Kairi Kairi's hands were bound together behind her back and her ankles were tied together. She was slung over the shoulder of a burly guard's back and the second smaller guard knocked on the door. Kairi was blindfolded. She couldn't see a thing.

Devvin answered the door and smiled. He paid the guards for their services and carried Kairi inside. He threw her on the floor and removed the blindfold. "Aren't you a pretty one?"

She let out a small whimper as she was thrown onto the ground. When he ripped the blindfold off of her face, she turned her head away.

"You will look at me when I talk to you." Devvin said smacking her across the face. "Now. Tell me your name."

Kairi yelped when Devvin smacked her. She looked up at him. The fear in her eyes is obvious. "K-Kairi... M-My name i-is Kairi." She stuttered out.

"Insolent girl." Devvin said gripping her arm tightly. "Do not stutter around me. Do you understand?" He pulled her up and forced her to keep her gaze on him.

Kairi yelped again as she was lifted off of the ground and into a standing position. She was only four feet, nine inches tall. She gulped, "Don't stutter." she warned her self. "Yes Master." she whispered back to him.

"That's a good girl." Devvin said setting her down on the couch. "Your bindings will be removed after you've learned the rules. You will only be permitted outside when working, an hour each day if you behave yourself. 2, you will do as your told as soon as your told. 3, you will sleep in my room at the foot of the bed. Misbehave and you will sleep in a cage in the basement without food or drink."

Devvin smirked and removed her bindings. He rubbed her face and down along her body. "Since it is your first day here I'll allow you to have a good meal. But if you want it you will have to fix it yourself. You won't have any work except washing supper dishes." He chuckled a little and licked her cheek. "Go on and be a good girl."

Kairi shivered when he ran his hand down her side. When he licked her face she shut one eye and blushed. She stood and began to walk to the massive kitchen. "Do you want anything to eat, master?" she asked him in a soft voice.

"Your fixing dinner my dear." Devvin said. "Just make enough for both of us. You may choose what we eat tonight."

Kairi nodded and pulled down a large pot from the shelf. She filled it with water and put it on the stove, covering it with a lid. She popped some bread rolls into the oven. Then she cut up some lettuce.

About and hour later, dinner was ready. The pasta was in a white bowl on the table covered in meat sauce with four meat balls on the top. The bread rolls were on a plate next to the bowl and the salad was in a smaller bowl off to the side. "Dinner is ready, master." she called to Devvin as she poured water into two glasses next to the plates, silverware, and napkins that made two places at the table.

Devvin walked into the kitchen and set down at the table. He made himself a plate and started eating. "I guess it's not half-bad."
