The sun was high in the warm cloudless sky. It was a prefect day for the first day of spring. The world was starting to wake from winter's sleep. Birds were calling to each other and insect were escaping their burrows and shells. Among all this life in a large field spotted with berry bushes a graceful tall stallion walked. His skin was a rich chocolate brown over which silken strands of tan hair cascaded and flowed with each step.
The stallion, Gavril, walked with no particular direction in mind. He did not have plans he was just enjoying the warm day. And the feel of the sun on his dark skin. His movements were flowing and graceful almost as if her were dancing along the field.

A completely white with purple highlights on her legs strolled through the field, she was known as Lilac Star, her eyes happily looking around at her surroundings that signalled spring had arrived, she hummed quietly to herself as she strolled her purple with white tipped wings absorbing the light breeze that came up blowing the grass and the newly green leafed trees, in a gentle swaying motion. Her eyes twinkling as the sun's rays shone brightly on a cloudless sky.
She smiled and twirled around and thought to herself spring would have to be my favorite season ever, you get to see flowers bloom that are complimented by the green grass, you can never go wrong with spring time in the air she smiled happily as she strolled.

Gavril's graceful movements were stopped as his keen ears picked up on the high pitched humming of the mare. His ears flicked around to pin point the sound and then he turned to spot the young mare who was the one humming. So he was not the only one enjoying the warm sun. He looked over her wide spread wing soaking up the sun.
He smirked and strode a bit closer to her. And having caught on with her song he started to hum along with her wanting to alert her of his presence before he spoke, "Good morning little miss." His voice was velvety and gentle.

Lilac blinked as the stallion spoke " hello, and this little miss has a name" she told him she extended her hand " my name is lilac Star, but you can just call me Lilac, and you are?" she asked tilting her head to the side. She blinked waiting for the stallion to introduce himself. Her wings fluttering lightly and her white body soaking up the sun's rays.

Gavril took the extended hand and with a slight bow laid a kiss atop the back of it. She was rather straight forward for his liking but maybe she would calm down. After all he had rudely interrupted her walk. "A pleasure to meet you Lilac. My Name is Gavril."
He let her hand go slowly and smiled at her, "It is a wonderful day is it not? I see your enjoying the sun with those lovely wings of yours."

Lilac nods her head politely " sorry, if i was straight forward with you, I guess the direct approach rubbed off on me from my guardian a bit" she said. " im usually not straight forward" she admitted sheepishly. Before she nodded her head " yes, it is a wonderful day to be outdoors" she stated.

Gavril gave a gentle nod as she expressed her apologies. "No need to fret about it. Though I have to wonder if your guardian knows that you out and about on your own. Did you sneak out from under their control to enjoy this day? What a bad girl of you if you had." He smiled and gave her a wink before turning to look at the surroundings.
"Maybe it is because it is the first day of spring that is inspiring this straight forwardness to come out in you. Spring time normally has a strange influence on creatures and plants of all shorts." he turned back to her, "Shall I join you in your walk? I am sure your guardian would not wish you to be out wandering alone."

Lilac to a few seconds to think on it "No she doesn't know I'm out and about on my own" she answered. Her tail swishes to and fro idly "to be honest I like wandering out on my own it gives me a sense of peace, though at the same time I would like company too every now and then" she told him.
She tilted her head to the side "That is a likely possibility" she said thinking about it for a bit. "I would like the company" she told him with a smile. Having company on walks were nice too and she was okay with him joining her.

Gavril gives a nod, "Yes it is nice to be alone in the wild. It does bring a sort of peace to one's mind." He said as he fell in line next to her and started to walk. "Well I am always one to be another's company." he smiled at her and reached up a hand to push his hair back over his shoulder.

Lilac strolled along the path side by side with Gavril "that it does" she agreeded. She glanced at him before taking a step forward and twirling so she was facing him "so..mister Gavril, care to tell me about yourself?" she asked with a playful tone.

Gavril slowed his pace as she twirled in front of him so that he would not step on her and that they could even stop if she wished it. "No need to be polite miss Lilac." he said back to her in a teasing tone. But he did raise a brow a bit, "Well then what is it you think I should be telling you about? I am sure your life is more interesting. After all you have a guardian. I do not have anyone. No one to whom I call master or mistress."

Lilac shrugged her shoulder "Anything you feel comfortable disclosing with me I suppose" she said thinking about it. Before trying to walk backwards as they talked, she wouldn't say she was skilled at walking backwards but it was worth a try. "You have to have some hobbies you like to do, your interests and what not" she told him.

Gavril laughed, "Such an inquisitive young mare you are Lilac." He shrugged, "I normally just do what I feel. Or what entertains me at the time. Lets see." he looked thoughtful for a moment. "Despite my thin form I do love to eat. All sorts of things. If one can eat it I am willing to give it a try." He laughs gently at himself. "What does you enjoy to eat. Let me guess you like sweet bold flavors?"

Lilac blinks and listens as he shares "Everyone loves eating food at one point, except for maybe when they are so worried about their self image" she said shrugging a bit. "as for what I like to eat, well anything really, though there are some instances when I don't feel like trying new food items" she admitted sheepishly.

Gavril shrugs, "You might be surprised at how many don't actually like to eat. Mainly for self image reasons. Though sadly for me I can eat and eat and never gain weight. So I guess eating is a hobby of mine. One should always be willing to try new feed. So many great tastes out there." He smiled and gave her a wink.
