Meets and Greets~
Anti- *He hadn't left his home in awhile... and now that he was in the further depths of the city it unnerved him. He wasn't sure what to do... or why the hell he had decided to do this. Or even where he was. In the art alley, actually. Why? Hnn. He should go back to the lake. He should buy a house or something but.... nn.*
Koray: -There was a huge crowd forming outside his tent. This made Koray smile. He was going to win, he knew it.- No pushing, no pushing! There is plenty for everyone! -He widened his arms, using his innate showmanship to draw the crowd in. He shifted his paws to the table and began handing out the little white paper plates.- Just make sure you vote for me! My food is the best in town!
Anti- *Food? He was... hungry. Though he didn't have money to buy food. He smelled it, though, his nose twitching as he approached the white tent a crowd was gathering around, curiously slipping inside. Ah. A man was.... cooking? Was it free?*
Koray: -Lets out a breath of relief as the crowd begins to thin. Anxious, he began to clean up, noting a left over plate of food. He was about to toss it out when he saw the aquatic male.- Ahhh... would you like to try my chicken? Its free. -Offers the plate out to him.-
Anti- *Looks at it, briefly blinking, then lifts it, looking at the man. He's never had chicken before... actually... he's had very limited foods from being stuck in a lake most of his life. Stares at his food, the large male sniffing it curiously.*
Koray: Well, go for it! -Puts a paw on his hip.- I am one of the best chefs that The Lucky Noodle has ever seen, if I do say. I promise you you won't regret it. Every taste will be like heaven in your mouth. Just try it if you don't believe me!
Anti- *He's far to trusting, he's realized, and when the male orders him to eat it he takes a small bite despite his large size, the muscular male blinking a bit, then eating the rest on his plate quickly. It. Is. The. Best. Thing. He. Has. Ever. Eaten. Ever.*
Koray: -Grins, his paw still on his hip.- I told you. I boast truthfully, I am the best. Just getting those damned critics to admit it is like pulling teeth. -Says under his breath.- But nevertheless, I am happy when I see someone enjoying my food. That is what I slave over all day in the kitchen for.
Anti- *Eyes flick up, extending his plate suddenly, his stomach grumbling. There's more...right?*
Koray: -Stares at the plate and muses.- Sorry, I don't have anymore. After cooking for fifty people my supplies are kind of low. -Frowns as he starts to put away his supplies.- But if you help me clean up I can take you back to the shop and make some more.
Anti: -Considering his choices, he doesn't have many if he wants more of that food, and besides, he wasn't sure where else to get it. So, with a swift nod, he begins to help, balancing plates on one arm and using the other to pick strays up.-
Koray: Ah! A regular busboy we have here! Excellent! -Helps pick up some plates tossing them in a tub to get washed.- Very strong arms... -Winks at him.-
Anti: -blinks at the wink, unsure what to do with it and spots that the man had put his dishes in a tub, doing the same. What was a busboy?-
Koray: Ahhh... thank you. Would you mind washing them? I'll dry. -Throws a dry towel over his shoulder.-
Anti: Wash? How? -ready to accept the challenge-
Koray: W-What? You don't know how to wash dishes! Tsk, tsk! -Waggles his paw finger at him. Tossing him a rag.- First, fill the tub with fresh water, warm. Second, add the soap, just a little! Don't overdue it! Third, take the rag and wipe off all the grime and foodstuffs until the dish is clean. Then you rinse and dry and put the dishes away! In this case, there. -Points to a wrack.- We need to pack them to take them back to the shop.
Koray: Good good! Now be careful not to break them. -Helps him out by drying and putting the dishes away.-
Anti: -Helping the other, he paused as he assisted, then finally spoke. He rarely spoke, and he wasn't sure if he had given his name yet- Anti.
