He was amused. Oh so very amused. It was rare in and of itself to find this particular 'man' wandering around alone with no female companion at his side. But occasionally it did happen. However today, it was more like a big huge game of hide-n-seek. Sariel would be around the towns somewhere. Having her own fun. And it was his job to find her. To tag her and start the game all over again. But that was not the only reason for his amusement today. Only a portion of it.

Remiel inhaled deeply, letting out a dreamy sigh. So many young ones here. Unsuspecting and easy prey. His gaze followed a young boy as he darted through the crowd. A student, judging by the outfit. Altering his course a little, the witch eater (such a lowly name for what he was, in his opinion anyways) followed the young boy. Who was soon joined by others in the same uniform. The Academy. Ah, he'd kept an eye on it over the years. But, now that he took a moment to think about it, Remiel could honestly say he'd never been here before. Well, clearly that was about to change! Makai Academy was going to play host to a creature even scarier then what nightmares produced.

And the best part? They'd never even know what walked their halls~

He walked with a bounce in his step, gaze taking in the Academy itself as he approached it. Several young students walked around him, past him, in a hurry to escape school or running late for a class. None of them even bothered to give the handsome young man walking through their school grounds a secon- okay a third glance. There were many second glances as they stopped to admire his looks. Though Remiel didn't agree with their tastes right now. He had a minor glamour cast about himself, making his appearance that of a respectable individual. One that could be anything from a professor here at the Academy to a business man in a neighboring town.

Finally pausing in his stroll, the blonde haired man tapped his chin. Where ever did he begin lurking about this place? It would be wise to learn as much of the layout as he could. For future use. But he was in a good mood and didn't want to prowl about like a predator. As fun as that would be.

"S'cuse me, darling? Might you be able to assist me?" He tapped the first gorgeous human female child he found alone on the shoulder. She was startled when looking up to see him, though a faint flush appeared against her pale cheeks at the way he looked at her. "I appear to be in need of an...escort around the grounds? I've not been here in a long while and have forgotten my way around." He gave her a sheepish look with a light laugh that could melt most women.

"S-Sure! I'd be h-happy and willing to escort you around!" The blush increased. Oh yes, she was his little caged bird for now. "W-Where would you like me to take you?"

Remiel glanced around, a faint and strangely familiar 'thrum' whispering against his skin. He couldn't place it just yet. "How about a tour of the classrooms, precious?" He flashed a charming smile that sent shivers down the poor fools spine. But she obediently stammered an answer and began the tour. Which he only vaguely paid attention to. His mind slowly formed a mental map of the interior and rooms of interest. One made him pause briefly, nose twitching and eyes becoming feral for a split second.

"Who's classroom is this?" He inquired politely, eyes no longer feral.

"Oh! T-That's Professor X's room. Our Arcane history Professor. He's kind of scary." She babbled off, moving on to the next room.

Professor X? Curious. He'd have to go stick his nose in there and have a look about. But first...ahhh, there it was. The thrum he'd felt before. It tingled against his senses and a slow and dangerous smile spread.

"And this one, precious?" Remiel drawled. "Who teaches here?"

"Professor Miusa." She unconsciously lowered her voice. "She's our- o-oh! P-Professor! I'm s-sorry-"

"Forgive our intrusion, my lady. This precious gem was giving me a tour of the school." He reached out and gently lifted the girls hand to his lips, placing an innocent kiss against the back. "Thank you for all your time, precious. I believe I've taken up too much of yours. You're free to go now." As if released from a spell, the girl nodded slightly confused, and darted off. Remiel, grinned, twisting around to walk further into the room and eye everything. It was fascinating!

"Such a strange yet interesting place, Makai Academy. With equally strange and interesting teachers." He twirled around and sat upon the top of a desk, mismatched eyes glinting with glee. "It has been a long time, my beautiful White Lily."

It was that special time of the day when the many seats in her classroom were empty, and nothing but the dusty rays of sunlight which poured in through the tall windows kept her company. Grimtooth was probably out harassing people in the library (again...) Finally, she had peace for the day. and laid her head gently on her crossed arms, basking her creamy hair in the afternoon sunlight. This feels nice.

It was then she heard the creak of the heavy oak door to her classroom when she looked up, a slightly perturbed look to her usually gentle yet calculating face. Two people, a female and a man who was obviously not a Makai student. At first, she didn't pay this any mind. Her first thoughts were simply to believe it was another teacher, and she had already begun absentmindedly shuffling papers until he spoke, dismissing the girl.

That voice...

...She recognized that voice.

And then, looking at him.....at Remiel, Miusa became frozen in her chair, her lips partially open in a gasp that never escaped, watching as he strode closer and slid onto her desk. She hadn't thought of him in years it seemed. With her type of living (if you could call it that) it was common that she made connections with others, wanted or not, liked, loved, or hated, and there would be times in her life she would remember them, but something from so, so long ago....A memory of Remiel or his twin sister Sariel popping up in her head alone would have shocked her these days, but to see the actual thing before her...

"You're still ...... living?" she murmured, her words surprised and curious. This had to be a farce. She rose, her chair sliding back with a loud screeching noise as she hastily grabbed the man's face between her hands, pulling at his cheeks, tugging at locks of his hair. "....Remiel...." her voice was low and not much louder than a whisper. "But you're not like me, you should be dead, long dead. And your sister...." She suddenly whipped her head behind her, almost suspicious as all her old feelings flooded back into her, including her natural instinct to protect her womanly parts....Sariel always had a habit of appearing behind her and grabbing them, or attempting to hold her still for Remiel's advances. Perverted twins...

They had always been .....well. Much of the time a hindrance, always appearing at inconvenient times to be the perverts they were, always trying to touch and grope her, or drag her down dark alleyways, and yet at the same time, the two witch eaters....funny that they were indeed just that, were one of the more closer things she had to friends.

Especially in those days.

"Part of me wants to hug you, Remiel...." she said softly, her voice almost quivering. "....And part of me is saying I should push you off my desk and kick you in the ribs. W-...what are you doing here? Do you have any idea what would happen to you if you were found out? And don't even try anything like your old ways with any of these students, I will break you, alive or not."

She fled her desk quickly, shutting the heavy door to her classroom and turning the large brass key in the keyhole to lock it, less anymore random people decided to drop in unannounced. "Honestly.....Just....honestly!" she cried, dragging a hand down her face. "And you're still calling me that name, 300 years later?"

It really was her. That tingle of familiar and old magic that himself and probably very few others (namely Sariel) would be able to detect no matter what. For their kind, those old and powerful, it was hard to completely mask their magic. Even himself, the master of illusions, wouldn't be able to hide everything from Miusa. The White Lily. A name that he'd given her a long time ago. A time that almost seemed like another life. And no, he and his twin had never forgotten her. How could they?!

"Of course I am!" He chimed pleasantly, shifting a little on the desk. One leg was placed over the other, crossed at the ankles much like a child might do. The witch eater opened his mouth to say something else, but Miusa was on the move, grabbing at his face. The screech of the chair had made him wince, but the feel of her hands pulling at his cheeks and hair made him whine like a baby. "Miusa, love! Geez, had I known you were this aggressive I'd have just draped myself over you and gone for the pleasure." And of course he took advantage of her shocked and bewildered state to let his hands cup her breasts and squeeze lightly. "Still think I'm not me?" He teased before sighing and waving a hand. "She's not here, so don't look so defensive. Though it does make you look like a delectable treat."

Strange and dangerous as it may be, Remiel could not deny that he was supremely happy to see that Misua was still alive and well. She was, after all, the only thing the twins had besides one another. And they very much did love Miusa in their own way.

A cheshire smile spread along his lips as he reclined back against the desk - her desk - mindless of any papers that were on it. His gaze followed her movements to the door as she locked it. "I promise you I am very much alive. And would very much take that hug~" He purred, eyes homing in on her chest as he chuckled low. Her threat just went in one ear and out the other, a hand waving at her. "Don't worry, I'm not here to harm any of the students." He sighed, sitting up. "I happened to be in Makai and was curious about this Academy. I've never been here and wanted to look around." That and he was searching for Sariel as they were still playing their game. He just didn't add that part. "Even if there are some fine looking young ones here..." A wistful sigh escaped as his eyes met hers, lips quirking up.

"It is the name I gifted you with. So of course I'm still using it!" Remiel felt a pang in his chest. It really had been a long time, hadn't it? In one lithe movement, belaying just how inhuman he was, Remiel was in front of her, hooded gaze staring down at her face. A monster he was and a b*****d he could be, but on occasion, in moments such as this, he could be the creature only his twin ever really saw. He wrapped his arms around Miusa in a hug that was void of any groping. This time anyways.

"Mmmm....it's been so long, my white lily! What ever have you been doing this whole time?" He paused, stepping back to rock back on his heels. "Aside from pretending to be a teacher that is."

He had his hands on her breasts already. Definitely Remiel. Her pale cheeks flushed pink and she swatted him away as she ran to lock the door, but suddenly found herself captured in his shadow, between his arms.

"Rem...iel..." Miusa's voice came out in a hushed whisper as she was caught in the witch eater's arms, suddenly drowned in the feeling of warmth that emanated from his body as he took her into his chest. It had been a very, very, very long time, so long that she couldn't even remember when last she had been held by anyone, or anything. Her arms lay draped at her sides, her expression wide-eyed and staring into one of the tall windows that let the sun come soaking in. Ever so slowly, her fingers twitched a little, her hands raised, and she returned his embrace.

For a moment, just one brief moment, her fingers clenched on his shirt, her head lowered and touched against his chest, and her eyes almost stung with the formation of human tears. Almost. There were many emotions she felt that were associated with the twins, and many of them she stopped feeling or caring about when she had disappeared from their lives, so long ago. Embarrassment. Mischief. Annoyance. Suspicion. Joy. Reluctant-love, for both of them.

Miusa bit her lip, releasing Remiel and immediately turning away from him. Though she had not cried, she knew he would immediately be able to tell what she was thinking if he saw her face, and that was something she most certainly didn't want. "I don't pretend, Remiel," she murmured, hanging the brass key by the door. She was still not willing to unlock it.

"I've been here, at least for the past....100 or so years. Being able to give some sort of wisdom makes a seemingly endless and cursed life feel a little less lonely, somehow." she turned back to face him, a slight smile on her face. "Teaching your kind, my kind....well, the closest thing to my kind, anyways." Again a dry smile as her hand absentmindedly hovered over her chest. She was, of course, referring to the fact that she, like him, had multiple 'hearts'....one was human, her original, and one.....a majin seed that she had long, long ago put to rest within her.

"It's somewhere I can just exist, I suppose. Just trying not to be dragged into ordeals not my own. I'm not a super-hero.....obviously, or I wouldn't be consorting with you now, would I?" She made her way back to her desk, tidying up the papers he had ruffled and stuffing them in a drawer, before sitting on the edge of it herself.

Her figure hadn't changed since they had last seen each other.... Nor her face. Petite frame endowed with womanly curves, soft and squishy thighs, soft and squishy breasts kept hidden away under a white blouse and corset. Her hair had gotten quite a bit longer, and that was truly about it. She found it hard to take her eyes off of Remiel, pulling one of her legs up to rest her chin on her knee, her arms wrapped around it as she looked him up and down. It was still hard to believe, though he was here. She had always found him easy to look at.

"I wouldn't suppose it's you and Sariel who are involved in that little Majin Sanctuary I've heard whispers of, hm?" she asked sweetly, though mischief played in her eyes.

He wasn't sure if she would shove him away, stand there blankly, or return the embrace. But he still hugged her, hands 'politely' at her back and not her a**. Though it was her lower back. For him though, that was Remiel on his best behavior. But he was rewarded when she slowly returned the embrace. Remiel's lips twitched up into a fond smile, letting Miusa be surrounded by himself.

There was a deep, hungry look in his eyes when they separated. And for that one moment, he saw something that called to him in her eyes. Even as she turned quickly away, he watched her with that same hungry look. A small shrug was the response he gave as she hung the key by the door. "Neither do I, Miusa." He purred but made no move other than to cross his arms lazily over his chest.

"100 years, you say?" His brow wrinkled as he frowned. Time had long since started to become a blur to him and Sariel. It was harder to keep track of when events happened or how long it had been since they'd prowled through one town or another. "100 years..." He murmured again. "Has it really been that long since I last walked through this town?" The question was soft and more to himself, but that's usually how he became when realizing how long it really had been. Then he grinned mischievously. "Poor poor Makai. Having to go so long without my presence to make things exciting~" The grin stayed the same, but something shifted in his eyes. "You have us, Miusa darling." He said quietly. "But I'm glad you've found something to keep you sane!"

Laughing, Remiel prowled over to one of the student desks and flopped down in it. Mostly. He swung his legs up to cross them over the top of the desk itself. With a deep inhale, as he sighed, the glamour dissolved to allow Miusa to see the typical Remiel. Though his hair was much longer by now then the last time they'd seen one another. And maybe a little more muscle, but otherwise his features were still as angelic in appearance as his twins. He looked all around the room again, that devilish look appearing. "So I have you all to myself in this vacant classroom and a locked door. I wonder what all I could do in such a perfect set up? Hmm..." He looked over at Miusa, gaze traveling all along her figure. Those luscious curves, creamy white thighs, nicely round breasts that fit comfortably in his hand...!

"Hmmm...?" Alright he was a little distracted imagining all the things he could do within this confined space to Miusa. Things that would be more fun were his twin here. But alas, it was just him and the white lily. "A Majin Sanctuary, you say? I'm intrigued and flattered you think it was related to us! Quite the ingenious idea, I must admit. I'd love to discover it and meet the creator of such a Sanctuary." His reply was easy and just as mischievous with a hint of something sinister under it all. But the question that it raised was whether it was a lie or not. As nothing he said was an actual 'lie'. "I wonder who has been making such whispers." He mused, linking his fingers behind his head. "Wonder if they've been there before?"

I'll have to do some digging and tell Sariel of this. He knew that none of their pawns had fled from their Sanctuary. He'd have felt that and been able to dispose of them. But it was a little harder to keep track of those that stumbled upon their town by accident if they never actually entered it. However even that was not as likely as the thought currently crossing his mind. One of their pawns was brave enough to defy them.

"So tell me, Miusa darling. What is it you teach here? And are there any other....exciting teachers like you?"

Miusa felt hot shivers run up her spine when she caught Remiel's gaze, hooded and dark and hungry, watching her, the feeling she was in danger of being pounced on by a predator looming over her shoulders. She frowned, raising a brow as she stared at him, but unable to keep a small blush that she refused to regard from rising in her cheeks. If Sariel were joining him here now, she felt like she would more likely be in the girl's clutches and offered up as some sort of sexual sacrifice to her twinly brother. Damn them.... But, admittedly, it always left her laughing in the end, though Remiel's eyes were different than what she remembered. She could remember him looking at her playfully or with mischief as he wriggled his fingers and approached her breasts in the past, but never could she remember him staring at her so outwardly hungry, nor could she remember a time when he was visually tasting her whole body with his eyes.

"All to yourself, hm?" she mused, turning her face to stare out one of the tall windows again. "And just who says I'm yours, anyways?" she cast her eyes back at him, a coy little smile curving on her soft lips. He usually had the upperhand when it came to alarming her or embarrassing her, especially with the teaming up with his sister, so it was something interesting to catch him alone and try the reverse. "Its been a long time, Remiel. Who says I don't have the upperhand now to do as I please?" She placed her hands on her hips, a smug but amused look on her face as she slid off the desk and walked toward him, suddenly whacking the desk he sat at with her blackboard pointer.

Her face became a bit more distant and cross when he asked her about the teachers. She shrugged, turning her side to him and holding both her arms at the elbows under her bosom. "I teach Incantations and Catalyst Magic. Sometimes even the old spells....As for teachers, I don't know, I don't really speak to them, honestly." For a moment, she seemed sullen, staring off into space, before glancing back at Remiel, her eyes softening, but just a little. Even reluctantly, it felt somehow good to her that the two terror twins were back, that they didn't die. They had been two of the only people besides Runa she had really grieved for losing.

Miusa bent forward onto the desk Remiel sat at, one hand against the surface to hold her up, the other reaching forward and patting him on the head several times like a child, a playful yet somehow meaningful smile formed on her surprisingly gentle face. "It's...good you two are here," she murmured. It really is. "..............................But don't think you can just barge into my classroom whenever you'd like. I'm not above making examples of either of you~" her thread was so melodious it was hard to take truly seriously.

The color forming along her cheeks was just adorable! Oh he wanted to see just how red he could make that pristine body of hers. It had always been a fantasy of his. Of course Sariel was included in said fantasy. Sort of a default where the twins were involved. They didn't really know much about having something to themselves. No, they had always shared in some way. The only times he could honestly think of where Sariel was not by his side was when he was playing with his pawns. The more troublesome ones that needed a little extra convincement before their spirits broke enough that he could use them and move them into place upon their chess board.

He chuckled, letting his gaze flicker about the room before returning to her face. "Why I did, obvious. But the locked door and vacant room tilt things in my favor, don't you agree?" His tongue flicked out to lick a slow line along his lips. That coy little smile sang softly to that inner 'hum' he felt. The one that was hardly ever sated and one of the things he most enjoyed. Aside from manipulating the lives of pawns. "Well, by all means...if you'd like to be in charge and on top, I'm all for it. I'm sure that desk of yours is sturdy enough to handle us~" His gaze narrowed dangerously, smile flashing some fang her way. It was so very tempting to pounce and pin her against his body.

Lucky for her, he was on good behavior. For the moment. He did still have Sariel to find and play with. Unless Miusa pushed him too far. And with the way she was walking towards him...Remiel blinked owlishly up at her, one eyebrow slowly rising as she whacked the desk. He didn't move an inch. Okay that wasn't true. He did move, simply sliding further into the chair while reaching out to tug at the him of her outfit.

"Miusaaaa! It's not nice to show such aggression! What would your students think?!" He whined at her. "Besides, I like to play rough from time to time. Shall I allow you to spank me?" Chuckling at himself, Remiel just continued to watch her with a lazy expression that lost some of his playfulness as he watched her face.

"Such a lonely way to survive." Absently, his fingers toyed with her clothing much like a person might worry a ring or necklace while they thought. "Incantations and Catalyst Magic, hmmm? Ahh, and are there any that can handle the old spells?" His eyes brightened curiously. And then he laughed. "My dear white lily! Must I go roam the halls and scout out the teachers to find you a suitable one? There were a few rooms that caught my eye." He paused, then added in a much more serious and old, weary voice, "And are there any that have potential to be as old as we are?" They always searched, out of curiosity more than anything now days. Still, it was nice to know that there were others besides just them. Even if the numbers were almost nonexistent.

Remiel sighed, actually closing his eyes as she pat his head. There was a sort of trust there, though that didn't mean the monster he was wouldn't try to tear out her throat should she try and kill him. "We are glad....to have found you alive and well." He replied softly, eyes opening slowly. The grin that sprang across his lips was much more like the typical Remiel. "But what if we want to attend one of your classes!" The witch eater whined yet again. "It would be so much fun to see you acting all serious and teaching the young ones."

In a swift movement, his legs were on the floor no longer crossed atop the desk. He was sitting up, face a mere couple inches from hers. One hand gently grasped her chin as he stared into her eyes. Then, leaning forward, he placed a kiss against her cheek. "Would I be pushing my luck in asking how much time I have to seduce you before your next class?" He grinned, bouncing away to peer out a window. "Or am I safer in asking for a small tour of the Academy here? It feels...old. A kind I don't feel often in buildings these days." Remiel glanced over his shoulder, smiling like a little kid. "Unless you have a better idea that we can use our time for~"

Miusa toyed with a strand of her own hair, curling it around her fingers as she listened to him, and cast him a somewhat sad smile at his question. "Others like...us? You realize....I thought you two were dead long ago. I believed I was the only one, still to this day, with this horrible curse." Her smile lingered. Horrible curse. It truly was. There had been many times she lamented it, but it somehow felt wrong to toy with the idea of plummeting from the same cliff she was originally intended to die from, to follow suit where Runa had disappeared, where Runa had died. "I dont know what you two did to acquire it, but it must have been terrible." She even laughed slightly this time, but there was no joy in it.

She had been halfway paying attention to his fingers tugging at her clothes, waiting for the moment she had to swat them away from her thighs or bosom as usual, but was surprised when instead, he presented his face to hers, her chin suddenly in his fingers. Her gaze met his and stayed, her mouth slightly parted from being grasped by his digits. What was he doing, bringing his face so close to hers? Why was he looking at her in such a way...? Her heart seemed to freeze for a moment as he drew nearer, but relaxed when she simply felt the warmth of his lips press into her cheek. She felt surprisingly vulnerable in this situation, a feeling she did not want him to pick up on.

It wasn't that she was with him in a locked and empty room, or that he was what he was, no.... It was the sudden onslaught of feelings she hadn't felt in....who knows how long. Hundreds of years at least. The warmth of touch, the way it could make you feel with another person looking at you like they wanted you, wanted to have you, acknowledging that you are more than a shadow in the dust of time. At that moment, Miusa almost...almost felt that had Sariel been there as well to exacerbate these feelings, she probably would have caved in, somehow. Maybe. Damn these twins. Damn them!

"H-honestly..." Miusa swallowed rather thickly, her voice small and breathy when she spoke. "You two....Sariel isn't even here and yet I feel her influence." She watched him bumble around with both eyebrows raised, chewing the inside of one cheek. "I don't have any other classes for the rest of the day, but I can't really just show you into the other ones. The only place I could possibly take you is to the research tower or the library, or the woods. I can't just let you roam around molesting students with your eyes." She shook her head, a grumpy look settling on her face as she crossed her arms. He....no, both of them, were going to be the death of her one day.

Remiel sighed, for a brief moment looking very much like a worn out creature of time and curses. It was a question that had to be asked eventually. Better to get it out now, especially while Sariel was not here. He'd hate to have his twins hopes get raised and then shattered. "I guess I should not be surprised much. At least you can take some comfort in knowing you're not alone." Kind and gentle words...that were ruined by the devious glint in his eyes. One that only grew into something dark and secretive. "Can't really tell you how, my dear. Honestly don't remember very well anymore." Not fully true, but the witch eater couldn't distinguish one nameless face from another very well anymore.

Stretching by the window, black wings extending to their fullest before settling once again along his back, Remiel kept his gaze on the window. He didn't have to turn and see Miusa's face to know he'd had some effect on her. After 300 plus years of doing such terrible things involving seduction, he could sense it. His lips twitched at this, a brief flicker of eyes glancing towards her before she spoke in a breathy tone. Remiel just smiled more.

"She and I are always connected. All you need is one of us present and a piece of the other shall follow. He said absently. And then the pout appeared. An epic pout. One that he'd had plenty of time to perfect. Remiel padded over to Miusa, tugging at her crossed arms like a little kid. "Awwwww c'mon~ Surely there is something you can do about it! I've never been to a...school before? That is what it's called, right? This Academy is a 'school'?" He tilted his head like a puppy, blonde strands falling gracefully to the side of his face. "Libraries aren't any fun because you have to be 'q-u-i-e-t'." He made sure to use his 'inside voice'.

"Please, Miusa! PleasePleasePleasePlease~" So mature for how old he was.

"Insufferable," she muttered. "When are you going to realize pouting and your damned seduction habit don't work on me? They didn't then and they certainly won't, now." It was...mostly true. There had been many moments where Miusa had felt nearly vulnerable to the twins and their admissions on her, or a strange and unknown heat in her belly that tried to consume her actions and willpower. Every time she had been able to pull herself out and swat them away somehow.

Miusa sighed softly, pulling the length of her hair around one side of her neck, fiddling with it while watching Remiel. "Fine, I'll show you ...a little." For a man of his stature, power, and existence, he sure could be rather...childish. She smirked a little, shaking her head, and wrapped her long, spiraling hair into a wrap, revealing the tender nape of her neck to him. If he was going to torment her, she was going to torment him. She knew he would struggle inwardly, catching flashes of her soft and vulnerable throat, the milky flesh of her thighs as her fingers played with the short, front-hem of her dress, and the subtle way her breasts squished together beneath her blouse when she'd cross her arms under them.

She'd unlocked the door, shutting it quietly behind them as they left her classroom, and made haste for the stairs. The halls were considerably empty at the moment, since most students had retired to the dormitories or outside. "Down there are most of the classrooms....There are a few in other wings of the building. Up here is where people most often practice magic." she gestured towards the extending corridor, which was marked by many doors.

She continued leading him up more flights of stairs, all the while looking ahead. At times it felt like it was unreal...a dream, a nightmare, she didn't know. Someone she believed had been dead for so long was alive and well, right before her. She could remember the last day she saw them, the day she had willed herself to disappear. She had grown too attached to them, even if they were witch eaters....even if they had a darker purpose. Besides Runa, they were the only ones she had been weak enough to cry for. She had mourned them, and yet they were still here. It brought an excited flitter into her chest, and a sudden feeling of a type of fear. Would they hold a grudge, knowing she herself didn't die? Knowing she had willingly disappeared from their lives, only to be alive all this time?

Miusa had guided Remiel all the way up into the bell tower, the highest point of Makai Academy. One could see everything in the grounds from this point. Dusk had come, and had bathed the grounds in a golden glow. Miusa leaned on the stone railing, looking outwards at seemingly nothing. "I'm sorry." she murmured in a hushed voice. "After all that time, I really don't know what anything between us meant to either of you, so I can't know exactly how things transgressed after I disappeared...But..." Again she sighed smally, turning her face away from Remiel. "It is a lonely existence, you're right. Back then, with you and Sariel....It was different. I had bothered to get close to others, and it was tearing me apart. I knew you and Sariel would eventually die, and I'd linger, as always. Nobody is ever looking for me, because the world always, always forgets I exist. I couldn't...handle watching you two wither in front of me like the rest of the world, or explaining to you why you grew fragile and old while I stayed the same."

Her dimly lit amber eyes found their way back to his face, and she reached a hand out, gently patting at his cheek with her fingertips, checking once again to make sure he was real. Finally, something in the world she hadn't yet come to understand. "Do you begrudge me, Remiel? Do you feel entitled that I pay for the way I disappeared?"

"But Miusa~!" Of course, Remiel just pouted more, going for the exceptionally sad puppy look that could make one feel as if they'd been responsible for kicking the puppy themselves. And he tugged just a little more at her arms, like a persistent child. Which is exactly how he was acting. Like a child. A 300 something old child.

His eyes flickered towards her movements, a slight narrowing of his eyes the only indication he gave of noticing. And yes, he stared at that soft throat. One that just begged to feel the warmth of lips against it. The feather light touch of fingers. A slow lick running along the artery...Remiel sighed. Now he felt a pang for the absence of his twin. She'd have been his match in those lustful feelings. And provided him with a way to sate his own with such a stubborn, stubborn woman. Ah, but that was what he so dearly loved about their white lily!

At least he'd gotten to squeeze her breasts once!

Like an over eager puppy, Remiel was hot on her heels as she unlocked the door, allowing them to exit. Like the gentleman he could be, the witch eater offered his arm to Miusa almost absently. His mismatched gaze was all over the mostly empty halls. Everything in its own way was interesting. Those few students milling about being the most interesting. "What age does your Academy allow the young ones to enter?" He murmured curiously. None of them looked more than a little under two decades old. "They seem so....young." Practically babies compared to themselves! And easy to manipulate at such a young age. He reminded himself. But not here. This was clearly Miusa's territory.

He followed along, head turning to inspect each direction she indicated. So far, from what he understood of 'schools', they were mostly made up of classrooms with several other rooms used for such means as practicing magic. Or an office for the faculty.

It was strange to him, being in a town let alone a school full of such ripe fodder for pawns! Yet he was not here to collect. Nor was he here to feed. In fact, Remiel couldn't say for sure how many times he'd just walked into a town for leisure. If he wanted to be lazy, he usually stayed back home at their Sanctuary. Preferably in his bed. If Sariel permitted it anyways. He didn't exactly feel lonely except when he didn't have his twin by his side. There were always their pawns to toy with. A whole town filled with them! One that was slowly growing in size. Yet...yet for so long he'd allowed himself to be resigned to the fact that Sariel and he were the last of their kind. Just like Miusa. He thought privately to himself.

Her hushed voice pulled his gaze away from looking out over the Academy and the surrounding town. Blinking owlishly, he watched her face. "Sorry?" He replied quietly, listening to her words. Was this guilt? Remorse? Something else? Interesting. That darker part of his mind noted, filing it away for later inspection. She looked so vulnerable to him. Someone that would be easy to take advantage of. And yes, he was guilty of doing just that to many others in his years of existence. But Miusa, he didn't feel that monstrous side of himself begging to twist her into a useful tool he could wield.

Remiel's gaze hooded over as the brush of fingertips grazed his cheek. For a long moment, he was silent, staring into her eyes with a hint of the dark being he was peering out. Then he captured her hand in his, raising it carefully to his lips. He brushed them lightly against her knuckles, that cheshire grin forming. "My dear white lily! If I answer yes, will that gain me access to your bed and luscious body?" Alright so he may not feel like weaving his spells and using Miusa. Nor did he feel anything negative towards her disappearing from their lives. That he understood and commended her for having the strength to do so. However his perverted side was a completely different story. It was in effect 24/7.

"Or maybe I can play with your breasts again?" He offered oh so casually as an alternative.

....

........

..........................

Slowly, the apprehensive and delicate look on Miusa's face melted, her brows furrowing, eyes shutting in frustration as she gave a soft growl. ".....You......" Miusa extracted her hand, crossing her arms under her breasts again in a defiant manner. "You realize I'm still alive after all this time, and the only thing you can think of is copulating with me?" All these dark, hungry and lustful looks were hard not to notice, and it would be a lie to say they didn't make her belly feel melty-hot in areas, strangely enough. Still, regardless she cared for the twins, she knew of their darker habits, the way they seduced those around them to ensure their lives were beneficial. It made Miusa frown, and she turned her back to Remiel, leaning on the stone railing again.

"I'm a virgin, you know." she muttered, crossly resting her chin on her palm. "And I know what you two do with people you breed with. I'm not so easily going to be swayed into something like that knowing what I'll end up being to both of you." her eyes were shaded and slightly gloomy, enhanced as the last rays of the sun disappeared behind the distant mountains. "You're fools if you think........I'd be your mindless little toy."

She seemed almost offended; not by the perverse remarks, really...no, she was still used to them coming from either of the twins, even used to the fondling and groping. It was the idea of being made into something different to them, the idea that she too was intended to simply be one of their dolls, or pawn-pieces. "You keep looking at me with lust-filled, hungry eyes that say you want to ravage me, even beyond your usual demeanor and even beyond your usual groping and fondling. You've always done that in the past, but I can't remember any moments you looked at me with those eyes that say I'm your prey. I am ....not.... a prey to anyone." she glanced back at him, a serious but still somewhat disheartened look in her eyes. Was it something like...hurt? Could be. It had been so long...they might have changed. They might not see her the way they used to. They might just now see her as prey, a morsel, a pawn, and it infuriated and depressed her both.

There was a shift in the playfulness he'd been showing. A slight fall of features into an almost blank mask. He stood quietly, the only thing moving about him being his hair. A flurry of many different thoughts and feelings raced through his body, though. Too fast and difficult for him to pinpoint which one was best to focus on. Even harder was the effort he was having to put in to not treating her as what she said. A pawn that he could manipulate to his and Sariel's advantage. Though mention of her being a 'virgin' gained a slightly raised eyebrow look.

Finally, an old and sad frown formed. "You know what we are. You know what we do. What we can do." He replied softly. "Which means you should also be able to understand how difficult it might be for one of us to completely shut off that monster within us. We thought you gone, dear Miusa, just like you did. For so long Sariel has been my only love and the single being I can trust with all I am. She has been the only one I could truly just be myself with." He chuckled, a low dark and oddly pleasing sound. "Do you truly know what we do with our 'toys'?" He smiled sweetly at her, which probably had the same effect as if the devil himself smiled at you. "And you think we want to make you into that?"

Remiel moved in a calm manner, silently slipping behind her to pin her body between his and the railing. His arms rested along side hers on the stone while his chin lay against her shoulder. But he made no move to grope or keep her there. Simply wrapped himself in what could have been considered a comforting gesture around Miusa.

"Let me fill you in on a secret, my white lily." He murmured into her ear, eyes gazing out at the last rays of light. "You never have and never would be a pawn or toy to us. I look at you in a way similar but not quite the same as I look upon my Angel." He paused, rubbing his cheek lightly against hers. "We are witch eaters. Yet, at the same time, we are something else. But you forever and always are Miusa. Our white lily. The only one aside from each other whom we love."

Slowly, he stepped back, releasing her from his entrapment. Or his embrace. Whichever word fit best. He leaned against the side of the wall, peering out over Makai. Not quite the same as their Sanctuary, but it held a similar feeling. A feeling of being in charge of watching all those below them. Protecting and using them to ensure their Sanctuary thrived and could provide a place for those escaping persecution. Or so the memo stated. There may have been fine print scribbled somewhere along the way, too difficult to read...

She had always known what it was they did. They met in the face of torment and quarrel, so she knew from the beginning their darker ambitions, but had always told herself that it wasn't her place to change them or anyone around her. She listened to his words calmly and quietly, not flinching when she felt herself pressed more solidly into the stone wall in front of her, and the wall of heat his body gave off as he enfolded her within it again. She ever-so-slightly turned her cheek into his when he brought it upon her, her eyelids drooping slightly.

Feelings like love, endearment...they were things she hadn't felt, or even reminisced about in what seemed forever, but the slightest show of some kind of...affection? Care? She wasn't sure what it was, but it caused her to react in such a way that she feared he would take it upon himself to delve deeper into bringing out these warmth-craving feelings. For so, so long, she had always been something distant yet sturdy, but whenever she had been around them, and even now... Her lips gently curved into something of a smile, though it was difficult even for Remiel to read what emotion she was feeling at that moment.

"You two...always almost made me feel like I was normal, again." she laughed this time, and she turned her body to face him, taking his hands into hers, giving his fingertips a gentle squeeze. "I guess it's to be expected with people as strange as you." For probably the first time since their first meeting, Miusa bestowed him the embrace, taking another step towards him and her forehead against his chest, wrapping her arms around his middle.

It really was strange to feel the flutter of different feelings then he normally let control him. The type of feelings he only felt around Sariel. For so long it had just been them. Brother and Sister and lovers. Because they'd had no one else. Always just one another. Their bond was unbreakable and really the only thing that had kept the two from dying long, long ago. But here was another they had cared for. One that had left them thinking they'd once again been abandoned. Remiel didn't blame Miusa for thinking they may hate her. Or see her as nothing but a pawn now. But it was not true. Maybe, when they were younger, he'd have felt that way. But like her, he understood the curse of living as they did. Respected her choice of doing what, at the time, really had been the right thing for all of them.

Things had changed, though. He and Sariel were not the same twins they had been all that time ago. They were more than that now. Similar to Miusa herself. A cursed creature. Each of which had found their own ways of coping and enjoying their long lives.

His gaze flickered back to Miusa, a softening in his own expression. Something rare that none but Sariel ever witnessed. His chuckle was low, a hint of mischief in his gaze. But he let her take his hands, the feeling of his fingers being squeezed earning a smile. "That we are! Strange indeed. But no stranger then a lovely white lily that seems to stick around as the years pass." He added with a small bit of teasing. Which all but disappeared to be replaced with another rare emotion. Surprise. He could not remember, except in brief glimpses of old memories, a time Miusa ever embraced him. For a moment, he stood there almost frozen. Then slowly, his arms came around her, pulling her closer to him. Remiel rested his chin on top of her head, eyes closing to slits.

"We are here, Miusa. And aren't going anywhere. You are not alone." He murmured, lips curling up in a toothy smile. "And Sariel will be sorely upset she missed seeing you today. I shall just have to come visit again and bring my other half along!" He laughed.
