Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth Penny stretched out in the seat that she was sitting before perching back up against the window. Her eyes flicking from side to side watching everything zoom by her in a flash. Had she a tail and ears they would have been perked up and swaying side to side.
It wasn't often that she was released from the market place. Actually it had been a long while, probably close to a year since she was out last. Man the way that was put almost sounded as if she was an evil person. She really wasn't. Honest. It was just that she'd really missed Prince. He'd been like a father to her for the first part of her life. He'd been all that she knew and then to be dumped or pushed aside. Perhaps she was like one of those dogs that kept returning no matter how beaten it got. Though, the only problem was she couldn't find him. Anywhere.
Her last place she'd done something bad. It really wasn't her fault. She'd told him no, but he insisted that he'd force himself upon her. Well, he'd caught only a small amount of her powers and he'd flung her across the room in disgust as he was in pain. She'd taken that chance to flee from him.
Though, she wasn't sure how but they knew who she was and they'd found her once more throwing her back into the cage. There she sat for a long while.
Taking a deep breath she sat back feeling a bit sick to her stomach now. It wouldn't be long before they arrived to the house. She almost dreaded going but she was sure it would probably be better than the market and the last place she was at. Anything to get fresh air, right?
As the vehicle came to a stop and the men pulled her from the car they headed up to the house, the sounds of knocking could soon be heard as they stopped up at the door. She played a bit with her shirt looking down at the ground. She didn't know anything of this new person that she'd be staying with.

Akilis sat up from his sleep on his roof when he way the girl hit the ground. His ears perked up and he gracefully leaped from the roof to his front yard. He walked over to them and took the girl. "You men need to know how to treat a rare creature like this. Please leave." He said as he picked Penny up from the ground.

Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth One of the men glanced over at Akilis before giving a shrug. "She tripped, not our fault. But you need to sign here..."
Penny's cheeks grew a rosy color as Akilis picked her up from the ground. Her golden brown eyes gazing up at him. Wow, was the only word that came to mind when she saw him. Her eyes quickly flickered away as she muttered a quiet, "Thank you." She instinctively moved closer to him as the other male shot her a look.
She wasn't being ungrateful was she? The look the man gave her suggested as such. Well, she was glad that he had turned to leave his partner to deal with them. Good riddance she found herself thinking.

Akilis signed the papers and shooed the men away. "Hello Penny. I am Akilis. Just a simple Neko living in the city. I mean where else should a cat live. I know I must seem new to you seeing as how your previous masters were all human. I am glad to know you are alright. Well, let's get you inside shall we?" He said as he smiled at here and moved some hair from her face.

Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth Penny couldn't help the small flinch she had when he brought his head to her face to move some hair that had fallen into her face. She did offer him a small smile and nodded. "Yes, let's."
It would appear he'd already knew her? But of course, they usually did. Akilis huh? Akilis the neko. That's kind of interesting.
She turned back to the house a hand reaching to open the door only hesitating just inches from it. Was it rude for her to open his home? Probably not and she'd already been committed to the act so she finished, the hesitation only taking a second, and pushed it open stepping inside.

Akilis smiled. "Eager to get inside and look around huh. Well, everything in house is yours to move if you wish. Feel free to look around. I'll be on the roof when you are done." He said as he jumped to the roof and yawned. He took a small nap on the roof like he did every after noon.

Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth Penny turned to look at him clearly confusion written on her face. Wasn't he the one to say that they should go inside? But before she could utter a word he'd jumped back up on the roof, from which had her leaning over to peer up after him. Her hair tumbled to the side.
So... was that it? How strange.
He came off to her as very strange. Straightening up she moved into the house. Letting me wandering around his house like this. For all he knew I could have taken his most valued possession and run off with it. He would be word for the wiser.
For now though she kept her fingers and hands to her sides as she moved about.

Akilis watched and listen as Penny walked around the house. He got bored of sleeping on the roof and came into the house through an open window. "So, how are you enjoying the house Penny? I trust it is to your likeing. Please pick a room."

Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth Penny let out a startled gasp a small cry slipping from her lips and she flinched away from him. Blimmy! He's trying to scare me to death.
Her eyes watched him for a moment. Hmmm. She wondered if there was more to him that met the eye or not. "It's fine. Thank you." came her semi timid response.

"Which room shall you have. There are two currently open as the others are still being furnished. One room is attached to mine the other is attached to the kitchen. Let me think, how about the one that is attached to mine, mew, what about that one?" Akilis asked with a smile on his face. "Care to see it?"

Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth Penny's cheeks flushed a little bit as he spoke about the bedrooms that were open. Her first response would be the one closest to the kitchen and not the one attached to his bedroom. However, it would seem that he'd rather have her next to him. Her cheeks flushed even more at the thought. ...
Her eyes flickered away from him. If that was what he wanted then she wouldn't fight him."Sure, why not." It wasn't as if she was actually picking it. She was just looking. Yes, just looking.

Akilis smiled. "Well, if you like this room then you can have it, if not then you can get the one by the kitchen, choice is yours." He said with a smile before something caught his eye. "If you will excuse me."

Penneilapy (Penny) FryWorth Penny tilted her head to the side as she watched him. Oh-kay...
She slowly turned from him heading to the bedroom. "Okay, sure, I'll just be looking at the bedroom." With that she left him to his own devices or whatever had caught his eye and walked into the room. It was pretty nice in here, even if his room was only a step away. It wouldn't be any different than him having a room right next door, right? Sure, there's nothing to worry about. It's exactly like that...just with easier access. The thought gave her a small chill, but nothing to really worry about. He wouldn't do that, would he?

Akilis came back from what he was doing and found Penny again. "So do you like the room? The one by the kitchen is furnished the same way." He said with a kind smile. He gave her a flower and placed it behind her ear. "There you go, not all firey all the time alright?"
