Name Meaning: "By the homeworld I hope to see one day."

Aspirations: Joining the ranks of the Cerberus Knights
Personality:
If there is one thing that Keelah is talented in, its sweet talk. He is handsome, charming, flirty and loves using these skills to woo the ladies (and gentlemen). He tries not to embarass himself, making a huge effort to remember names and know what is going on in a persons life; if your mother is in hospital he will send her his love, and tries his best not to offend under any circumstances. This on occasion leads to misunderstandings, just because he flirts with you does not mean he is interested in a relationship, or that he even likes you. He has just found it the easiest way to make friends, through granted sometimes it makes people uncomfortable - he does not have a very good concept of personal space.
Keelah would rather see things with his own eyes than receive information from an outside source. He is not one to believe rumours and pays no attention to gossip; in other words he does not base his opinions on what he is told and is willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt on first meeting. Keelah's favourite word is why. Why did you do that? Why do you feel that way? He is always trying to understand why people act the way they do and often sticks his nose in where it is unwelcome. He does not mean any harm; he just wants to get to know people better - however this trait has lead him to numerous confrontations were others just did not have the patience to spell things out for him.
Keelah keeps his promises, even if it takes months or even years, he will never forget and never fail to pull through if it is at all possible. He is loyal to his friends and is a character that you can truly rely on in your time of need, if there is anything he can do to help a situation he will do it without hesitation and will not expect payment in any way. Keelah is for the most part a nice guy, however he does not wonder around with rose-tinted glass's. He always comes through on his promises because he will never promise anything that he does not think is possible. He often underestimates people and feels the need to wrap them in bubble wrap, if he thinks someone is in over their head he will say so. He is not the kind of person you would call an optimist, if something can go wrong he expects it to.
He is also not the kind of person to talk about his own problems, despite how keen he is to help others with theirs. Generally he will brush off others concerns, smiling politely and stating he is fine, even when he is not. He does not want to burden others needlessly and will never get other people involved if he does not have to. People can not help but feel there is a wall surrounding him; not allowing anyone to get too close. After a while his words and actions become predictable, almost as if they are programmed or scripted. Under the smiles and the comforting words a storm is raging.
Short Biography/background:
Born the son of a Cerberous Knight, Keelah has always felt the urge to walk in his fathers footsteps. His family is upper-class, hailing from Lumena Castle Town, so he never went wanting anything. His mother works as a Liberian, and the young witchling inherited her love for books and her cyan colouration. When he was about nine years old his father did not come home and since then Keelah has been trying to piece together the puzzle surrounding said disappearance. He is currently attending the academy, where he is trying to find his niche and become one step closer to joining the Cerberus Knights; and finding the truth about his father.

Magic Theme :: Reavers Sacrifice.
Favorite Spells ::
Bloodhound --- For this spell to work Keelah needs a drop of blood, the blood glows and expands to create a red hound which leads him back to the person who's blood was used to create it. It is a tracking spell.
Paralyzing Hemorrhage --- This spell corrupts the blood of a selected foe. They are usually left on their knees crippled in pain for about ten seconds. Keelah can not launch another attack during the effects duration so its most commonly used to allow him and allies to flee.
Blood Frenzy --- Whilst Keelah's foe is bleeding he is able to sense where they are and his attacks are more likely to hit them. The effect starts when they begin to bleed and ends the moment the bleeding stops. The smell of blood makes him physically stronger and faster, acting almost like a drug.
Blood Wound --- Keelah's strongest attack, using this means that an enamies blood starts to boil in their veins causing a great deal of damage, however it also means giving a large chunk of his own health through bloodletting, He is most likely unable to carry on the fight after using this attack. This attack is not fatal, unless an opponent is already close to death.
Grim Sacrifice --- Keelah is able to heal drinking the blood of others.
One Foot In --- Keelah is able to summon corpses by controlling their blood, he can not control skeletons because of the lack of it.

A very quick note about your character: Keelah's magic has a strong theme of necromancy and blood, he uses his own blood to heal, attack and summon which means he has numerous scars around his wrists which he hides to the best of his ability. He uses ancient tomes to study old and sometimes forbidden magics and has a strong interest in the dark and forgotten. Personality wise he is flirtatious, loudmouthed and cunning, think of him as the darker equipment of prince charming with a dash of succubus, a hint of vampire and a buttload of sexy. He appears rather feminine and his clothes should reflect this fact, do not be afraid to have fun with his design. He is a cross dresser, a very convincing one, and it would be nice if his art reflected this. He even wears make-up around his eyes.
