EX,
Jill Valentine fires 3 rounds at zombie, the zombie is now crawling on the ground.
Jill Valentine fired 3 bullets into the zombie, one shot in the leg, second shot missed, third shot hit the garbage can behind him. The Zombie wasnt able to stand do to the first shot and is now crawling.
Anything random that happens can and will happen.
