It hadn't really been that long since they had joined the firekin. She and her sister and brother had joined together, though Xagan had managed to mess up joining, he had eventually joined them all full of pride and ruff growls and that oh so smug look on his face, like he had been the first creature in the world to win a duel. Her brother really was a doofus sometimes. Of late Geei had noticed his absence and she knew why too. Xagan had a lady friend, whom he had yet to introduce to herself and their other sibling.



Adalie lay beside her sister in front of their family den. It was the place they had chosen together, sisters, before Xagan had managed to win his duel and he had agreed to stay there, with his usual huff and puff, though they always won any war that Xagan might start. He knew better really than to fight with them, they always won. Unlike her sister and brother, Adalie was slighter in build, smaller more dainty but she was more or less the leader of the group, she did the thinking. Her pale eyes scanned the horizon and settled on the approaching dark shape. She smiles and nudges Geei "We have some visitors Geei."

The very large lioness lifts her head and fixes her dark eyes on the pair of approaching lioness. "It would seem so." He smiles a quick little smile staying in her mostly prone position and waiting for their brothers approach.



The big male marched happily towards his sisters, his deep blue eyed gaze occasionally falling upon the little lioness by his side. He was proud of himself, he was almost bringing the lioness home to mum, well almost, his sisters were the only family he now knew they were important to him and they needed to meet his lady love. He also needed to inform them of his departure with his lovely shorty. he and Xaio would take a den, together, which meant leaving his sisters, well mostly, he would visit regularly he knew that.

This was a very important meeting to him, he was bringing the love of his life home. "Sisters" He smiles as he draws to a stop. "This is Xaio Feng."

The burly female rolls her eyes and chuckles "Really Xagan, you waited long enough to fetch her to see us, did you think we would attack her or something?" The dark lioness barks a laugh and stretches out her paws, her coal black eyes roaming over the red lioness without any guard. She was measuring up the tiny female, compared to Xagan, well she was very small, not that that mattered, Adalie was the smallest of their family and she was smarter than most.

"Geei really you're making a bad impression." Adalie laughs and gets to her paws. "You'll have to excuse Geei she is," She pauses for a moment and looks deeply thoughtful "mostly without manners." She laughs gently "I am Adalie and the lump of black fur there is Geei." She nods her head gently and lifts a paw, she smacks Xagan's leg, in a playful way and she raises both her brows "You still should have brought the lady to see us sooner you big lug. Do you think we would chase her away? Really Xagan." She huffs lightly and turns her attention on the red lioness. "We're not really savages you know? Xagan just seems to think that we can't be polite to company."

Xagan huffs and rolls his eyes a roguish grin on his maw. "You know it's not that, I, I just wanted to make sure that we, well we were going to stay together before I brought her to see you." He clears his throat and stands up tall "We are by the way, staying together, Xaio is to be my wife, my mate." He states these things rather solidly, making sure his sisters knew there was no say in the matter.

Adalie raises a brow and glances carefully at Geei. "Well then I suppose we are welcoming her in to the family then." She looks at Xaio and smiles softly "It seems our brother is smitten with you, when he does that voice, really there is no arguing with him."

Geei shakes her head. "I could argue but whats the point, never seen him so doe eyed in my life. That'll be your fault I suppose, making him all floaty, driving me mad he has, walking around with his head in the clouds. Blinkin' sickenin' really." Geei looks up at her brother from her reclined position and smiles an encouraging smile, she had known that Xagan was in love, she guessed it had to happen some day she just hadn't expected it to happen so soon.

"Damn right theres no arguing." He chuckles smiling down at his lady mate and touching her ears softly with his nose, he whispers quietly "They like you, thats just their way." He lifts his head and swats playfully at Adelie "be nice or we won't let you baby sit the kids and you know you'd hate that." He chuckles.
