On a Frightday morning, a text was sent out from the same untraceable number they had previously been contacted by...Quote: Greetings, Couriers.
As most of you had already read about here, we have a situation on our hands. This situation is something we will not be able to handle on our own, even if we had the numbers. There are two powerful organizations at work here - Hunters and the Kuroda Mafia. Therefore, there will be a meeting on Spiderday, 10am on the interweb telephone program 'Scythe' to discuss on what sort of a plan of action we should take.
The meeting will start on 10am sharp, regardless of the number of attendees.
If you do not possess a laptop, desktop or smart-phone, please head down to a fellow Courier's room and attend the meeting there. If you are one to oversleep, get a fellow Courier to wake you up. If you are afraid that you might forget, get a fellow Courier to remind you.
It is acceptable to attend the meeting as a group - that is, a face-to-face meet ups between group members, and only one Scythe account - as long as you are inconspicuous about it.
I hope to hear from all of you soon.
Admin. OOC note: -> Go ahead and respond to this; it could be a reaction post followed by a 'what my student did on the day itself (such as logging in or going to someone's room)'. -> You have approximately 24 hours. -> After that, the meeting will start!
-> If you are busy, feel free to plot with another Courier member such that your student actually attended. For example, if I'll be busy, I could ask Enoh to say that Lizzy was there with Mac and thus, Lizzy will know everything that was said during the meeting even if I wasn't posting!

You know, Hel knew how to navigate GroanSpring, and that in itself was a miracle…anything else well…she was still getting use to. Even though she had been invited to thus mysterious forum, she was hardly active on it…well…while she waited for this meeting; maybe she should be checking things out! Ugh, technology. She had to get Mot to show her how to install and use this “Scythe” program…it was like HIM all over again.
Thus the ghoul signed in, seated in her room on her bed with her ancient laptop, and waited, surfing the SEEDs forum while she did so.

Levi also failed at all tech devices. She had yet to find that elusive "any" key on her keyboard. Something was going on, however, and the ghoul needed to be there if things were up. Or online. Somewhere in that inter web space wherever others went when they got on the interwebs.
She needed to go somewhere to go somewhere on the interwebs. Yes.
psst... Rex... Climbing secretly into the hellhound's room through a hole he'd dug first year, the tatzel ghoul promptly found his computing device and tried methods of turning it on that surely awoke/startled the boil. C'mon, we gotta git on'a Scythe thing... now where's yer any key...
They would find a way of getting on Scythe. And it would work. It would actually work!
Huzzah!
Note: This was most likely due to Demi's overtaking of the technical matters.
At one point of her studies at Amityville, the ghouls (Junko, Lizzy and Xiu) got her onto HIM ... which had been a slow process of first discovering where things went when they were downloaded followed by how to make the tiny icon open what she wanted to install. Two clicks, Levi; you require two clicks. It had been of great importance that the ghoul got into using the program of HIM that time. With her friends requiring her help, how could she say no? The tatzel ghoul knew that when push came to shove, she had to work through it and just deal with this.. technology.
Even before this, however, she had gotten onto groanspring which was an even more laughable scenario. Deemed to be a requirement for her schooling at Amityville rather than her home town, Levi's family members came together to get her a computer among some other things. From the moment she opened it, the ghoul took her sweet time in finding the power button and learning about the mouse. The arrow moved when you moved the mouse; it was a breakthrough! As if a miracle bestowed upon her by Jack himself, Levi managed to eventually get on the interwebs. In the time period she was waiting to go to the school, she kept in contact with some of the social happenings via groanspring between her would-be peers.
There was a major difference in her HIM experience in comparison to her use of Scythe at the moment and why she felt the need to look to Demi for help: time. Levi had all the time she needed along with the assistance to go through the downloading and opening of HIM, but there were on a schedule in this case. Back home with groanspring, Levi also had the time to discover the interwebs and how to log in to something; here, they needed to be on for an appointed time.
Demi was truly a blessing to the tatzel right now- not like she would tell him so straight, however.
They were connected and ready to operate!

The buzz of the ghost's eyephone pulled his attention from the pages of a new book, but only just. He didn't even bother to look over as he groped for the phone on his bed side table, and it took a few seconds of blind grabbing until his fingers brushed against the familiar rectangle. He assumed it was Junko, it usually was, or maybe even Bul, but he didn't immediately recognize the number that flashed up on the screen, and dark brows furrowed as he read through the message. The unhappy 'v' continued to deepen as he reached the end of it, and with a huff he pushed himself out of his head and across the small space of his room to his dresser so he could grab a sleeveless hoody to zip over his chest. More or less dressed(screw shoes), he made the familiar walk to the monster dorms in less time then it usually took. He no longer had to pay attention to where he was going within the dorms, he'd been there enough to know exactly where his friends and ghoulfriend lived. It the latter he'd gone to see, and Seiji had barely come to a stop at the ghoul's door before he'd lifted dark fingers up to rap solidly at the wood. "J, you in?" He called it through the door, eyeing the knob before testing it. "If you haven't already, check your phone." And let your Boilfriend in.

Quite frankly, Shun was glad a meeting was being called for the situation at hand. He was not willing to just sit by and simply 'warn' the horsemen about the whole problem. Then again, he had a little more stock in this issue than most of the others, not that those outside of Mitsu really know of those problems.
With his laptop sitting before him, he stared at the screen, waiting. Mitsu was probably going to be coming over pretty soon, so he was just sitting by quietly in the mean time.

After having helped Hel install Scythe, Mot got himself situated back into his own space and booted up his laptop. Normally, he used his eye phone for everything, so the laptop didn't get much love. However, it was currently charging.
The reaper sat on his floor with a fresh cup of coffee at hand, FooFoo on his lap, curiously sniffing around the computer.

Signing on scythe for Bul was pretty easy. He'd been wanting to discuss what was happening even if the off chance he could get in some off topic remarks about the horsemen trials and what everyone was planning for them.
Bul was waiting behind the camweb in his pajamas, his heat lamp casting a red light around the room. He looked like some colonel in a vidya game somewhere.

Pacing back and forth in his room, Jericho waited for 10:00 to roll on over. He wasn't sure how this was going to go, but he was glad the meeting wasn't in person. It would be far more dangerous to physically gather in one place than it was to do this over the web. The dragon did feel it was somewhat important, though.
Doing something about all of this worried him to an extent. Was there anything they could really do about it? He wasn't really sure. They had proved to be pretty powerless in most other scenarios. If they weren't careful, the hunters would easily snatch them away.
He did not want to leave home.

West knew enough about his laptop to successfully surf the interweb and install the programs he found there. Uninstalling those programs, however, well, that was a problem. It was how his computer had ended up with no less than six outdated copies of HIM, a couple of old versions of HOL, and a trial of Left 4 Live that he'd never played clogging up its hard drive. The machine let out a series of irate beeps at being asked to install Scythe again, but West just smacked at some buttons until the little loading bar began chugging away at the center of his screen. When Scythe's login window finally appeared, West frowned. He remembered this program well.
He hated the stupid thing.
It was unlikely that he was going to be able to prevent the random disconnects and slowdowns he had experienced in the past, but he could at least stop everyone from staring up his poorly-lit nostrils. West grabbed a dirty black t-shirt and draped it over the laptop, neatly obscuring the webcam as well as half of the screen. There, all set.

Shehk wasn't very excited about the meeting. Not that she didn't feel they needed to have one, but she was..anxious. There were a lot of variables in things that could go wrong during the meeting and some of them were things only she was aware of. Still, she settled into her room with her computer, curling up underneath her blanket with Scythe open.
She would wait for the others to get online and for more to happen since then. A half glance was shot over to the mask sitting out on her desk. No, she needed to keep that off and not wear it. That would have been bad to suddenly have some masked person show up in their conversation.
Instead, she just waited for everything to start. She was ready for it..as ready as she was going to get with her worries.

Junko had received the text, but only as a formality. She knew very well what was going on, but she couldn't say that. She needed the text. But she had no laptop, only her eyePhone. Seiji had a computer! Did Shehk have one? Would her eyePhone be enough for the three of them? Should they invite Shehk here or go to them? Hmmm! "Come iiiin~!" Junko called out cheerfully, picking up her phone to send Shehk a text. demon_pachabel Seiji and I are ready to sign on Scythe. Would you like us to join you? They were on the same assigned team so it made sense! Though the ghoul was doing much the same thing a few others were. She was in her PJs, hair braided and slung over one shoulder. It was getting longer, she had to braid it into three braids and then braid those together to keep her hair under control. There was just so much of it. "The text woke me." It was just a little white lie. It wouldn't hurt, right? She was sitting on her bed in her PJs! That was perfectly reasonable! "I just texted Shehk asking what our arrangement will be~."

Seiji didn't need the sweet voice coming from behind Junko's door to know it was alright for him to enter. The door was unlocked, and Junko never minded if he came and went as he pleased, just as she was more then welcome to do the same to him. It had gotten to the point, really, where he figured it'd just save time and effort on both their parts if they could just move into the same dorm, but he didn't really see t he school going for that. He was still frowning as he shut the door behind him, but it softened considerably when red eyes landed on the ghoul perched on the edge of her bed. "Sounds good," he mused, tone not exactly happy, but less so then it had been when he was calling through the door. Stuffing hands in his pockets, he took a seat beside junko and pressed a kiss to the side of her head. "We're never going to have an extended stretch of time in this school without something big going down, are we?" Instead of the usual bitterness that had been a near constant accompaniment to his baritone, he simply sounded resigned and weary.

Once Seiji sat down Junko was quick to curl up and lean against him, scrolling through the apps on her phone until she found Scythe. Grumpy gus~. "Nuh uh! We've gone two months. Almost three! Unless you mean even fun stuff." She pouted up at Seiji a moment before signing in.
SeamstressOnna has signed in.
There! Now to just wait for Lizzy! Junko nuzzled her cheek against his shoulder. It was very nice to see him out of his room. "It's just Scythe. Not like we have to get up unless Shehk says we should meet her in her room."

Malodore wasn't entirely at home with modern technology; while it loved the sciences in every way, technology existed in some odd continuum between pure science and weird inventy-stuff. Thus, it headed over to Riley's room, the better to use her excellent technology. No innuendo intended.

Okay…things had been going okay so far…and then…things popped up. Things like updates and reminders and message notifications, and Hel’s already short attention span with technology was rapidly dwindling. With a loud scowl, the reaper forcibly smashed her finger on the power button, feeling rather triumphant as she was greeted with a black screen. There!
…
Oh wait…
“Damn it!” Hel cried.
A few minutes later, Mot would find his door swinging wide open and a rather grumpy looking valkyrie standing in the door way. “Computer trouble.” Was all she explained as she closed the door behind her and slumped over to the cowboil, flopping down right next to him once she was close. She could totally do the ‘Scythe’ thing here. It was a Win-Win.
