I'd say it's a tir betweem Dart and Haschel.
Haschel kicks a** so badly. When he's in dragoon, his Dragoon Attack is so freakin powerful. He punches them like 5 times, and then finishes them off with an all hitting giant thunderball. Furry of something is also a cool addition too.
And Dart is so obviously Kick a**. Seeing as how he's alwaysin your party, he will be the most developed character, always. And his Red Dragon spell is kick a** powerful!!! I was able to defeat the Water dragoon Wingly AND her dragoon by using it just TWICE!
And let's not forget that Dart gets DIVINE DRAGON!!!
Yep, those two are my favorites.

The female Winglie who was in love with him. She is the second Blue-Sea Dragoon, Meru is the third, and Inga is the forth. lol xd
