While playing the game, I kept hearing some funny things in the dialogue, like for example:
"Looks like you've gotten soft around the edges." ~ Anderson
I couldn't stop laughing.

From the romance scene with Kaidan (after you ask him what's on his mind) [not spoiler-y, don't worry]:
Shepard - "I'll never forget the first night we bunked together."
Kaidan - "Yeah, of course not. I mean, I was... pretty spectacular if I remember right."

I just personally love the don't touch that exchange when you go to save the Krogan females.
Touch.
"Once more, the Slarian Union formally requests that you not touch that."
I don't know why but that line is my favorite purely on the merit of how it is read.

Speaking of romance options, did anyone know that you could romance Joker? I was about to, but then he mentioned himself and EDI, so I decided not to.

I don't remember what mission it was, but I chose James to disable the AA guns, and he calmly goes up to it and starts kicking it whilst Shepard silently facepalms in the background. It made me giggle. A lot.

this isn't really a conversation just an observation I made that I think is pretty funny have any of you ever noticed how there aren't any Turian females? There mentioned but I have yet to see a single one
