Simple. I need crew, in pretty much any guild that I run.
First impressions mean a lot to me you know. Keep that in mind. But, I like crew members. If you think you can handle being one of my crew (and a handful of you already know what it entails anyway), post here. Tell me why. Seriously, tell me why. Treat it like you're being interviewed for a job, cause technically, you are. Once you're made part of crew (if I decide I want you) I'll decide where you go in the crew list from there.
