Ok.. so if we took a basic premise of Animal Crossing.. but maybe expanded it to a whole.. .society... maybe something with an assortment of districts like how Panem has it's districts in the hunger games books? and then i'd have something of... like.... 2 or 3 BIG CITIES as the focal point towns... then one of the towns is smaller with several small villages that satellite around it.

then there'll be a few settlements that are a little cast out from the regions surroinding the big cities.

and then i was thinking we'd start giving some specs to some of the subspecies. like.. the canines are a fairly large size race. they are one of the biggest with exception for bears. Bears tend to run anywhere from slightly bigger than a cat to sometimes bigger than the canines. then cats are slightly under them in size, but are known for being a lithe 'kin'.

Then, i'd also like to have one area be a huge wild forest area.. Where the wild warrens have control. Rumor has it that beneath those forests.. teh warrens have come up with a plan to build underground networking tunnels that would take them into the big cities if they ever got organized to launch an attack.

i need to make a shitty rough shod map up, so there's a visual relation of how it works. XD

so to discuss what you're seeing here in my poopy diarama.. basically is a stretch of land that branches off of some other larger continent. what's beyond the NW is unknown. :3

The bright blue futuristic city in the NW. They have some flying vehicles and replicator machines that can materialize anything your hearts desired. However, not everyone cares for that way of life. To some.. it feels to artificial and not the last bit organic.

to the south; you'll see a large magenta'ish spot with a bunny like symbol on it. This is the core of your average every day bun buns. The middle is their "big city". This big city is in no way compares to the BIG BIG METROPOLIS to the south of the river fork. their big city has like.. very similar to the big city in AC:city folk. where the big town you could ride into had the theater, a few stores, etc.... it is a big trade center where buns from the outer ringing satellite towns come to trade their wares. the towns that are on teh west side of the big city are big time into farming. these bunnies are responsible for a lot of the food that's shipped all over this whole map. for bunnies anyways.

if you wanted to equate these bunnies to people; their area are like.. middle class hard working buns. :3

away to the south, you see a etching in orange. that's a metropolis. not only bunnies live there. many of the sub species. every industry or business you can think of exists there. it has gutters and alleyways. think like.. Durem.. or... Gotham City. it'd be like the capitol city of panem in a way? many of the buns who have a lot fo hair/clothes, etc etc probably live in this town somewhere. a lot of runaway bunnies also end up here.. thinking their little one carrot town is just too small, and they wanted to see what the world had to offer. Alas, when they fell into the shadows of this big town; they forgot all their aspirations. Also, rumor has it in this town; they are organizing some type of bunny government and military. It would seem that this city in particular as especially interested with what goes on in the forest across the river.

In the very south west, is the core cat city. This isn't to say that cats don't live elsewhere as well. However, their central society is located there. many make a trip home once a year to observe the year end holidays. This town gets especially interested in halloween, and they also are known for being experts in ancient cultures.

In teh very southeast is the canine society's base. Like other sub species, they are not restricted to this area, but they do enjoy lush beach life. As you might imagine, not many from here really get along with the cat's village too well. Most of them will not go over there. Many who are much more tolerant end up migrating to the big orange city to their north. every new moon, most dogs return to this area for lunar celebrations. it's rumored that a lunar cult exists there, but it's super secret; so who really knows?

In the east beyond the edge of the forest is a yellow honey pot. That represents the main location of the bear types. These who live here have a very... native american approach to life. they do not want to concern themselves with all these.. big city way of life that most other species have. they are very intune with nature. They want nothing to do with any kind of government. They dont' need it. They just have some shamanistic chiefs. They are happy with that. They are reported to have had some dealings with the wild warren rabbits. In fact, most information that comes to the big cities of the warrens; has arrived through bears who somehow migrated into the big city life.

but between the bears and the river, there is a lush Forest. It runs north and south. It's long banks that flank the river have for ages been home to bunnies who refused to evolve with the other animals. They were determined to preserve their ways of old. They are wild. They have their own ways of doing things. They live in burrows in the ground still. Tales have reached other towns that the warrens there have a network of tunnels.

besides all of this, you see lots of little pink dots around. those represent VERY SMALL settlements. or.. some are empty at the moment; but some can be taken over by groups of animals tired of their current location who explore and decide to plant roots. these migth be awarded to people who rp a lot. they could have a small town, name it, etc...

your world map is ok, but i'd still like to see more specific city placement. like.. where the housing would be located, etc..

but if we want. i suppose we could always have a general less detailed world map; then get into more specific regional maps of towns, locations within those regions. also i don't like that the farmland is so far away from main bunnies.... unless we also put bunny towns up there. cuz i still really want a core bunny "working town" with smaller satellite towns around it.

ohh i have a name for the futuristic city it could be called Metro Sky. and maybe look something like THIS the dome part could be the downtown area with all the big city type buildings you would find in a normal city. and the part in the front ( like the square things on the bottom of the pic. ) could be the home neighbor hood areas.

In the metropolis, even though i did assign an area for government; it doesn't actually have one YET. It's mostly a science and development area for the time being.

I was thinking for a future metaplot; someone from the futuristic city takes an altruistic journey around the continent below. and on it's pilgrimage; it visits all the towns. It gets to know all the races and how things are. The end goal is to return to the future city to log records of all its findings.

However, that bun's coming to the Metropolis also kind of sets in motion an interest among the greedy and corrupt to want to set up a power structure. Their motives will be darker than the future city. The floating city uses government strictly for structure and organization to keep things running smoothly. the ones in the metro will wanna use it to gain power, greed, etc etc. x3 possibly a "government" formed up of Gangsters who enlist their families to be their 'army' as it were.

I kind of am also thinking.. most flying types with wings probably live up there. so not only buns live up there.. just if they have wings. but normally, though they can fly; most don't fly down to the continent below; because those sorts of flights are very long and tiring. Most buns who make the journey require a full day's rest afterwards.

then later later on; the metro could have a small meta where they embark on learning to build air ships, so they can journey to that city up there.
