that still ended up being a long story ugh Tell her she's a stupid b***h, and she should know why she's a stupid ******** b***h, but since she doesn't, you'll tell her why she's a stupid ******** b***h. Don't do this in front of the ******** she's dating now either. Also, after you do it, send her a text once a day saying simply this - "I hate you" Also, do not engage in any conversation with her ever again. Trust me, she'll try to reconcile after a month or two of you doing this, because it will grate on her emotional well being. She'll also leave the other guy to "be with you" because she'll try to reconcile, but dont let her, she broke your heart and now it's your turn. If she sends friends at you, tell them it's between you and her only. Only words you should ever say to her are "I hate you" if you do this enough, it will emotionally cripple her and she will be left a gibbering mess who will be suicidal, though to get to this point you'll have to keep it up for at least 7 months.

Trust me, I know that feeling. I too am, or was, once a nice guy. There's a reason I dont date women anymore, they always pull this s**t.
She doesn't deserve you as a friend.
Just tell her flat out why she's being a ******** whore and she's likely to come back to you anyway, you were being nice. Girls hate nice guys and spontaneously orgasm for a*****e jock ********. Swear at her, belittle her, and she's more likely to go back to you, but dont let her if she does.
She has you rung around her finger and she's friend zoning you, you let this happen and it'll only get worse. Trust me.

Ooooh, this is almost my situation. Really sucks crying I know that feel, bro. Still in love with her. Anyhow! I turned my depression into an emotion I could deal with - anger. Instead of feeling sorry for myself and longing for the past, I took my anger out on her. I vented to my friends, wrote some poetry, imagined saying really mean things to her (I didn't! I just really wanted to) and so on. I came to this realizations: ******** bitches, I'm the s**t. cool It's kind of like my mantra. I say it to myself so I keep sane.
Most importantly - you MUST distract yourself from her. Oh my god this is vital like no other. Read rage comics, play videogames, hang out with friends, just try to think little of her. If you catch yourself thinking of her, switch gears immediately and find something to do.

She was a b***h who ******** with your emotions and expects you to be fine with it. ******** that slut. Get away from her, ignore her, poison your mutual friends against her for the s**t she pulled. DO IT. Other women will find you more attractive anyway. SHE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TEARS. SHE IS A SLUT. She's using the fact she's a woman as bait for nice guys like you so she can look good, lots of women are like that and they are the ones who deserve the get back in the kitchen s**t. Try and find the nice ones if possible. But not sluts like her. They are nothing but manipulation incarnate.
