The only ramen shop in Death City. Shinozaki works here as a Ramen Cook. He comes here after class. Shino and Sora also lives here with their Uncle Insei Hoshiko.

Shinozaki Hoshiko- Meister i don't believe that All witches are evil though Shino was chopping some carrots and waits for some one come in. This is boring if I don't have a partner. -Hiraki Amane-  Hiraki was actually in close proximity to the ramen shop, only being about 100 yards to the shop. He was able to smell something in the air, remembering that scent. Over the years he had killed and eaten 4 witches souls, which accounts for his extremely large wavelength. But it also gives him a weird feeling when there's another witch around.
Hiraki wondered around, following the feeling until he came upon the ramen shop and the young fox witch. "Ahh, if it isn't Mrs. Fox." He spoke up to her

-Hiraki Amane- "What? Is it wrong for me to visit an acquantince of mine?" He asked softly, observing the ramen shop. "I've had better." He flicked Romana's nose.(Sort of... if a meister were to eat human souls they would become a kishin, probably the same if they ate kishin souls. but Hiraki wanted to find out what would happen if he ate a witches soul. Basically he just acquires a larger wavelength and becomes more durable to magical attacks
