~Setting~
the carnival has come to Silvermont and Ara has decided that she wants to go. Berry, being the scheming devious person she is, makes plans to set Ara up for er first date. Knowing that both both Gabe and Elliotte have a special bond with the girls she decides to come up with a plan to see who gets to take her. She tells the boys that whichever one can get the most chores done first gets a special treat. With Elliotte being the lazy cat that he is, of course, Gabe wins. So that leaves us with Gave taking Ara to the carnival. Who knows what could happen.

Ara flitted around the house playing with clothes jewelry and nicknacks, to prepare herself for her trip to the carnival. She was fussing over little things like, should she or should she not take a jacket.
Sulking, Elliotte leaned against the wall near the door. Catching Gabe's eye he motioned him over and stepped into the hallway, expecting to be followed. He walked a bit down the hall away from the apartment door and waited.

1Gabe, dressed a little nicer than his usual punky getup stalked after his buddy, his tail swishing nervously. Was Elliotte really really upset at him for winning? Catching up to him he stuffed his hands into his pants and looked down ,"Aight...waddaya want?" He stuttered the last bit.

With a glance back toward the door to make sure Ara hadn't followed, Elliotte grabbed Gabe by the collar and slammed his back against the wall. Bracing his forearm across Gabe's collar bone he leaned into his face until they were all but nose to nose. "You damn well better take care of her tonight." He growled. "Anything happens to my sister and you'll wish you were never even dreamed of." His tail twitched. With that he back off letting Gabe away from the wall. "Other than that have a good time." He patted his shoulder.
Deciding to wear an entirely different outfit than the one she had on Ara disappeared into her room to change. When she popped back out she was wearing a white skirt and pink tank top. Over the top of the top was a white half-jacket. She completed the outfit with her white shoes.She had decided not to carry a purse because she could just make Gabe carry her wallet and phone. She had learned that trick from her mother.

2Gabe shook off the slight fear he had from seeing Ell in a threatening manor. Grinning he took Ells hand and pulled him into a hug. "Really bro? cmon! shes safe with me! if anything happens ill kick theyre asses!" Planting a sloppy kiss on him he let him go and leaned against the wall grinning at him. "Ill try to have a good time...." He thanked Ell.

El wiped the sloppy kiss from his mouth with his arm and gave Gabe a crooked grin. "It's not other people I'm worried about Bro." Putting an arm on each side of Gabe with his hands on the wall he leaned in until their foreheads were touching. "I'm still serious." He gave him a peck on the lips.
Ara burst into the hall. "There you guys are! Gabe are you-" she cut short when she saw El leaning over Gabe. "Ew are you guys kissing again? I knew it wasn't just the alcohol like you tried to claim. Whatever. Gabe? Ready?" she frolicked down the hall toward them until she could poke her brother in the ribs. "Seriously? Get off him. He's my date tonight."

3Gabe chuckled and chimed in with the exact tone, "yeah, shes my date tonight!" Ninja-ing through his arms he twirled around managed to swat at his butt and offered her a hand all gentlemanly. "Well my lady, shall we begin our adventure?" He put in his most regal tone attempting not to giggle as he bowed.

Shaking his head El headed back toward the door. "Have fun guys." He disappeared into the apartment slamming the door behind himself.
Ara grumbled something about irritating brothers and took Gabe's hand. She laced her fingers through his and took off for the stairs dragging him with her. "I'm so excited! I've always wanted to go to a carnival! I've seen the rides from passing by and I've heard there are games there too. I can't wait to see!" By the time she was done talking they were at the bottom of the stairs.

4Gabe chuckled at her liveliness and excitement, when they both reached the bottom of the stairs he took her by the hand leading her over to something covered protective plastic. "you ready to rock?" He reached over, slipping off the cover revealing his own crotch rocket. Picking up one of the extra helmets he handed her the pretty pink and green and sparkly one while he took the black and metallic orange accented one. He grinned and shoved the cover in a particular slot in the wall before swinging his leg over the bike, starting it up listening to it purr while he waited for her.

She slipped the helmet over her head being careful to bend back her antennas so they wouldn't get damaged. Then doing her best to protect her modesty she slipped onto the bike behind him, her feet finding the foot pegs. She wrapped her arms tightly around him and leaned against his back.

5He revved the engine of the motorcycle and jet out of the covered parking lot, weaving carefully between people. He wouldnt have cared but Ara was with him and he didnt want to scare her. Leaving the lot he shifted and got onto the street, looking over his shoulder and pausing at the first stoplight to stare at a familiar window, his eyes searching hopefully.

Ara clung to Gabe's back with her wings folded tightly against herself. she trusted him completely with his driving so she allowed herself to daydream about what the Carnival would be like. Her mother had made it sound almost magical. Talking about games, and prizes, and rides. And the people! And the food! Ara sighed whimsically as she cuddled against Gabe. It sounded like such a romantic place.
Elliotte stood waiting in the window he knew Gabe would be looking for him in. When he saw the familiar bike pause at the light he held up his middle in a salute, plastering a mischievous grin on his face. Little did his buddy know but he had lost the contest on purpose. Figured the fox could use some time with someone other than himself.

6Seeing Ells gesture relieved Gabe and gave him a whole new confidence, smirking he revved and sped off onto the freeway leading to the Carnival. Making sure there wasnt any bacon lurking he flicked his NoS a few times just for show, skillfully zipping between cars. The higher pitched sounds like sweet music in his ears as they cruised along. Finding the exit he needed he went down the spiral ramp, tilting the bike uniquely before heading out to where there were intersections and lights. Every time they made a stop Gabe would check how Ara was doin and chat here and there with her, making sure her ride was awesome!
After a while the HUGE main ferris wheel came into a close view, before they knew it they were pulling into the parking lot. Since Gabe knew he could get away with it he found a nice area on the sidewalk to park his sweet ride. Holding the bike steady he waited for her to get off.

Ara hung on tightly to Gabe as he zipped through traffic. She continuously looked over his shoulders to see if should could catch her first glimpse of the carnival. As the the taller of the rides came into view she had to stop herself from bouncing around in excitement. She figured Gabe wouldn't appreciate telling her mother why he had had to scrape her off of the pavement.
When they stopped and he held the bike for her to get off she nearly flew from the thing, shedding her helmet an dropping it back in his direction assuming he would catch it. She finger-combed out her helmet-hair while bouncing and twirling in excitement as she looked at all the rides moving and spinning around.

7Once getting everything situated and the flung helmet caught and placed he caught up to and slung an arm over her shoulders. "Easy there kiddo<3" With that he led them over to the ticket stand and paid for all day passes complete with meals and ride bands. He had been saving allowance and apprentice tattoo tips for an occasion like this and was grinning ear to ear. "I cant wait, this is gonna be sweeeeeet! What do you wanna do first??"
