting paintings, and all sorts of magic-related crap decorate the interior.
Lusus: Cooper, a big fat quail, monstrously large (for a quail) at around eight feet tall. Quaildad is extremely protective of Chigur, and indulges his son's wishes to the best of his abilities. It's no lie that Chigur is a spoiled little kid and the actions of his lusus only help to further his feelings of entitlement. Cooper does many things for Chigur, often serving as transportation and an effective bodyguard, as well as a warm mass of feathers to cuddle up to on cold days. He may be a bird, but his talons and claws are razor sharp, and he can be incredibly fierce if need be.
Cooper often ends up being Chigur's only true form of friendship and consolation. Where the kid will often end up chasing most of his friends off in the end, Quaildad will always be there to comfort him no matter what. Similarly, Chigur returns this sentiment in a way that he's never done for any troll. Even as a child, he'd do just about anything for his lusus, and does make sure to keep him comfortable in their shared home.
