Here is a list of the different lantern corps colors:
Red - Rage
Orange - Avarice/Greed
Yellow - Fear
Green - Will
Blue - Hope
Indigo - Compassion
Violet - Love
Now, I also need to know who each of your characters (living or dead) need to get an extreme emotional response and what color those responses would be.

Yrra Cinra, Star Sapphire Corps. Galactic Enforcer of Love. Violet Ring. The person needed for an extreme emotional response is John Stewart. Response evoked: Love, Hope, Compassion. Would also react with Love and Compassion to her family.

Huntress Sinestro Corp.
Fighting against the unjust (Will). Protecting those from her loses (Love). Fighting against those who attack the weak (Rage). Her Faith has been shaken and she's afraid of failing (Fear).
Leo: Indigo Tribe.
The strong belief in his abilities (Will). His urge to fight for the innocent and the weak (Compassion and Will). The fear of failing (Fear).
SWAT: Star Sapphire.
Emotional Response To: Being fair and just to all (Compassion). The fear of failing to protect the innocent (Fear and Love). The Will to push herself past her limits (Will). A buried feeling of love that believes all life is worth protecting and worth seeking justice (Love).

arrow d**k Grayson, it's hard to think of him as anything other than blue
