Yep... upgraded teh compy... now it's 3x faster, has 4x as much ram, and no sound...
No sound because the stupid sound card crashes the system every time I install it... so forget that... that sucks... I hate no sound... I need my music... like... right NOW! scream
but hey, that's life...
...anyway... didn't cost me but 50 bucks for this upgrade... which is awesome... since I only had to buy the case...

I would love to do that to my computer, but it wouldn't cost me 50 bucks, more like 200 bucks according to a computer repair place.

side note: do you have the right drivers for your sound card? The card came with the cd, so ... yeah, I do... but it's not the drivers that's the problem... it's the configuration program... it won't start up, and a friend and I decided it was my OS that was the problem... so he's also gonna give me a 40 gig hard drive, along with a Windows 2k OS cd to go with it... 3nodding ...and if that doesn't work... he's gonna just toss me a new sound card talk2hand
