High in the heavens where lies the domain of the Goddess Scarlett the goddess of tickling beautiful and wise this Goddess enjoys tickling as her favorite activity
as do the many happy souls that reside with her by the millions and the billions up in her heavenly kingdom of giggles and laughter
at the far end of all this lies her giant crystal castle as beautiful as it is big and is her home where she and those fortunate to be allowed entry reside and it is here where in the many rooms of her castle guests are treated to the most heavenly tickle treatments known to her
and it is here up on high in the tickling heavens inside her crystal castle where our story begins

as soon as he sits in the chair he automatically activates a set of straps which wrap his ankles and wrists and prop his feet up
from the floor a special pair of feather wheels appeared and began to spin
"that's right hon this tickle chair I've strapped you in is going to keep you nice and secure while my feather wheels play kitchy kitchy koo with your footsies and tootsies
enjoy!" lol

'aww you wanna stop? but we've just begun sweetie!" said Pidgeotto
"I Know! try this!" she giggled as his shirt magically vanished and from the ceiling a second tickling machine came down and from it appeared six arms each with hands at the ends
the machine moved in his tummy ribs and sides and began to activate tickling him gently
"having fun now sweetiepie?" the goddess giggled at his ticklish plight the feather wheels attacking his feet and now the magic hands machine attacking his upper body neither giving him any mercy

"aww are we blushing now sweetie? how cute! I think i'm gonna have some fun too so ready or not here i come you cute little dickens you!" she giggled
with that the machines retracted away and in a flurry of feathers like a tornado came pidgeotto her long golden hair and a long white shining dress
she smiled and said "whaddya say we play a fun little game huh sweetiepie?"
with that she produced a blindfold and covered his eyes
"I think we'll play a little guessing game in which you get to guess where I'm tickling you...get it right i'll give you a point get it wrong it's a strike
3 strikes...you're out! and I get to tickle you mercilessly for as long as I want
and I happen to be an MASTER tickler who knows everybody's weak spots and their weaknesses so watch out if you fail my little test cause you might just find yourself getting stuck with me tickled forever" she giggled and rubbed her hands as she pressed a button and the chairs arms positioned themselves for armpit access
"ready sweetie? here we go! biggrin " she said and began to tickle him in a random spot
"betcha can't guess where I am huh" she giggled "be careful though cause you only get three guesses before it's game over! fun huh?" biggrin
