They was something special about wearing a Seifuku. Perhaps it was the feeling of power that flowed through her body, the feeling of being important and special. Or maybe it was because Diotima knew she had a purpose as a Senshi, the purpose of protecting the innocent people of Destiny City. She'd been awoken to a higher calling and she certainly was not going to let ********* feel like she'd made a mistake. She was Sailor Diotima, the Senshi of Honesty.

. . . . but, well, how exactly was she supposed to do all that? She'd fought off a youma before, sure - but it'd been only one and she'd been coached through that. It was probably foolish for her to be out and about in this form, walking the streets looking for evil, when she had nothing under her belt to back up her confidence. In terms of power Diotima was a hatchling, a baby chick, and here she was trying to fly without knowing how to flap her wings.

Perhaps that was why she was sticking to the park and other less populated areas, the pale light from the tall gas lamps barely illuminating the cement. She'd snuck out from home to be here, to patrol and keep the city safe, but just what was she going to do? She'd been wandering for about ten minutes and well, it was cold. Even in her seifuku she was shivering against the February night air. She gave herself another ten and by then, she'd head back home.

Surely the city would be safe without her if she went to bed, right?

Lesath felt so tense, so wound up. After her last failed attempt at getting Acubens to join the Dark Mirror Court, she just…felt rather like a failure and had taken a few days off of patrolling. Last night she had met the cat, and tonight she was back out patrolling once more. Her heart wasn’t really into it, and she hadn’t yet done anything other than poke a few half frozen homeless men into her mirror. It was easy to justify it in this cold after all. They would have a longer life helping to aid the cause of her court, rather than freezing to death on icy park benches.

Lesath was walking, rather half hunched over against the shrill wind that was blowing through, when she felt the stupid tingle of someone who was not chaos aligned. Well…

The super senshi glanced up to the sky, then gave a little nod. Maybe hurting a senshi or something would make her feel better. It was worth a shot, right?

She darted off towards the other energy presence, then jumped right in front of the shivering senshi. “Well, dearie. If you’re so cold, why not just go home?”

Her voice didn’t hold the normal contempt she reserved for the fools who were blinded by the lies of the White Moon, it just held a sort of flatness. She was bored of the dance that she was expected to do with the enemies of Chaos. It was really getting old.

Diotima had been paused in her steps, blowing into her gloved hands as though her warm breath would prevent the cold that seeped into them. She rubbed them together once or twice, all the while looking around, and she nearly startled from her little chilly daze when a voice interrupted her rather quiet thoughts. "!!!" The normal senshi spun on her heels and looked back and forth before her eyes set on another woman, dressed in a seifuku of her own.

"Oh!" The words from her mouth were more to indicate her surprise, but that came next was just her tactless and blunt honesty rearing its golden head. "You're a pot calling the kettle black in terms of clothing." Diotima was quite surprised to see another senshi so she probably should have kept a lid on her mouth but, well, that would have meant she couldn't say what she was thinking. Not being able to say what she was thinking would have been downright cruel for her.

But, maybe she should move along. "Actually, I was in the thoughts of going home. Sorry to make you concerned for me, random stranger." All the bells and whistles about this lady weren't quite going off just yet, though there was something about her that made Diotima feel a little uneasy. Was it the way she didn't seem....warm, when compared to the time she'd spent with *********? Diotima had never met another senshi before so how was she supposed to be able to tell the differences? Trusting her gut might have worked, but where would that lead her from there?
