Team Members: Whisper (Getsurae), Natalia (Shia bean), Imryn (Katarina Everard), Mitzi (alliisara), Rain Rottingham (Meeki) IF YOU ARE TRAPPED IN THE ROOM, REGARDLESS OF WHAT CHOICE YOU SAY (A, B OR C) IF YOU ARE TRAPPED, REGARDLESS OF WHAT CHOICE YOU SAYThe figure in white seems unamused by whatever you have to say, simply sighing and tapping his pen against his clipboard. "Yeah, thought so. I guess we'll have to do this the fun way." He gestures for another two figures, they look up into your cage and- - You hear a hissing noise in your cage, manage to struggle, stay awake for a second longer before you black out. OOC: SELECTING A GROUP MEMBER - EVERYONE in the group must NOW roll a 100-sided dice at this point and RP out the above (all active members, if you have an inactive member, you can just skip to). The person with the LOWEST roll must RP out the prompt below titled "WEAPONS CONVERSION". Everyone else rps out the regular prompt titled "TRAPPED". Even if the WEAPONS CONVERSION player posts their prompt later, it is assumed that ICly the "weapons conversion" post happened first and then the "trapped" one. - You are rping reactions for one OR the other, depending what you roll. Rp reactions don't need to be posted chronologically. (That way you don't need to wait for them if you have different time zones). - If you have been rolled for weapons conversion your CHARACTER IS "DEAD". That means you can no longer rp them sorry sad Consider this their death post, and write out reactions as necessary: solid death posts will be given bonus trial points! - PLEASE NOW MARK YOUR THREAD AS [CAPTURED] instead of OPEN or CLOSED WEAPONS CONVERSION PROMPT When you wake up, you are staring out of a large, cylindrical cage. You press your hand against it, but the walls hurt as if charged by electricity. You recoil to the very center of the cylinder: the light hurts your eyes. You can hear someone vaguely talking outside, you can see shapes, boxes outside, transparent boxes with your team members in there. There is a loud crackle, a synthetic humming noise, and as you look up- - Pain. Agony that jolts into you, thousands of times worse than being simply electrocuted, worse than when you were forced to dissipate, you might have screamed, you might have thrashed, it is hard to tell at this point, all you can feel is the pain- And then you feel something in you snap, shift, and your Fear, as finally, your form involuntarily begins to warp, distort as well. It hurts, the pain still hurts, it is blinding, but as your body fights to re-stabilize itself, you feel better, whole, complete again. Your vision clears again, just for a little bit - you see figures in strange plastic boxes outside, -who are they, they look familiar - but it doesn't matter anymore. Something clicks in you, like a switch turning on, there is no more pain, panic, hatred, the memories washed out, lackluster. No, in your world of darkness, emptiness, there is only a slowly gnawing hunger, quiet and insatiable. TRAPPED When you wake up you realize you are trapped in a transparent box - a cage. You see the others all around you, but one of your group members is missing. No, instead, they are huddled in a cylindrical glass cage, a rather large one who's height spans the entire room. They look scared, they look out towards you. You want to say something, maybe that everything will be okay, but you can't. You know it's not true. You know they can't even hear you. The person is talking now, the figure in the white cloak. They threaten you, saying one of you is next if you don't tell them the truth. If you don't speak the truth, you will be next. And finally, they make you watch, they make you watch as your teammate screams, thrashes around in the cylinder helplessly, and then is consumed completely. A dull weapon lies where your teammate was. The figure picks up the weapon, and talks to you again. He wants to know the truth, of who you are and where you come from. You turn to your remaining group members for support. a) You finally tell him exactly what happened from the trials to where you are now b) You tell then nothing. If you go down, you will go down fighting. Choice 1: c) Walk over to communicate with the Halloweeners to ask questions about what is going on. Choice 2: c) You say nothing entirely, simply glaring back. These guys don't look like they'll give you anything any way no matter what wahmbulance Choice 3: b) You tell then nothing. If you go down, you will go down fighting.

Beginning WHAM.
A second equally loud wham punctuated the ground, shaking the students out of their daze. While most had gone to bed, their equivalents of beds in their dorm rooms after a long past few days of trials-
- Noone had expected to wake up to no Amityville. No walls, ceilings, dorm rooms, nothing. Just a barren landscape around them, charred black grass underneath, and the earth shaking. Only the large tree, the hollow tree that marked the beginning of the weeping forest betrayed their location, that this was somehow, still where their school should have been.
There was no sun in the sky, the horizon entirely covered entirely by a thin grey fog.
The noise persisted, even as students got up, woke up, jarred back to reality. As they looked up, then around, they would realize, that other than their group from the trials, they were alone. Was this part of the trials test? Where were they?
Everything seemed very real.
WHAM.
The noise was coming a little to the left, on the other side of a wall, just simply the remains of a crumbling wall. It seemed like a simple drill, digging into the ground, though where the tip of the drill touched, everything was turning into a fine black mist. Fear in its purest form. Fear dissolving, tearing up the actual earth and creating a void, an absence in its place. A nothingness.
The drill was literally breaking up Halloween.
There was very little time to process this new information in as another noise punctuated the consistent work of the Fear-eating drill. A pair of footsteps, walking closer. Two figures were headed the direction of the group, both of them unfamiliar, not even close to the general Bogeyman assemblage. They stopped for a second to take note of the drill, and continued to walk, surveying the landscape.

Rain did not like the noise, not one bit. While she didn't sleep per se, she did sort of shut down in a hibernation or meditation type mode. She was really enjoying the peacefulness of it all, especially after the trials she and her teammates had been through.
She went to push herself out of bed only to find that she was laying on the ground.. and her room was gone! Everything was gone! Was this even real? She stood up to get a better look around but the fog made it difficult. Why was the ground shaking? It was then that she noticed the drill and what it was doing, or at least what she thought it was doing. Was this.. madness?
A sound snapped her head back and she spotted two Halloweeners. They didn't seem to notice her or her group, which still seemed to be laying on the ground sleeping.
What.. was.. going.. on?

As if things couldn't get any worse, seemingly out of nowhere, Rain was attacked. She couldn't even tell what the creature was, but it had come out of the fog. Was it made of the fog itself or did it have something to do with the school? It whispered a single disturbing word. Home.
"The school was like a home to me," Rain whispered more to herself than to the creature that attacked her. "Home.. is gone. Everything is gone." Anger flashed in the zombie's eyes and without thinking, she lashed out, trying to cut at the fog-like creature with her claws.

WHAM"Unnng... go away... still sleeping..." Imryn grumbled and tried curling back up to get some more sleep, though for some reason her usually comfy blanket was no longer there. A second loud wham rung out, startling the ghoul awake a bit more and rubbed at her eyes a little. It hadn't really sunk in that she wasn't in her dorm room anymore until the other members of her group came into focus. Why where they there... she didn't remember having a sleep over in her closet... oh crap. And then the panic set in. Where were they?! And what was going on here?! No one had said anything about when the next trials would start, were they all kidnapped or what? Looking around, Imryn spotted Rain who seemed to be waking up, and then the other two figures. Yeah, and the massive drill that seemed to be bent on destroying everything in it's path... which seemed to be the whole world at the moment. "Not going to panic, not going to panic... Oh crap I'm panicing." she panted, eyes darting back and forth, trying to find a way out of this mess. And now they were being attacked too... lovely. Not even bothering to wait for anyone else, she flew in and took a swipe at the attacker. This was her team they had decided to mess with, and despite not being a people person at all, she'd made a bond with these ghouls during the Trials. Now it seemed as if they might be the only ones left in the place, and she wasn't about to let anyone go down without a fight. Unfortunately her claws just barely missed the creature as she flew by, then circled back around towards them again. "... Home...? This was our home, and I wanna know what happened to it!" "Mmm... Mom, just a little longer..." Mitzi rolled over, expecting a soft, fluffy pillow. Instead she got a rock. Three, in fact, one of which was sharp and digging pointedly into her side. The Reaper ghoul woke up the rest of the way with a shout, quickly sitting up and rubbing her side. She looked around, the fog of sleep still clouding her mind, and could not for the life of her figure out where she was. All she could see was some ghost-creature attacking Rain. Clearly this was a dream, right? Pulling things from the last few days in. Really, that made the most sense, and since Mitzi didn't see any reason to think further than that, she dragged herself to her feet and went over to help the zombie. She swung at the ghost-like thing, managing to get in a glancing blow. She also got the distinct impression that maybe this wasn't a dream - that had felt far too real. She took a few steps back, nervous now, and looked around. She spotted the other members of the Fatal Femmes, but only really registered them as other students she knew, not (yet, at least) as her teammates. "Where are we? Where's the school?" she asked, hoping one of the others had some clue what was going on. Mitzi's HP: 30/30 Damage Dealt: 1

Whisper groggily came to, for a moment completely confused as to where she was or what was going on. There were noises and things were so blurry and she just needed to take a moment and regain her barrings. She took deep breaths and rubbed her face, slowly trying to work it all out. So she was on the ground, and she was definitely with her group. They seemed to be all safe, and nothing seemed abnormal about them. That was worth a sigh of relief. However, the relief was cut short.
Low and behold, out came...something. It didn't seem like it was a big deal until it attacked Rain. Oh boy, was that it. There had been some talking happening but the words passed by so quickly, and she just wanted to protect her ghouls. "Oh no you don't!"
The hellhound lunged forward with a puch, connecting, but just barely.

Rain was glad that the other ghouls were awake and helping fend off the attacking fog creature. All of this was still so strange to take in, and if not for Mitzi's question, and of course the damage she endured from said creature, she might not believe this was even real. Of course, she didn't know how to answer the Reaper's question. "I.. don't know where the school is," she started. Honesty was the best policy. "I was the first to wake up but it was already gone. Everything is gone.. all the students.. even.. even Shine." The latter was especially difficult for her to spit out. If anything happened to her ghoulfriend, she would be very not happy, that's what. "Maybe they know something?," Rain suggested, pointing at the two figures she had spotted moments earlier. They looked interested in what was going on, at least when it came to the drill. They appeared oblivious to the fact that there were a group of ghouls nearby or a fight going on. Rain found herself growing more curious about who they were and what they were up to but right now, she still had a beef with the airhead that attacked her.

Mitzi was less than impressed with the shadow creature, now that she was actually awake. It seemed to be relatively harmless, if annoying. As long as they didn't have to deal with more of the things, the ghouls should be fine. Of far, far greater importance were the questions of where they were and what had happened. After the preliminary shock, the zombie gave her what was unfortunately not a very helpful answer. Mitzi took another step back from the ghost-like creature they were fighting and looked around, trying to get her bearings, and realized what Rain was saying. The school should be here. They were on the school grounds, but the school - and everyone else - were simply nowhere to be found. "How... how is that even possible?" the Reaper asked, but it was rhetorical. She doubted any of the other ghouls knew better than she did. Her eyes followed as Rain pointed out the two Halloweeners a little ways off. So the ghouls weren't the only ones here! If the others had been awake longer, maybe they'd seen something, or at least had time to look around and figure something out? "Do you ghouls think you can handle... whatever that is? I can go ask if they know what's happened." With her teammates seeming to have the situation in hand - and she now recognized that it was her teammates from the Trials, although she didn't really think anything of it - Mitzi cautiously turned, and once they didn't call for her to stay, headed over to the two strangers. "Excuse me? Excuse me! We just woke up here, do you have any idea what's going on? Where's the school, and everyone else?"

IF YOU CHOOSE OPTION C: YOUR THREAD IS NOW MARKED CLOSED c) Walk over to communicate with the Halloweeners to ask questions about what is going on. As your group approaches the two Halloweeners, you notice that they are carrying oddly discoloured weapons, pointing them directly at you. Before you can say another word, they shoot, a net encompassing you, sending painful electric shocks down your body until you black out. When you wake up, you notice that you are in some sort of large, closed environment, a room perhaps, with the others. The ceiling is covered in a bright white light, and you see people standing outside the thick transparent walls, wearing familiar (to some) white outfits with gold trim. They are muttering amongst each other, though one of them walks over to a what looks like a scamplifier, talking directly into it. Their voice booms into the room. "Sorry if we made you feel threatened, we don't mean any harm really, just checking up on orders." Their tone sounds oddly sterile and rehearsed. "Don't worry though, we'll let you go, we just need one simple answer from you. Which ah, 'Halloween Refugee Base' are you from? If you tell us where its located, we will let all of you go. If not, then I'm afraid, well," They turned around, picking up something in one hand: a glowing weapon, a simple sword-shaped weapon, really, "You might as well enjoy your permanent stay in here in Deus Ex Machina and make yourselves comfortable for the long-term duration." a) You decide to answer, trying for any random location, anything, to get out of the place b) You decide to withhold answers, instead, demanding that you will answer if they tell you what is going on and where your group is c) You say nothing entirely, simply glaring back. These guys don't look like they'll give you anything any way no matter what wahmbulance Choice 2: c) You say nothing entirely, simply glaring back. These guys don't look like they'll give you anything any way no matter what The other ghouls succeeded in killing the fog-creature just as the two figures noticed Mitzi. Their weapons must have had decent range, because they managed to take out all the ghouls before any of them could react. The Reaper woke up who-knew-how-much-later, and groaned. This was no way better than the first time she'd woken up; if anything, last time she'd thought it was just a dream. Now she was quite certain it wasn't, and wishing like hell that it was. She looked around, blinking against the bright light, and saw that at least her teammates were there. She sat up and tried to, once again, figure out where she was. "Rain? Imryn? Whisper, Natalia? Wake up..." She reached over to Rain, the only one close enough, and tried shaking her shoulder.

Rain felt.. pain. Real pain. Then everything went black.
Someone was shaking her. "Mfpfohgppghh," she mumbled, opening one eye and then another, as if it was hard to do so. The last time she opened her eyes, the school was gone and she really didn't want to find out where she was now.
When she finally did, she groaned inwardly. They were in a new place, and this one was no better than the last. In fact, it was far, far worse. Though she had never encountered a hunter face to face, she had heard of them. Enough to be able to recognize them at least by their outfit and weapons. Her eyes darted around to take in the situation and it didn't look good. "I'd rather die.. again.. than tell them anything," she grumbled. Though she didn't want to see her teammates come to harm, she knew these jerkfaces were not friends of theirs or the school and cooperating with them in any way seemed like.. the ultimate betrayal.
"We are in some deep maggot poo," she noted dryly.
