 Hex stifled a yawn as he lounged under a tree that morning. He had done it again the night before.. walked into some one else's dreams while he and the slumbered. Resting his head on his paws, he gave a sigh. He was about fed up with it. His mother's aid had been something.. but sleeping with the knowledge that he could walk into the dreams of some one else. This last one had been a night terror.. and frankly.... it had been more terrifying for him he thought than the one having the dream.

 Once again Castiel Hart, or just Castiel, was out and about looking for something to keep him entertained for even a small amount of time. The mixture of light and dark green strings that were tied to his left front leg were dragging in the undergrowth as his tiny, lime green wings fluttered against his back. As he began to pass the tree Hex was settled in his green ears twitched, causing him to look up into the tree. Glowing green eyes traveled through the tree slowly until they landed on the other orange and green male. "You know, sleeping up in trees isn't safe. What if you had fallen?" He asked as he cocked his head to the side and waited for a response.

Hearing the voice, he looked from his spot to see the other male and rolled his shoulders in a tired shrug. "Hard to fall when your wide awake..." He didn't want to sleep.. not now, not when he knew he could very well slip into some one's night terrors. Shifting slightly, he sat up and dropped down, landing on her feet just a bit away from the other male.

"Hex Pardus? That's an interesting name. I've ran into a couple of the Pardus family in my time but you are the first one I've ever tried to talk to." He explained with a shrug of his shoulders. "You guys seem like a tight nit group for such a large family." He mused before laying down on his side instead of sitting, the tip of his tail twitching as he spoke. "So you actually do sleep a lot? If you do then why do you look like someone that hasn't slept in months?" The other male lifted a brow and crossed the string wrapped front leg over his other one, deciding to get comfortable since he didn't plan on going any where soon.
((I some how managed to mess up this post, will fix it up later ;w wink )

"I tend to sleep my life away.." He rolled his shoulders in a shrug once more. "I've been like that since I was kit." He gave a wry smile and flopped out on his belly in the green grass, glowing eyes looking over the land before resting on the other noodle. " Pleasure, I'm sure... I'm Hex. Hex Pardus." Though he'd been quite fond of sleeping in his youth his reasoning behind sleeping hadn't come clear till his powers had come into light. the fact that they had arrived to late in his life had been enough to make him understand that he'd been always meant to sleep most of his life away.

"I suppose we are a tight nit family.." He'd never really thought about how close he was to his family before. "I suppose it's because my power requires me to sleep more than most.. with great magic comes it's price and this.. must be mine." He stifled a yawn. He was a dream walker.. one that refused to toil with the dreams of others and he was beginning to wonder why he didn't just nudge night terrors into better things. Had he really been that disturbed by what he'd seen last night?
