I think it has been said before, but when is the best time to pick them up to sell later?
I want to buy them when they're at their lowest.

★the best time is a few days before they're announced to leave the shop. after that everyone (including your average last-minute hoarder) starts jumping on them like crazy until they finally leave the shop.
wait at least 1-2 weeks, but don't wait too long after that.
