Kekkei Genkai and Clans

Kekkei genkai (血継限界; Literally meaning "a technique limited to inheritance by blood" or "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. It's possible for a ninja to have more than one of these abilities.

Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called dōjutsu. Such as the Sharingan, Byakugan, or Ranmaru.

Below is where all the Kekkei Genkai's will be written and located, organized by alphabetical order.

Clans


A clan (一族, Ichizoku; Literally meaning "family"), in the loosest sense of the term, refers to a family or group of shinobi who form a basic unit of a shinobi village.

Many ninja have genetics((Bloodlines)) that pass down from generation to generation, unique to that specific clan. Varying in types and appearances throughout the Naruto Universe.

Dōjutsu

Dōjutsu (瞳術; Literally meaning "Eye Techniques") are genetic ninja abilities that utilize the eyes, granting the wielder ocular abilities. Being a by-product of specific kekkei genkai, dōjutsu are not classified as one of the major jutsu types. They do not require the use of hand seals and sometimes facilitate in the use or defence against genjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu and then defeat his or her opponent. All known dōjutsu also provide the user with some unique abilities, such as an extended field of vision or predictive capabilities. The use of dōjutsu consumes chakra.


By transplanting the eye in question, it is possible for people to possess the dōjutsu, despite not being in the clan that the dōjutsu originates from. Among all known dōjutsu, there are three that are known collectively as the "Great Three Dōjutsu" (大三瞳術, Daisan Dōjutsu; Literally meaning "Great Three Eye Techniques").

Elemental

Now here is what most Shinobi know about. The manifestation of chakra into some element. There are many ninja who manifest their chakra into a single element, making it an unstoppable force. Then there are others who meld two or more together, and finally those who are able to learn all elements in order to be a jack of all trades. There are very few known to be able to wield all 5 elemental chakra though, they usually have some way or another of obtaining that kind of power.

Other

Now we come to most of the unknown. Here are the few Kekkei Genkai, Bloodline, and Clans we know almost nothing about. Some allow the user to morph their bodies into that of a weapon, turn it into a living rag doll. Others allow them to create monsters from paper, turning their art into living creatures, or even turn their own bodies into puppets.

A lot of these bloodlines were taken from Shinobi Nations with the permission of the guild leader. So credit goes to them. Some have been modified to properly format the guild better. However we have since modified them heavily so do note while the art may be similar, most of it is now our work.~

___The Uchiha Tale:
The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother was born with the Sage's "eyes" and was gifted with powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama Senju, leader of the Senju Clan, being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha, such as Setsuna, have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha.

___Elaboration:
The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill and ability to perform them.

___Traits:
• All Uchiha have Katon [ Fire ] as a basic chakra element.
• All Uchiha have Enton [ Blaze ] as an advanced chakra element.
• The Sharingan glows brightly enough to be seen well at night.
• The Sharingan spins when using it for abilities & jutsu.

___Attribute:
• Flame Proficiency: Katon [ Fire ] ninjutsu cost [50%] less chakra to perform.
• Flame Mastery: Katon [Fire] ninjutsu are treated as one rank higher.

___Restrictions:
• The Sharingan starts off dormant, even as a transplant.
• You cannot have the activation of your Sharingan in your character's history.
• Receiving 100% blindness in an eye makes it completely unusable, even through transplantations.
• Transplanting eyes adds on the available sight from the one being transplanted.
• Jutsu that require the Mangekyou reset after transplanting, and have to be relearned.

___Eye Limitations:
• The Sharingan can be maintained forever, given a certain chakra level to maximum chakra level ratio.
___One-Tomoe: 50%

___Mangekyō Sharingan: 20%
___Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan: 10%

___IMPORTANT:
Since a lot of people seem to be having issues understanding what constitutes a "life threatening situation" I will detail below what this means and what is required.

• Killing intent: The person who puts you in the life threatening situation must seriously want to kill you. If no killing intent is there, then it's not life threatening. In short. You have to know that they're trying to kill you. If it just comes out of the blue and pwns you then it doesn't have time to register. Take the battle of Sasuke/Naruto VS Haku for instance. It was a prolonged battle where the feeling of "Oh crap I'm going to die if I don't do something soon" was prolonged and had time to sink in. The Sharingan would have helped him in that situation so his bloodline reacted and activated it.
• Healers: Are there people around who can heal you or save you? If there are, then you know full well you aren't going to die short of getting obliterated. (( This counts if there there is a medic nin specifically on site at the time. ))

___Ability Introduction:
The Sharingan (写輪眼; Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye", Meaning (Viz) "Mirror Wheel Eye") is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which appears in some members of the Uchiha clan. It is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu (三大瞳術, San Daidōjutsu; Literally meaning "Three Great Eye Techniques"), along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan. The Sharingan is also called "Heaven's Eye" (天眼, Tengan), because of the many abilities it grants the user. Tobirama Senju defines it as the "eye that reflects feelings". The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (洞察眼, Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (催眠眼, Saimingan).

___Ability 'To See':
The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see chakra flow. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
___Guild Description: The abilities of seeing chakra flow, giving them color, differentiating, and even seeing irregular flows are all given at separate stages of the Sharingan. Seeing chakra flows does not give detail such as Tenketsu or natural environmental chakra.

___Ability 'Clarity':
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.
___Guild Description: The levels of Genjutsu are only discernible at particular levels of the Sharingan. Those discernible also include all levels below it.

___Ability 'To Copy':
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, and bukijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hadn't trained nearly as much as Lee had. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce techniques dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
___Guild Description: Mimicking tai/bukijutsu above your level when not of either the Taijutsu Class or Bukijutsu Class respectively will cause damage to your body, while also lowering the overall effectiveness of the technique. ( Genin is D-rank, Chuunin C, Jounin B, Konin A, Sannin S, Kage S+ ) The higher the tai/bukijutsu is in regards to your own rank, the worse the damage: 2 ranks = muscle tearing, 3 ranks = bone breaking, 4+ ranks = comatose. Mimicking genjutsu above your level when not of the Genjutsu Class will lower the Kai requirements to your level. Mimicking ninjutsu/eiseijutsu/kugutsu above your level when not of the Ninjutsu/Medical/Puppetry Class will cause the abilities of the technique to drop to your level.
___Permanent Copy Limits:
• Genin: Five [5], D-rank and below.
• Chuunin: Ten [10], C-rank and below.
• Jounin: Fifteen [15], B-rank and below.
• Konin: Twenty [20], A-rank and below.
• Sannin: Thirty [30], S-rank and below.
• Kage: Fifty [50], S+rank and below.
• A.N.B.U./Oinin: Adds three [3] to the maximum.
___Copy Restrictions:
• The number of techniques above is in total, not per element.
• You should make a section in your profile labeled "Copied Techniques", and use the proof of training system to link to where you copied those techniques.
• You are able to 'forget' a copied technique, if you want to replace it. ( Erase it from the profile before doing so, please. )
• You cannot copy bloodline techniques, or Clan techniques.
• You cannot permanently copy or retain techniques your target has created themselves. ( Custom techniques )
• You can copy a jutsu or technique and use it immediately for no slots taken if the ability to use it is forgotten after casting. (i.e. mimicking)
• When you copy a ninjutsu outside of your chosen elements, it does not mean you've obtained that element, or are able to combine them to create an elemental Kekkei Genkai.
• When you copy a single taijutsu or bukijutsu, it still counts towards your limits, and should be written up as a copied technique.

___Ability 'To Hypnotize':
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even a tailed beast may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tails, their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else via genjutsu, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu. Two Sharingan users are also able to free each other from other forms of genjutsu by first using genjutsu on each other, allowing them to enter their comrades mind and free each other from the genjutsu. As mentioned above, the Sharingan, and particularly its evolved form, the Mangekyō Sharingan, can be used to subjugate the Nine-Tails. It has been stated in Uchiha lore and by Madara Uchiha who noted that the beasts were slaves to those with blessed eyes. Some wielders of the dōjutsu can also enter the subconscious location within a jinchūriki to directly suppress their tailed beast's chakra, as Sasuke Uchiha demonstrated when he entered Naruto Uzumaki's subconscious and suppressed the Nine-Tails' chakra.
___Guild Description: The abilities of hypnosis are outlined briefly in the specific stages, and as in the above section. Animals & bijuu put under a direct hypnosis control are allowed to try to spend chakra to break free. When this occurs, the user of the hypnosis must spend chakra higher than those trying to break free to retain control. Direct hypnosis control of humans and their tamed pets is impossible, as the hypnosis is Genjutsu related. (i.e. it functions as rank appropriate Genjutsu) Non-Clan Genjutsu cast this way do not require their prerequisites, such as needing to make a sound or fulfilling a taste.

___Transplant Introduction:
It is also possible to transplant Sharingan from one person to another as noted the case of Kakashi Hatake who received his Sharingan from his former comrade, Obito Uchiha. Madara Uchiha noted that an individual needs to possess two Sharingan in order to bring out the eye's true potential. Kakashi's Sharingan cannot be deactivated and requires him to use more chakra than an Uchiha would, covering the eye with his headband to conserve chakra while resting for long periods after extensive use in battle. Because Kakashi obtained his Sharingan from Obito, they share the same technique and other dimension. Apparently, if a living Uchiha gives away their Sharingan, they will still have a link to the detached eye, and will be able to "see" what the eye sees in some instances, though this seems to be limited to a certain range. In a similar way, Danzō Shimura had a Sharingan instead of his normal right eye, that he gained from Shisui Uchiha, which he kept hidden under his bandages. Danzō also possessed ten Sharingan in his right arm, which were kept sealed until he needed them. It is also possible to transplant it to animals, as Itachi did to Shisui's Sharingan with one of his crows. However, if an Uchiha gives their Sharingan to another member of the Uchiha clan, the Sharingan can be deactivated and therefore, would not need to be covered up to conserve chakra.

___Stages Introduction:
The Sharingan's power, because of its ties to the Curse of Hatred, is both a blessing and a curse. The moment that an Uchiha comes to know a powerful emotion towards someone, such as love and friendship, a stressful or emotional condition brought out from losing that precious person causes the brain to release a special form of chakra that affects the optic nerves while transforming the eyes into Sharingan. After its initial activation, the Sharingan may be used freely, although it is possible for an Uchiha to lose memory of such an event and not reactivate it until through willpower years later. When the Sharingan is first activated by a user, it has a different number of tomoe (巴) around the central pupil, varying between users. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, changes its form further, which involves the eye maturing fully until it has three tomoe. As the Sharingan develops, the user gains heightened abilities through the heightened ocular sense. From what characters have noted, this dōjutsu apparently "glows" in the dark. True to its name, the Sharingan and its derived forms have shown the ability to spin. It is shown that when a person awakens their Mangekyō Sharingan without a fully matured Sharingan, their Sharingan will automatically fully mature while developing into a Mangekyō Sharingan. The Sharingan needs to be activated by the user when they are faced with a difficult circumstance or placed under emotional stress. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user with all known wielders of the dōjutsu having eyes that resemble variations of pinwheels. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, with each user awakening different abilities. These include the powerful fire technique Amaterasu, the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi and, in rare cases, the use of Susanoo. Some wielders awaken the same technique in both of their eyes, such as Obito Uchiha, whose eyes allow the user to use space-time ninjustu such as the dimension-shifting technique Kamui, as well as Shisui Uchiha, whose eyes are both capable of activating Kotoamatsukami. Using the Mangekyō Sharingan puts strain on the user's eyes and erodes their vision, eventually causing blindness. This can be prevented by transplanting another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a close relative, such as a sibling. The newly acquired Mangekyō Sharingan looks like a merge of both eyes and is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (永遠の万華鏡写輪眼, Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan).

Activated through a serious mental or physical situation / trauma. Often when self or loved ones are brought near death.
___Abilities:
• Almost able to read movement.
• Can view chakra as a dull glow.
• Can detect active, B-rank genjutsu, & negate it by expending chakra equal in rank.
• Able to copy techniques sloppily. ( Two [2] posts of watching, and one [1] of studying. )

___[2] Two-Tomoe Sharingan:
Achieved after fifteen [15] posts of training the One-Tomoe's abilities, and one [1] exhausting spar ( or life threatening battle ) with someone faster or as equally fast as you.
___Abilities:
• Somewhat able to read movement.
• Can view chakra colors. ( Not signatures. )
• Can detect active, A-rank genjutsu, & negate it by expending chakra equal in rank.
• Can use hypnosis to suggest techniques that the target should use.
• Able to copy techniques efficiently. ( One [1] post of watching and one [1] of studying. )

___[3] Three-Tomoe Sharingan:
Achieved after fifteen [15] posts of training the Two-Tomoe's abilities, and one [1] life threatening battle with someone of equal or greater rank.
___Abilities:
• Able to read almost all movement.
• Can view chakra colors brightly & see chakra shapes.
• Can detect active, S-rank genjutsu, & negate it by expending chakra equal in rank.
• Can use hypnosis on bound bijuu (those within jinchūriki), to shunt chakra flows.

___[4] Mangekyo Sharingan:
The Mangekyō Sharingan is awakened through the trauma experienced from the death of a person very close to the Sharingan user. (i.e. an rpc) With the user normally having to witness or experience this first hand, Uchiha throughout history have killed a person very close to them in order to expedite this process. To obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing their closest friend or an immediate family member, as merely killing them or watching them die will not activate it. (requires at least the three-tomoe before this event can occur, and gaining entrance to the Naka Shrine to read the Sacred Uchiha Stone Tablet. )
___Abilities:
• Able to read almost all movement.
• Can view chakra colors brightly & see chakra shapes.
• Can detect active, S+ Rank genjutsu, & negate it by expending chakra equal in rank.
• Can use hypnosis on bound bijuu (those within jinchūriki), to prevent use of their chakra.
• Able to copy techniques with ease. ( One [1] post of watching/studying. )

___Abilities:
• Able to fortell all movement.
• Can view chakra colors brightly, see chakra shapes, differentiate signatures, & see chakra flow.

• Can use hypnosis on the Animal Summonings, and freed Bijuu.

___Uchiha Clan Techniques:

Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu (Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique)

Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child

Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu (Fire Style: Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)

Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu (Fire Style: Dragon Fire Technique)

Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.

Sōfūshasan no Tachi (Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades)

Sōfūshasan no Tachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.

Magen: Kyō Tenchi-ten (Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change)

The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them, and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique which sends it right back to its caster deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else. This ability only works if the Sharingan is evolved enough to see through a genjutsu on themselves.

Magen: Kasegui (Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes)

The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim will be tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals the greatest use this technique has is primarily for torture.

Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body

This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The technique will make it harder for the target to move properly.

Katon: Great Flame Flower
A Rank
Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user creates a multitude of fireballs at the same time which then rain down on the target causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs can easily destroy Earth Release-created shelters and even overpower Water Release attacks.

Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku (Fire Style: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation)

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive wall of intense flames which covers an expansive range, making it extremely difficult to avoid.

Uchiha Kaenjin [ Uchiha Flame Battle Encampment ]

After manifesting small flames on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing, protecting anything contained within and burning whatever comes into contact with the barrier's exterior.

Katon: Gōka Messhitsu (Fire Style: Majestic Demolisher Flame)-

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the user's body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames that can set a vast area ablaze, engulfing the target in a veritable sea of flames. If used upon dense, combustible terrain such as a forest, the confined area can greatly increase the possibility of the target's incineration.

M a n g e k y o• S h a r i n g a n

The Mangekyo Sharingan (Mangekyō Sharingan; Literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye") is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyo Sharingan differs from user to user; Kakashi Hatake's and Itachi Uchiha's both resemble pinwheels, Madara Uchiha's and his brother, Izuna's look more like a detailed form of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan, and Sasuke Uchiha's looks like a star. To acquire the Mangekyo Sharingan, someone close to a Sharingan user must die and the emotion of the loss is responsible for its unlocking. To expedite this occurrence, most Uchiha throughout history have killed their closest friends or family members in order to meet this criteria. Although, how Kakashi gained his Mangekyo Sharingan has yet to be explained.
The Mangekyo Sharingan gives a user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. It is unclear if these techniques are unique among individuals; no two Mangekyo Sharingan users have been seen using the same jutsu, but Madara appears knowledgeable of all Mangekyo Sharingan techniques. The only known exception to this is Amaterasu, which Itachi implants in Sasuke's eyes before dying. Over time, use of the Mangekyo Sharingan deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of one's sibling (who also wields the Sharingan) can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan).

___Rules:
• Over time, use of the Mangekyo Sharingan deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness.
• Use of Mangekyo abilities tires the user out faster then usual. Eventually causing severe pain all through the body which gets worse the longer it is used for.
• After using a Mangekyo ability the users eye(s) will begin to bleed. Causing major pain that is severe enough to cause the user to grab at the eye out of reflex. This also leaves the user open for a few moments and unable to do anything to attack or defend during this window of time. Depending on the current level of blindness it will also temporarily blur vision.
• Taking the eyes of another Mangekyo user and transplanting them into your own sockets will restore your vision and negate the side effects that cause blindness and pain from further use.
• To obtain the Mangekyo, the user must first have followed the natural progression of first meeting the criteria for and unlocking their own 1, 2 and 3 tomoe Sharingan.
• Transplanted Sharingan into non Uchiha's cannot reach Mangekyo level. This rule was implemented to make it fair on everyone.
• The existence of the Mangekyo Sharingan is a closely guarded secret of the Uchiha. New characters cannot auto know of it's existence and must learn of it from the clan head or some other legitimate source before they are able to unlock it.
• To unlock the Mangekyo Sharingan, one must feel the pain of losing the person closest to them. Genjutsu or NPC's cannot be used to satisfy this requirement.
• All Mangekyo Sharingan jutsu are considered S-Rank and require chakra as such. Unless they specifically say otherwise.
• Blindness is based on a percent scale that determines that status of your eyes. (Detailed Below)
• You must be Konin or up to achieve Mangekyō.
• Users are allowed to learn up to two total of the Mangekyō jutsu per eye. You must specify what jutsu are in what eyes. Once you make this choice it cannot be changed in any way ever.

___Blindness
Each person with Mangekyo Sharingan has a specified number of Mangekyo Points, similar to the Chakra Pool. However, once a point is used, it CANNOT be refunded in any way. Once you have 0 Points, you are completely blind, and cannot activate even the normal Sharingan. Gaining the eternal Mangekyo returns your points to full and keeps them that way.
• Uchiha have 100 Blindness Points per eye.
• Upon reaching, 75 points, 50 points, and 25 points respectively, the user takes a 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 point penalty to their agility and reflexes. These totals stack resulting in a 3.0 point penalty at 25 points reflecting their near blindness.

___Techniques:

Amaterasu
"Illuminating Heaven"
Amaterasu, is a jutsu, named for the goddess of the sun herself. Amaterasu is the highest level of Fire Release, and is said to represent the "Material World and Light". The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be the fires from hell that are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision, and said to unavoidable; is proven to be false, but are deadly accurate. These flame literally will burn through anything in their path, and are capable of smothering other high-level fire techniques; and even when their target is reduced to ash, they will continue to burn, and are said to be able to continue on for seven days and seven nights; going so far as to be inextinguishable, only on their master's command. The flames are emitted from the right eye of the Mangekyō.
• Fires from Amaterasu will continue to burn, and will remain for [6] posts before dying out, unless the user commands it so.
• Amaterasu costs 1 point per activation, and 1 point per post it is active. ("Active" meaning that you are consciously controlling it and/or chasing someone with it. If it hits something and is simply left to burn on it's own then it doesn't keep costing you.)

Tsukuyomi
"Moon Reader"
Tsukuyomi, a jutsu named for the god of the moon himself. Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence, and is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness". Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the technique traps the target in an illusion that is completely controlled by the user. The user can alter the perception of time with ease within the Genjutsu to make it seem to last for days when in fact it only lasts a few seconds. This allows him/her to torture the target for what seems like days on end, causing mental trauma that will render them unable to fight for an extensive period of time. The Genjutsu is emitted form the left eye of the Mangekyō.
• Tsukuyomi requires one to see the Mangekyō, and after which, they will be trapped in the Genjutsu for [2] posts.
• Tsukuyomi costs 5 Points, and 3 Points per post it is active.
• The foe will be traumatized for [5] posts once Tsukuyomi is over.

Kamui
"Authority of the Gods"
Kamui allows the user to transfer anything to another dimension. Once a target is sent to this dimension, it is unable to escape.[3] This technique, when used through Obito's right eye, is also able to make the user "intangible" by transporting portions of their body to the same pocket dimension.

Left Eye:
The left eye's primary use of Kamui is based on line of sight and, as such, does not require physical contact to warp a target into the other dimension. By focusing to create a barrier space and concentrating on the target within, Kamui will distort space and the target will be drawn into the other dimension. When Kakashi first used this technique, it required great concentration and was difficult to aim, dragging in only Deidara's arm when he aimed for his head. By the Invasion of Pain, Kakashi was able to use Kamui to stop a speeding nail from penetrating his head.

• Must roll a 6-sided dice if results are 1 or 6 warp them away

Right Eye:
The unique trait of this eye is the ability of intangibility. When activated, any part of Obito's body that overlaps with a solid object is seamlessly warped to the other dimension, making it appear as though he is phasing through them. Using this ability, Obito can dodge most attacks, and by overlapping his entire body into large objects, he can not only conceal himself from view, but erase all traces of his chakra. Obito is also able to enter and travel through the ground using this ability, a characteristic he often exploits to ambush his opponents from below. Though he is unable to establish any physical contact while being intangible, Obito can still use chakra chains. He also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's touching at the moment of activation, as long as he is able to maintain some form of contact with at least a part of the desired item or person.
• You can only stay intangible for [ 2 ] Posts
• Intangibility has a [ 3 ] post cool down time before it can be used again.
• Blindness increases by 2 points per usage

Both Eyes:
Combining both Entrance and Exit the user is able to exploit the two together to improve either ability such as warping (no longer need to focus a post) something away from afar or them self into a pocket dimension ( reduces the cooldown to [ 2 ] post). Or use both together to create warpable point instead of going to the pocket dimension they are able to warp (within visual range) to a point in space(think Portal).
• Blindness increases by 5 points per usage to both eyes
• [ 3 ] Post Cooldown (can not use either eye jutsu during this time)

Susano'o
"Tempestuous God of Valor"
Susanoo, a special type of jutsu named from the god of the sea & storms himself. Susanoo creates a gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds the user. As the strongest technique granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyō Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life. For a Sharingan to activate the Susanoo is rare; and like the other Mangekyō Sharingan techniques, the user's eyes and body are strained while using Susanoo because it consumes a large amount of their chakra. A pain that can only be described as feeling pain in every ell in your body, that only grows from prolonged usage. Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such differs in appearance as well as color and weaponry between users. Despite Susanoo's heavy endurance, it's defense is not absolute. Even though it envelopes and anchors the user, Susanoo doesn't guard right under the user's feet, making it possible to attack from below. Also, a sufficiently strong blow will still result in damage, especially during the technique's developmental stages. Additionally, it is possible to separate the user from Susanoo, as well as binding and restricting its movement. Susanoo goes through several developmental stages as the user advances their control over it; n its earliest form, users can only manifest some of Susanoo's skeleton. A ribcage is generally produced first which, while providing a good defense, can still be fractured, or even melted. An arm is sometimes connected to this ribcage, which can then be used to interact with the surroundings. The longer the Susanoo is awakened, the more power the user will have over it; allowing it to essentially grow, going form pure bones to muscle, and even armor in it's latest stages. It is only when Susanoo's growth is fully matured and thus, the user is completely surrounded, are the vulnerabilities of the skeletal form finally eliminated. However, it should be noted that Susanoo can also appear behind the user, instead of just surrounding them. The user can also change the size of it to fit the current situation. Eventually, Susanoo develops into a complete warrior-like form, where its skin, armor and final arsenal of weapons are manifested in their entirety. At this stage, it can anchor the user to the ground, preventing opponents from forcibly moving them unless they can get through Susanoo's various layers. In its final form, this fully humanoid shape is further surrounded by a secondary layer of armor that causes Susanoo to resemble a yamabushi.

Susano'o (Stage 1) - B-Rank
After awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan the first use of Susano'o will manifest as a ribcage providing a solid defense.

Izanagi
"Forefather God"
Named after the god who spawned many others; including Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo. This jutsu is labeled as a Kinjutsu, even by means of the Mangekyō Sharingan. Using Izanagi grants the user the ability to turn wounds and disadvantages into nothing more than dream. It also makes attacks and advantageous maneuvers real, thus giving one complete control over their own reality through an illusion cast on themselves. When jutsu is cast on one's own self, any damage received while it is active is negated. Their crippled form will shudder away like an illusion into nothingness while they appear unharmed away from the danger. But, the result is losing all light in one of the Uchiha's eyes.
• Upon activation, Izanagi will stay active for [3] posts.
• Blindness rate of 100 at the end of the technique. One eye has lost it's light permanently, even gaining an eternal Mangekyo Sharingan cannot bring its light back.

Kotoamatsukami
"Distinguished Heavenly Gods"
Kotoamatsukami is the ultimate genjutsu granted by Shisui Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan. The technique itself allows the user to enter the opponents mind and manipulate them by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things on their own free will. It is regarded as a Genjutsu of the highest class, due to the victim being entirely unaware that they are being manipulated. As a testament to its high repute, the capability is strong enough to even negate Kabuto Yakushi's control over the revived Itachi Uchiha, in spite of the formers authority being considered almost absolute. After the technique is used, it requires around a decade before it can be used again.
• Technique may only be used once every ten years in guild time.
• You may issue any command to any one individual per use of Kotoamatsukami.
• This jutsu does not require direct eye contact; but it does require twice the amount of chakra.
• Blindness rate of 100 at the end of the technique. One eye has lost it's light permanently, even gaining an eternal Mangekyo Sharingan cannot bring its light back.

Background Info
This both a great and terrible boost for the Uchiha after the effects of what happened to Madara himself the Uchiha found out that they could go blind from using their power too much. So the only way was steal the eye of another and keep yourself from seeing forever darkness. Thus the Eternal Mangekyou eyes were formed by forming two Mangekyou together into one eye giving you the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.


Rules:
• You must be at least Sannin rank to obtain this power.
• The user is allowed to learn an additional Mangekyo jutsu per eye. Again once these jutsu are chosen they cannot be changed in any way.
• Must train for each new technique in this list.
• Due to the guild being technically a non cannon guild we can deviate a little bit from the cannon to allow certain things. In this case we are removing the requirement to remove the eyes of another. This is due to the incredible amount of work and effort needed to reach mangekyo sharingan it would be unfair to the users to force them to loose that much work when other clans gain power levels.
• As such the MS will automatically evolve into the eternal version upon the rpc reaching complete blindness in both eyes. Keep in mind that if a permanent blindness jutsu is used that eye will never see again regardless of circumstances.

Susano'o [ God of the Sea and Storms ] Completed - S+ Rank
The Susano'o is an ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan to those who awaken the powers of both eyes. It creates a gigantic, humanoid being that surrounds the user. As one of the strongest techniques granted to those that have acquired the Mangekyō Sharingan, it is the user's guardian deity, but at the same time, it consumes the user's life. Susano'o is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such differs in appearance as well as color between users. While the user usually remains grounded within Susan'oo, it is possible for them to freely move around within its body, as well as levitate inside of it. The user can also allow others to enter Susano'o, or leave its body entirely.While Susano'o acts as a defense against external attacks, anything coming out of Susano'o will simply phase through it.

___The Hyuuga Tale:
The Hyuuga clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku) is one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konohagakure. All members born into this family possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see the chakra circulatory system amongst other things. The clan is separated into two parts, the main house (宗家, Sōke) and the branch house (分家, Bunke), a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders. The main house runs the family while the branch house protects it. The members of the branch house are branded with a cursed seal upon the next heir/heiress of the main house's third birthday. This seal gives the main house members absolute control over the branch members, because they can destroy the branch members' minds with a simple hand gesture, or cause them great pain to punish them. This seal also makes sure the secret of the Hyuuga's Byakugan is safe, because it seals the Byakugan after the wearer of the seal dies. Because they are essentially servants, simply because of their birth order or heritage, some branch house members are hostile to those of the main house. Members of the clan are instructed in the use of the Gentle Fist style, which uses the Byakugan to view the opponent's Chakra Pathway System and deal precise blows to disable and impede the flow of chakra. Due to training in this style, Hyuuga clan members tend to have excellent chakra control. This is emphasized in jutsu that utilize this chakra control, as well as the nuances of the Gentle Fist style. The clan's strongest techniques, like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, are only allowed to be taught to members of the main house.

___Elaboration:
The Byakugan (白眼; Literally meaning "White Eye".) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyuuga clan. It is one of the three great dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of blue-grey and lavender, respectively). When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It also appears that unlike the other two dōjutsu, all members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it.The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it during the Hyuuga Affair. Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a Byakugan from an opponent he defeated, and goes to great lengths to protect it; at the same time, Danzō Shimura goes to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it. Unlike transplanted Sharingan, Ao's Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will. The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. In Part I, Neji Hyuuga was able to see an area of 50 meters, but later he increases his visual range to at least 800 meters, while Hinata Hyuuga's range in Part II stretches at least as far as 10 km. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation used by the Sound Four. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the chakra pathway system, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defence against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defence is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting. Also, like the Sharingan and Rinnegan, the Byakugan's ability to see chakra and its flow allows the user to detect chakra sealed barriers. It was also shown in the anime that the Byakugan can also discern a transformation and a real person using the eye's ability to see chakra.Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal, or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist has been labeled as the greatest taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.

• All Hyuuga are able to use their Byakugan from birth.

• The Byakugan only grants 359º vision. You have one critical blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra..

___Byakugan Abilities:
• The Byakugan grants a radial third-person view.
• The Byakugan can see the exact workings of the chakra system.
• The Byakugan can see through solid objects.
• The Byakugan is not effected by basic obscuring methods. ( Smoke pellets, fog, etc. )

___Art Of The Gentle Fist:
The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's chakra pathway system, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It was also commented by Neji Hyūga that any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by putting chakra in it with his Gentle Fist. Also, as noted by Kidōmaru, this is done by using the chakra openings in one's hands to reform chakra into a needle-like shape to cut through chakra. It is unknown if this can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who see the tenketsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Hakke Kūshō [ Eight Trigrams: Empty Palm ]

This technique is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist is formed to violently push the opponent away, in addition to causing physical damage.

Hakke Kuuhekishou [ Eight Divination Signs Air Wall Palm ]

Hakke Kuuhekishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline and is a tandem usage of Hakke Kuushou. The two Hyuuga clan members will each perform Hakke Kuushou with their opposite palms while back to back, to emit a wave of chakra towards their target. Requires Korabo training.

Juukenpou Ichigekishin [ Gentle Fist Art One Attack Body ]

Juukenpou Ichigekishin is a Taijutsu technique used by Hyuuga Neji. Utilizing the Hyuuga ability to expel chakra from their tenketsu, Neji will emit a burst of chakra from his chakra points against an opponent or material which is binding him through bodily contact. This burst will knock aside the binding and free him. By expelling Chakra from the Tenketsu on one side of the body, the user is able to shove away and do moderate damage to anything making contact with him or her. Can disrupt Chakra structures.

Hakkeshō Kaiten [ Eight Trigrams: Heavenly Spin ]

This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all of the user's chakra points. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.It should be noted that certain attacks can pierce through this shield. ( If they are two [2] or more ranks above the chakra used to generate the spin. )

Hakke Sanjūni Shō [ Eight Trigrams: Thirty-Two Palms ]

The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. Shugohakke Rokujūyon Shō [ Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms ]

Created by Hinata Hyuuga, this technique allows her to emit a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With her natural flexibility, Hinata can reach any point around her, allowing her to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, Hinata moves extremely fast- almost a blur -allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much alike the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. It is so precise that it can cut smaller targets ( like bees. ) in half. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. The technique was powerful enough to considerably fly back a Giant Bee summoning.
With the addition of Hinata's flexibility, the technique creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.

___Ancient Past:
Originating from the Tea Country's Hide family, famed for what is colloquially called the "Kihakugan" or "Soul Eye," the Hanako members were born to use the beauty of the land against the shinobi of the world. From time to time it is said that one shinobi out of a group would be born into a beauty that would possess even the most evil of hearts, and thus the clan formed. Formed from beautiful members, both male and female, the shinobi of the Hanako clan spaced out amongst the villages of the world and sought to bring their abilities into the world's eyes. Their mastery of the human emotions allowed them to be skillfull in genjutsu of all kinds and ninjutsu in various elements. Through the use of their abilities and skills, they have been known to be the sirens of the time, as the ancients have said, "...That once caught in their seductive jutsu, one would be lost forever." The ability to control emotions stems from their special dojutsu and flower/petal combination. As the dojutsu activates, it infiltrates its target's chakra and tenketsu akin to the way Genjutsu works. Unlike Genjutsu, it merely provides a pathway to make use of the pheromones and scents carried upon the flowers and petals in the area. In this way, the dojutsu acts more like a Ninjutsu, forcing people to accept what is in the atmosphere, at a higher reaction than normal.

___Beautiful Growths

• One of your two chakra affinities must be Fuuton [ Wind ]. This is because you need some way in order to move your flowers from place to place.
  
• Because the flowers are made of organic material, they have a natural weakness to Katon [ Fire ].
  
• Hanako have a natural affinity to Genjutsu and Ninjutsu, granting them a reduction in learning bonuses of one [1] post.
  
• All jutsu that are defined as using or employ flowers/petals in the jutsu lists are capable of being listed under the Clan Jutsu heading.

___Traits:

• Hanako emotive moves are more effective on the opposing gender, due to natural tendencies.
  
• Due to the way the Dojutsu uses chakra networks and tenketsu, one can remove themselves from the jutsu effects in the same fashion as Genjutsu.
  
• The Dojutsu usage is not able to be picked up by other Dojutsu.
  
• All Ninjutsu are capable of being used with the eyes only, for fifty percent more chakra.
  
• Use of the medium, 'flowers' or 'petals', is necessary to create the desired emotive results. Destruction of these greatly diminishes the Hanako's abilities.

This is the most-well recognized Jutsu of the Hanako clan, as this allows the user to read and potentially 'borrow' another's emotions, without the use of a medium.

Touei Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Projecting the Soul ]

This is the second Jutsu connected with the Hanako, which does the opposite of the Eizou Kihaku, allowing a user to 'force' their own emotions temporarily upon others, via the medium. It is enough to bring tears to the eyes, make one smile or laugh, and make one growl or throw a tantrum.
• These are simple emotions, and not capable of doing much.
• Double casting this allows for complex emotions, such as happy/sad, angry/confused, etc.
• Requires a medium.

Hirogeru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Expanding the Soul ]
C
Allows the user to expand the area that his/her learned Bloodline Jutsu can effect by singing with the emotion of hope, imbuing the Chakra of the techniques through the voice and into naturally occurring, unaffected flowers. This is usable mainly as a way to affect people at very long distances, where the normal Hanajutsu would be useless in helping the emotives work. By doing this, all of those within hearing range of the new medium become affected by any of the Kihakugan’s techniques, regardless of whether or not they are friend or foe. The major downside to this technique is that singing easily allows for hostile forces to locate the user, so we advise that the user not perform it in close range.

• Is only able to be used in Korabo with other emotives.

Joushou Mizu no Jutsu [ Rising Water Technique ]
C
A skilled user can simulate the real feeling of drowning, through the usage of the medium. This Jutsu feeds off of the fear of death and drowning, making those already susceptible to them even more so. It instantly cancels at the point of death, making it ineffective for killing, but for those with the fears, it is great for putting them into an unconscious state. Using this jutsu on friendlies is an immediate breach of honor and trust. Genjutsu usage is advised while using this jutsu.
• Has three times the stated ability on those with the fears of drowning or dying.
• Other fears can be simulated, but at the stated ability's level.
• Requires a medium.

Kujiku Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Crushing the Soul ]
C
Intensifies the target(s) own emotions greatly, “condensing” them in to a small ball focused in the heart and mind of the target that prevents him or her from acting based on anything other than emotion while in battle.
• Requires a medium.

Shimeru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Strangling the Soul ]
C
Causes the target to lack all emotion for the duration of the jutsu. While this is seen as a benefit to enemies, this is typically used as a last-resort move on allies to rid them of their fear; however, if this technique is used for longer than eight posts, the target gradually loses consciousness, and their emotional capacity begins to shrink until, at around the fifteenth post, they are driven to suicidal thoughts because they believe their life is devoid of any meaning.
• Requires a medium.

Kihaku Kouin no Jutsu [ The Art Seducing the Soul ]

The Hanako clansmen are known for their seductive ways, in which this technique fully utilizes this important aspect in their lives. By releasing a pheromone into the air around them, via the flowers, the members of the clan can try to seduce an opponent and cause them to be in a state of intense infatuation. This state of infatuation will attempt to cause the victim to do what the user wishes, but will only last for as long as either the jutsu is active, or there are complete flowers remaining. If the user can form a good, stable relationship using this jutsu, the target(s) will remain loyal beyond the dropping of the jutsu.
• Requires a medium: flowers. (10 of them, minimally)

Mattou Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Fulfilling the Soul ]

Lowers a target’s emotional barriers, allowing them to truly open up their life to someone. This includes animals, plant life, fungi, etc. Euphoria is a common occurrence with this jutsu, as target(s) will feel in love with everything.
• Requires a medium: flowers.

Naosu Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Healing the Soul ]
B
A stronger version of The Art of Reflecting the Soul, this one takes on the full emotions of the target, relieving them of any emotional pain. Drawn away from the world in that state, the target will be afforded a quicker healing rate, approaching nearly a tripled--but natural--healing rate. If not managed properly, the emotions gained from such a Jutsu will overwhelm the user.
• No medium required.
• Rapid healing isn't enough for in-battle usage.

Torishimaru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Controlling the Soul ]
B
A stronger version of The Art of Projecting the Soul. However, this Jutsu adds the effect of persuading the target(s) to thinking that activating or continuing the use of any of their Jutsu would be a bad idea. (i.e. a feeling of dread, impending doom, etc)

Meshidasu Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Feeling the Soul ]

Copying the target's emotions over to the user, the user performs the Kuchiyose no Jutsu with the target's signature. If the target has a summoning, it will be called out instead of the user's, and will be used by the user unless told to do so otherwise. Usage of Henge no Jutsu is advised. 3 emotional signatures can be stored at a time, with each signature requiring the full A-ranked chakra amount to change between them.

Sawaru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Calling the Soul ]

Used on inanimate objects mostly, The Art of Calling the Soul 'reads' the object being touched for emotional signatures left behind. An example would be an Oinin tracking a missing-nin through a very complicated jungle forest. Only the trees that were touched by the missing-nin would have a signature, thus allowing the Oinin to track them. Whiplash effect: If the signature was too strong, confusion sets in, and the object can't be read again with any success for 3 posts. 'Too strong' refers to such things as extreme acts of hatred, love, etc.
• Requires physical contact with the object being read
• A.N.B.U. can use this only within the village, for a B-ranked cost.
• Oinin can use this only outside of the village, and with only 1 post of any whiplash.

Dekishi no Kihaku no Sousaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Searching the Drowning Soul ]

Used mainly for interrogation, this jutsu makes telling the truth or correcting a lie the most desirable action at that point. As questions are asked, potentially aided by the Rising Water technique, the user uses their suave abilities to determine whether or not the target is telling the truth. This requires forming an emotional bond, so using the Water Rising technique past the point at which a person can breathe normally is not advised. This technique takes a strong mind to break it, and can only be dispersed through the infliction of pure, unbridled pain, if the user ceases to use the technique, or the medium is destroyed.

• A.N.B.U. only, within the village.
• Oinin only, outside the village.

Ueru Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Planting the Soul ]

At this level, the user's eyes have taken on an airy, hazy look, and the user can change the emotions of many things in a small area through their medium. In history, many Kings/Pharaoh/Presidents have been noted in being able to control the mood of a gathering simply by the way they breathe: this is different only in the medium used.
• Requires a medium.
• Emotions available are relegated to simples such as hate, love, sadness, confusion.
• Double casting this allows for complex emotions, such as confusion/sadness, happiness/hate, etc.

Sainamu Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Tormenting the Soul ]
S
A much stronger and more generalized version of the Joushou Mizu no Jutsu [ Rising Water Technique ], this technique (for an instant) erases all emotions in the target(s) other than that of fear. This produces a state of utter paranoia in which everything becomes a part of the target(s) fears. This jutsu does not distinguish between friend or foe, and lasts for 5 complete posts.
• Requires a medium: 40 flowers minimally.

Utsuro Kihaku no Jutsu [ The Art of Emptying the Soul ]
S
This jutsu allows one to drain their entire life's emotions out into the medium in exchange for temporarily doubling their stamina pool. Some cases exhibit a loss of friend/foe distinction, skin paling, or strange markings forming around the eyes, so please use caution when performing this jutsu! All feelings and emotions that collect out within the medium provide a figurative vortex of volatiles that will attach to anyone within its reach.
• Kage only.
• Requires a medium.
• The Stamina Pool is temporarily doubled and filled. (usable once per fight)
• Distinction between friend and foe is nullified.
• Lasts until the Stamina Pool reaches 10% of the original pool.

Kihaku no Ninjou no Jutsu [ The Art of the Soul‘s Empathy ]
S+
Allows the user to copy and replicate his/her personality and store it inside another. This duplicated soul inhabits an emotional seal located deep within the folds of the target’s personality, and allows the target to interact with a mental copy of the user without exerting any energy to do so. This copy of the soul can be passed on to others, including offspring, occasionally, and contains everything that the user knew at the time of use, including all abilities, skills, etc. This copy, because it is not actually a part of the user any more, can be used freely by any of those that bear its mark (a small marking under the target's left eye similar to the user's), even after the user has long been dead or out of contact.

Karei Hana Soushi [ Beautiful Flower Creation ]

Official Description: By focusing the chakra and molding it into the shape of a flower or petals, the user can create multiple flowers or petals to use. The maximum amount of flowers that one can create with one use of the jutsu is three, the maximum amount of petals one can create otherwise is 100. Fields of natural flowers can be harvested quickly using this technique, doubling the amounts. The Taju version, for an A-ranked amount, can create either 48 flowers or 1600 petals.
Guild Description: Must learn before proceeding to the other techniques. The Taju version, Taju Karei Hana Soushi [ Many Beautiful Flowers Creation ], is a separate jutsu that must be learned and listed like the other Hana Jutsu. The average ratio of petals to flowers is 33 to 1.

Hanatoku [ Flower Shield ]

Official Description: After getting a number of petals and putting them in a concentrated area, the user of this jutsu can create a protective shield. This shield can withstand up to a D-Ranked jutsu before being destroyed, or an E-Ranked Katon [ Fire ] before being destroyed. Being destroyed by non-fire moves is a great way to start the emotives up close, as the scents/pheromones will quickly spread.
Guild Description: Requires 1 flower's worth of petals, minimally.

Shuuseigun [ Army in the Field ]

Official Description: This jutsu makes all of the active flowers non-lethal, non-sharp, et cetera, and floats them about the area between the ground and 3 meters high. In addition, scents and pheromones gain a boost to their saturation in the air, making it much easier to use emotives.
Guild Description: The saturation extends out from the user to a total of 10 meters, while the floating occurs out to 30 meters.

Hanabushin [ Flower Clone ]

Official Description: By performing the necessary hand signs, one can create a clone created of petals or flowers. This clone looks like a normal kage bushin, but has one-half the amount of fighting capacity. Once destroyed, this clone will explode in a burst of razor sharp flower petals, and release a pheromone which will cause normal shinobi to go delusional for two posts while causing those with higher smell abilities to be delusional for twice as long.
Guild Description: The gas lasts for two posts before dissipating into the atmosphere, and overwrites any active emotives. Requires 2 flowers' worth of petals, minimally.

Hana Jajjimento [ Flower Judgement ]

Official Description: By performing a string of hand signs, the Hanako member's chakra will start to become visible and seep from their body. As it does this, the chakra forms into thousands of floating chakra petals. These chakra petals are different though as they are sharper and thinner than other Hanako jutsu, being able to cut through even chakra steel. The user of this jutsu is able to control them with their mind or hands depending on which they prefer. The normal speed of the petals is that of a B-rank. (Jounin)
Guild Description: Controlling the petals with the hands, the power will drop a rank, but the maneuverability will increase to their rank. Controlling them with their mind, the maneuverability will only be that of a C-rank rank (at best), but the power will remain at the A-rank. Can only choose one method of control per each fight's usage. After the initial chakra cost, the user can maintain the jutsu for a B-ranked cost. Cancels any current emotives.

Tsuki Hana Kyuuzou [ Moonlight Flower Implosion ]

Official Description: After the initial hand signs, each unused flower will let loose their petals to join the rest of the horde. The petals themselves will glow brilliantly for a single post, becoming brighter and brighter as they absorb the chakra from the activation of the jutsu. Upon the beginning of the second post, the petals will race towards their target(s) at the current speed of the user, hoping to engulf them whole. For a better mental image, consider thinking about Gaara's desert coffins, only sharper and faster.

Official Description: Useful in situations where there are highly pesky--resilient folk--to the emotives, the user can create a singular wild rose from their hand to aid them. The most beautiful flower in all of creation, it forces the target(s) to accept the emotive trying to be given, within a ~33 meter radius of the user. The saturation of the area is dense enough to infiltrate the breathing equipment from Takumi, through the tiniest of gaps.
Guild Description: Kage only. Cannot cause immediate death through strict usage of this jutsu alone. Affects both friend and foe alike.
