The sun was high in the sky and in a field in the middle of the edge of town and the start of the forest most of the pokemon stayed a young girl with ginger hair sat in the field. She was rolling a soccer ball back and forth between herself an a tree. Though it did seem that the ball always rolled back to her a at least a few inches form the tree.
The young girl was clad in bright clothes that were shot on one side and she was giggling and it seemed talking to herself. But then again children always seemed able to entertain themselves. Maybe she had some imaginary friends or she was talking to the little ginger doll that laid near her hip.

A teenage girl that looked like a cross between a human and an Ivysaur was skipping through town, swinging several shopping bags full of clothing. She'd spent the whole day shopping and was now heading home, with a great bundle of new things to wear. To say she was happy was a bit of an understatement. Regardless, though, she was heading home for the day, so she was heading out of town and into the forest.
A giggle caught her ears as she started walking through the field that edged the forest. She glanced over and notice a little redhead playing with a soccer ball. She stood, watching for a few moments before she had a feeling that not all was what it seemed. Diverging from her intended path, Tulip walked towards the little girl. "Hellooooo," she chimed in her most cheerful of voices with a big smile on her face.

At the bright greeting brought the ginger head up with such speed that the hair flew up revealing a bright freckled face with what appeared to be a large yellow scar or crack on the left side of her forehead. And the giggling stopped. The young girl looked at the teenager in shocked for it was the first time that she had ever seen another like herself. And it was rather amazing.
With a gasp Caileen stood up and turned to face the larger girl. "Y...your a pokemon?" she asked her young voice bright with awe." She smiled brightly even as the teenage girl was slowly and silently being surrounded my much smaller gingers.

Tulip blinked at the sudden question; most people just asked her what she was, if they dared ask at all. So, it threw her off guard when this child knew she was a Pokemon. "I... uh, yeah... I'm an Ivysaur..." she answered, then her curiosity got the best of her, "How did you know?" To her, the girl seemed like a normal human child, except for maybe that scar on her head. Despite how the girl looked, however, Tulip was getting a strange feeling from her, like some kind of kinship. "Have you met others like me?" she continued. Tulip had only met a handful of changed Pokemon, bet she seem to be meeting more and more lately. She wondered if it was an epidemic or a new evolutionary route.

Caileen giggled and nearly ran over to hug the ivysaur teen but she stayed still and smiled, "No we have never met others like you. You are first." she nods and then looks down at herself and back up to Tulip, "We are pokemon too." She was so impressed that she had met someone else that was both pokemon and human. And it seemed that she was much older. So she must know how it was to not belonging to either species fully.
Ajax who normally would have jumped out and acted all tough, stayed back deeper in the grasses and watched the large teal woman and his larger counter part.

Tulip tilted her head curiously to the side. We? Why was this girl saying "we"? As far as she could tell it was just the two of them having a pleasant little conversation in a field on a sunny day. She looked around, but saw nothing, she didn't think to look in the grass, though. After a few moments, her curiosity got the best of her. "We? I'm sorry, do you have friends around?"

Caileen looked a bit confused for a moment. But she shook her head, "Is it not normal to be saying we? Um no none of my friends are here." He smiled and clasped her hands behind her back and sways back and forth. "But I have my other selves...um well brother and sisters?" He looked a bit past Tulip and down towards the ground, "Zeki....what are wer?"
Zeki stepped forward from the left of tulip and adjusted his glasses, "Well our relationship is a bit complicated. We are collectively known as an exeggcute. Each of us are separate from the other, I am sure sure if we were born from the same parent or not. But we have been together so long we are like brother and sisters...or more often than not we are the same person." He laughs his lips holding a knowing smile. "I hope that was not confusing.

The Ivysaur girl jumped at the sudden notice that there was a little thing near her that began to speak. She hadn't even noticed it was there. Catching her breath as he spoke, she listened carefully. "Oh, so you're part of an Exeggcute!" Tulip vaguely knew of the connection between the set. She'd met an Exeggcute long ago, it seemed, when it had fallen from her tree when she was still a little Bulbasaur. She passively wondered if this was the same group, but thought it probably wasn't.
"Well, my name's Tulip," she smiled, getting over her shock, "What's yours?" She glanced around, making sure no others were immediately at her feet so she could put her bags down. They were getting heavy.

Ingo and Ura both came out of the grass and smiled up at Tulip. Ura gently spoke, "It is very nice too meet you Tulip, my name is Tulip. The handsome gentleman next to me is Ingo and the one with glasses is..."
"Zeki. A pleasure." Zeki interrupted her and smiled gives a bit of a nod in greeting.
Caileen smiled at her, "And I am Caileen. It is so nice to meet you. Um there is two more...somewhere around."
Ajax was actually sneaking around, now that Tulip had lowered her bags. He smiled, and wondering if she might have anything they could use he started trying to crawl into one of the bags.
Zeki sighs, "Ajax we do not steal from friends. Do get out of miss Tulip's bags." He said and turned to look at the wriggling bag. Ajax smirked and laughed a bit his head popping up out of the bag and looking up at Tulip with a bit of a blush one of the items from the bag on his head.

"Lovely meeting you all," the Ivysaur girl replied after they had introduced themselves. They were all like cute little dolls, and Caileen was an adorable child.
"Oh!" Tulip exclaimed as Ajax popped his head out of a pink-and-white-striped bag. She squatted down near him and pulled the article of clothing off of his head. "I think you might be in the wrong bag those're... panties..." she laughed and gently removed him from the bag, placing him on the ground by Zeki. She put the garment back in the bag, thinking nothing of it. Surely he was too young to be a panty-raider!
Without another thought about it, Tulip grabbed a seat in between her cargo. "So, whatever you doing out here in this field?"

When Ingo and Zeki saw the panties atop Ajax's head their faces both turned a bright red. Zeki coughed and turned his head to adjust his glasses. Ingo wanted to hit the trouble making Ajax but he turned his head to look the other way and give Tulip some privacy when replacing her panties into the bag.
Caileen smiled brightly at Tulip and nods, "It is so great to meet you. Your so pretty Tulip. I hope I get to be so pretty when I grow up." she said happily like any child would. It seemed that she seemed younger than the other four, with Ura, Ingo, and Zeki acting the most adult of them.
Ajax held on gently to tulips cool smooth hand as she lifted him out, not really seeming to mind that he had her newly bought panties on his head. When she put them back and sat down he smiled and rubbed his head, looking like one of those want to be tough guys at school having the cheerleader talk to him. "Oh I am sorry. It really was the wrong bag." He gave a nervous laugh and stepped a bit behind Ingo, "I did not mean to touch your panties." He tried not to think about her wearing them. Oh head he was more like a middle school child just hitting puberty in attitude.
Ura stepped up and rolls her eyes. Guys were so weird. "Well we were just rolling the ball back and forth. It was a nice day to be outside. Just waisting time. But what about you? What were you doing on this fine day?"

Alright, Tulip liked this kid, she knew how to talk to her. Tulip chuckled and leaned back, grabbing her crossed legs so she wouldn't fall backward. "Why thank you, I definitely try. For Grass-types like us, it's important to make sure you get lots of sunshine and lots of water." She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, enjoying the bright sunlight.
When she reopened her eyes she looked to Ura, "I was just out shopping. I felt like I needed some new clothes. Well, I'm done shopping now." She looked around at her bags and smirked. "I feel like it was a successful trip. But I was actually on my way home when I saw you. Is your home nearby?"

Caileen gave a smiled, "Oh we need water too?" she asked and then she gave a giggle, "Oh we should go swimming! We can get water that way right?" she smiled at Tulip seeming very pleased at this idea.
Ajax did not think that he saw a suit in the bag. So if Tulip would say yes to the swimming then that would mean she would have to swim in her underwear or they would all go skinny dipping. He blushed at the thought and looked down getting glares from three of the others. Even the ball seemed to give him a disapproving look.
Ura shakes her head, "Well nearish. We still live in the forest right now. So it is a short walk from here, but we tend to move around a bit." She looked down at the bags, "I would say it was really successful. And I must say we are all very glad you decided to stop on your walk home and visit with us."

"Yes, if you don't get enough water, you will dry up and wither," Tulip brought her hands up and wiggled her fingers, trying to be "spooky." Her tone was trying to match how her fingers were moving. "It's really very unattractive, really." She ended in her normal tone.
"If you want to go swimming, we can head back to my place." Tulip thumbed over her shoulder, motioning the way she had been heading before seeing Caileen. "There's this crystal clear pond by my house, that we can go swimming in, if you'd like."
Tulip turned her attention to Ura and smiled, "I'm really glad I met you too, you're all very sweet."

Caileen gasped and her hand rushed to her cheeks, "I don't want to dry and wither!" she looked to Ura as if asking if that would really happen. She did looked more than a bit spooked.
Ura giggled "Don't worry Caileen...we would not long before we were about to wither. And I wont let you get unattractive." She did not mention that with her being the only one of normal size it was most likely going to fall on her shoulder for any real relationship to develop with the group.
Ajax looked stunned. They were being invited over to Tulip's home to go swim. He nods, "Oh yes let go swimmin!" he nearly shouted and jumped up grabbing the ball and smiling.
Ingo sighed and shook his head.
Zeki smirks, "That is a very kind offer Tulip, if we would not be a bother I think we could all use a nice dip on this warm day."
