 Johnny Kurusel Mandango "No matter how dark it gets, I know I'm not alone." ┈ ━ ═ ☆ ═ ━ ┈ Johnny grinned when he arrived in the Borough district of Radiant Garden. He was so excited about being on his first mission that he just couldn't sit still. He waited patiently in front of Merlin's house and looked around at his surroundings. No sign of the Neoshadows yet, but I suppose it would be pretty foolish of me to let my guard down. Just gotta wait on Kana and Leon to catch up with me. I kinda left 'em standing once we landed... Rubbing his forehead, he sighed in frustration. I was so excited I kinda got carried away there. I hope they can forgive me for that.

“The world will never take my heart.” ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ ✗ Kana power walked to keep Johnny within her line of sight. He practically had sprinted off the Gummi Ship when it had landed in Radiant Garden. Kana took in the scenery as she kept up her quick stride, it wasn’t exactly what she would call “radiant” but perhaps it was getting there. I wonder if there’s some kind of restoration committee to help make this place look nice again. I can tell that at one time it was quite beautiful.
The blonde girl spotted Johnny standing in front of a rather odd looking little house. To each his own. Kana shrugged a little and walked to Johnny side. “So…is this that Merlin guy’s house?” She inquired, trying to make small talk as they waited for Leon to arrive on the scene of their mission.

 Leon N. Mason XA кιℓℓєʀ In me is a killer in уσυ X══════════════ Leon had barely made it onto the Gummi Ship, as Johnny had been so excited and moved like hell, which therefore, made Leon have to move quicker than he would of liked. He finally arrived shortly after Kana. He had briefly gotten lost when they left him behind, and he had to ask for directions.
He slowly came up to the two and stood there, breathing a little heavy to the point where it was sort of creepy. He stared at Johnny, watching his constant movements. The kid was excited. "Relax man, your starting to give me the willies." as he checked Silent Heart. He always liked having a second weapon on hand, in case something happened to the first. ══════════════ The bitter ѕαdηεѕѕ of someone left αlσηε

Johnny Kurusel Mandango "No matter how dark it gets, I know I'm not alone." ┈ ━ ═ ☆ ═ ━ ┈ Johnny chuckled a bit when his friends arrived. "Sorry about the rush. I'm just so excited! First mission, can't wait, this is awesome!" The young man was literally bouncing up and down in place with joy. Then the question Kana asked finally struck him and he stopped, turned, and looked up at the roof of the house. "Yep, looks like the place. I heard about this guy once when I lived in Twilight Town. Pretty famous wizard or something like that. I wonder if he's in right now? Wanna check after we've finished the mission?"
Stepping away from the house, Johnny went to the middle of the area they were in and looked around at all the houses. "Those Neoshadows could be anywhere, couldn't they? I haven't seen any yet, do you think we need to look around or do you want to just wait here for 'em?" When he turned around to look at his comrades again, two Neoshadows had already taken form and were lunging at him. Panicking, Johnny quickly summoned Heartbreaker into his hands and swung it, knocking them back. "Whoa! That was a bit..." A third had attacked him from behind, knocking him flat on his face. With a groan, he finished his sentence as he pushed himself back to his feet. "...close."
Glancing around, he frowned. "Okay, I only see five here. The others must be somewhere else. What say we have some fun huh?!" The young man was feeling pretty confident, though his face hurt like hell at the moment. Taking a deep breath, he held up his left hand and focused his mind, preparing to cast his Fire spell. While there was the possibility he could hurt himself or the others, he knew he could pull it off this time if he really concentrated. When a Neoshadow leaped for him, Johnny shot off a fireball right into the creature's face, knocking it flat on its back. Before it could move, the young redhead charged forward and thrust his keyblade into the creature's chest. When it was dead, Johnny smiled wide. "Awesome!!!!!" Quote: The battle has begun! “The world will never take my heart.” ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ ✗ “Well better to be excited than nervous.” Kana said to Johnny. Johnny mentioned something about visiting Merlin afterwards. Kana gave a simple nod, not really a yes or no. If they got beat up on the mission then they’d probably have to return to the Land of Departure right away. She shudder a little bit, thinking about the two people who had returned from missions bloody messes and had to be brought to the Medical Wing. They were doing okay now but still…
Soon a group on Neo-shadows appeared. Here we go! Kana thought as she summoned her twisted keyblade Silent Twilight. Before she even knew it Johnny had fallen on his face but luckily quickly recovered and destroyed one of the Heartless with the help of a fire spell. Thank god he didn’t light his pants on fire.
Kana then took her offensive stance as one of the Neo-shadows charged at her she slashed at its chest. It retaliated by slashing at her with one of its claw-like hands, luckily though Kana moved out of the attack just in time to have the claw graze her cheek. She was bleeding at little but not bad. Kana then slashed at the Neo-shadow again, this time finally destroying it. “Well that’s two down.” Kana muttered.

Leon N. Mason XA кιℓℓєʀ In me is a killer in уσυ X══════════════ Leon's trademark grin appeared as soon as the Heartless did. Time to show his metal. Metal Chocobo appeared in his hand, and he twirled it in his hand. "Ok, there's enough Leon for all of you!" He roared, than had a insane cackle. Leon saw his comrades dispatch two of the Heartless, and it already gave him a boost of confidence, making his grin even wider, if that was possible. He ran towards a Neoshadow. he jumped up, and slammed down his Keyblade, immediately making it dissolve into darkness.
"This is to ea-" His gloating was interrupted by two Neoshadows forming from behind him. Before he could react, they jumped up, and kicked him with such brute force, Leon went flying through a nearby window. "GAAAAH!" He cried, his grin still on his face, but his eyes wide. Glass was sent everywhere, and Leon hit the ground like a bag of rocks. "Ow." He said simply, looking down at him self. He was pretty much unscathed, but there was a jagged piece of glass in his left leg. He got up, and grunted in pain as he roughly ripped the piece from the wound. It was in a major artery, and if he extracted it now. Leon would have to be careful, as these guys were stronger than they appeared. "You all are really starting to get me mad. MUHAHAHAHA!" He cackled, jumping through the window, and getting into a defensive stance, his Keyblade held in front of him. ══════════════ The bitter ѕαdηεѕѕ of someone left αlσηε

Johnny Kurusel Mandango "No matter how dark it gets, I know I'm not alone." ┈ ━ ═ ☆ ═ ━ ┈ Johnny saw what the last two Neoshadows did to Leon and winced. Oh man, that had to hurt. "Hey, Leon, are you okay?!" Noticing the wound that his ally had suffered, the young man winced again. The way Leon was acting had Johnny concerned, it didn't seem like he would take it easy and he was actually acting a tad insane. Sighing, Johnny figured it might be a good idea to try and finish these last two off before they could do anymore harm. The other five could wait until Leon had been tended to.
Glancing back at Kana, Johnny wondered what kind of magic she might be able to use, if any at all. She acts and looks like she might be a healer, but I have my doubts. What if she ends up having a Fire spell like me? Looking back over at Leon, he shook his head. No way a guy like him would know a Cure spell...right? Chuckling at his thought, Johnny shrugged and decided now would be as good a time as any to attack the remaining Neoshadows while Leon had their attention.
As they rushed for Leon again, Johnny charged at the nearest one and swung his keyblade hard, knocking the creature away from his ally. Without waiting, he leaped for the other one and impaled it with his blade, ripping it apart with his weapon. That's four down, just that one left to go. Turning, he tried to spot the Neoshadow, but it had disappeared. Glancing around, he suddenly realized he was in deep trouble. As soon as the Neoshadow had reformed, Johnny spotted it, but it was too late. The creature lunged for him and knocked him flat. As it attacked him, the young man groaned, feeling the creature draw blood. Raising his hand to its face, Johnny focused his mind and lit the beast on fire, not even caring about the possibility that he might end up being set ablaze himself.
Much to his surprise, the Neoshadow stumbled backwards, and even though the flames had clearly struck Johnny, he was left unscathed. Looking at himself, he wondered why until he realized there was something different: a new red coat. He hadn't remembered purchasing such a thing, but then again, he had been surprisingly lucky before, so why not now right? With a shrug, he stood up and attacked the last enemy with his keyblade, finishing it off before it had time to recover. With a sigh, he fell to one knee and clutched at his side. "Dammit this hurts. “The world will never take my heart.” ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ ✗ Kana didn’t see Leon’s crash landing but she heard it and she then heard Leon cackling, had he gone mad? She glanced over and saw him jumping back out of window and assuming a defensive stance but luckily Johnny took care of the rest of the heartless in the area with a fire spell. Kana did a double take as she looked at Johnny. Was he in that coat before?
Johnny called to her, “Yeah, I’m fine. Just a scratch.” She shrugged a bit and started to walk towards her comrades and then she saw it. She glanced at Leon’s leg and saw a rather large piece of glass sticking out of it. “Oh my god!” was all Kana could say as she quickly turned around so she wouldn’t have to keep looking at it. Now what are we going to do? We still have more Heartless to destroy and Leon has a giant piece of glass in his leg!

He didn't even pay much attention to it. he saw Johnny use the fire, and he nodded at his comrade. "Fancy trick you got there. I'll be fine, they've just royally pissed me off though." He said, ripping some stray pieces of glass from the wound. He was bleeding pretty badly right now, and he was already feeling light headed. If only there were some way to heal this. . . he thought, picking his targets, two stray Neoshadows to his left. Heal. Heal. The word echoed in his mind as if it had significance.
"Heal." He murmured, his mind sort of muddled. Suddenly, the pain from his leg wound was relieved slightly. What the? he thought, noting the difference. Did he do that? He looked to Johnny, but he was too busy to have helped him. No, Leon was sure it was himself. He decided to try again, this time focusing on his leg. "HEAL!" he roared. His wound suddenly seemed to close, almost as if being stitched invisibly. The blood seemed to be sucked back into the wound, and he felt a lot better. "Leon's back! And he's mad!" He laughed once more, and he charged at the two Neoshadows.
Leon viciously kicked one Neoshadow, sending it flying back. For the second, Leon thrust his Keyblade through the Neoshadows chest turning it into a dark aura, than nothing. "I feel great!" Leon said, turning towards the other. He was ready. ══════════════ The bitter ѕαdηεѕѕ of someone left αlσηε

Kana was all right, but Leon and himself were still injured. At least, that was the case until Leon somehow healed himself. Chuckling, the redhead shook his head and watched as the lunatic got back into the action immediately. Okay, so he does know a cure spell. Looks are definitely deceiving in this case. Forcing himself to stand, Johnny held Heartbreaker tight in his hands and closed his eyes, focusing his mind. The other three were around somewhere, they just had to be.
Leon can handle that guy, Kana and I will handle the last three. Opening his eyes, Johnny glanced around and smiled. Without warning, Johnny nodded at Kana and told her to follow as he rushed off around a corner and dashed up the stairs in the area. Sure enough, right at the top, the remaining three Neoshadows formed. "Good, now let's end this." Regardless of the pain he was feeling, Johnny was determined to finish this before he and his allies became overwhelmed by all the fighting.
When the first of the three Neoshadows attacked, Johnny threw up his hand and shot off another Fire spell, though this caused him to reel some. Every time he cast his Fire spell, it drained him more and more. Shaking his head, Johnny grit his teeth for a moment before slashing at the stunned Neoshadow. After a few more attacks, the Neoshadow had been defeated. But then the other two decided to attack. These things were clearly smart, and the fact of the matter was that Johnny was growing ever more exhausted. He needed a moment to rest and relax, but he didn't have it. Groaning, he swung his keyblade again, managing to throw them back before they could hit him. Once more the man in the red coat clutched at his side and winced in pain. This is really going bad... “The world will never take my heart.” ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ♔ღ ✗ Leon literally ripped the glass from himself, kana was glad she wasn’t looking at him when he did that. Luckily, managed to heal himself with magic so he didn’t lose too much blood. How reckless can he be? What if he wasn’t able to cast that spell? Is this kid insane?Kana mused, barely realizing that Leon had dispatched of a Neo-shadow. Well, at least he’s fine. Physically anyways.
Kana looked to Johnny who nodded to her to follow him, which she did. They dashed around the corner and then up a flight of stairs to see the last 3 neo-shadows already waiting for them. Johnny quickly dispatched of one neo-shadow but 2 were closing in on him, Kana could see he was getting tired so she intervened. Kana dashed between Johnny and the Heartless, taking an offensive stance, she was going to protect her ally at all coasts.
The first neo-shadow charged at her and words seemed to form in Kana’s mine. “Fire.” murmured Kana and the end of Silent Twilight began to ignite and it obliterated the heartless, thanks to Johnny’s previous attacks weakening it. Now there was only one left. Kana quickly charged at it before it had the change to attack her, she plunged her keyblade deep into its chest and the shadow creature dissolved.
Kana then quickly started to run back to Johnny. She didn’t even have time to focus on the fact that she’d had actually just beat three heartless today, cast a spell and that there was still one more Neo-shadow lurking around somewhere.“Johnny! Are you okay?” she asked him as she headed towards him. He’d look pretty worn out when she’d run off to destroy the remaining Neo-shadows in the area.

Leon N. Mason XA кιℓℓєʀ In me is a killer in уσυ X══════════════ Leon glanced at the other, and gasped when it lunged at him. He fell to the ground, hitting the back of his head. He managed to hold back the Neoshadow with Metal Chocobo, keeping its arms barely out of reach. "I think this one likes me!" He laughed, kneeing hard, pushing it back off him some. This was all Leon needed, he smacked it's head with the flat of his keyblade, sending it into a daze. He jerked his body upward, sending it tumbling to the side. Leon jumped to his feet, and the Neoshadow recovered just as quickly. Leon's head hurt so much by now though, his ears rang, his vision was going mad. Still though, he took a stance with His keyblade in front of him, and he wobbled slightly. He took a deep breath, and managed to notice the fact that the Neoshadow had jumped towards him. What was going on with his mind? Why was he thinking this when he should be coming up with an attack? Who knows. Leon put his Keyblade in the path of its jump, so that the Heartless was impaled by it. It squirmed slightly on the blade, than it faded to darkness. At Last, it was over.
Leon's ears slowly started to recover in time to hear the commotion from his allies. He put his hand to the back of his head to scratch a weird itch. When his hand came back, it was covered in blood. "Fancy that." He mumbled, stumbling towards the stairs like a drunk. "Hanna, Joesph?" Leon called out. He noticed his mistake and instead of associating it with his head wound, it was simply noted with a giggle. Leon could find everything funny, he was sorry about this trait. He walked along, using a wall for support, and his right hand left a bloody print. Soon he came to the top of the steps, and saw his allies. Johnny was hurt, though Kana was sill fine. "I. . . I can help." He murmured. He was losing more blood, and he wasn't talking clearly. What if he couldn't use the spell? Than we wake Johnny, and absolutely run like hell to the Medical Wing. he planned, which was actualy somewhat sound, except for the fact that Johnny was the only one who could drive a Gummi Ship. ══════════════ The bitter ѕαdηεѕѕ of someone left αlσηε

Johnny Kurusel Mandango "No matter how dark it gets, I know I'm not alone." ┈ ━ ═ ☆ ═ ━ ┈ Johnny smiled at Kana when she returned. The fact that she had just destroyed those two Neoshadows was pretty impressive, and he couldn't help but to feel proud of his friend. "You did great Kana. Thank you for saving me there." The redhead winced again and removed his hand from his side. Blood was dripping from his fingertips and his hand was practically dyed red at this point. Sighing, he shook his head and looked into her eyes. "That Neoshadow down there got me pretty good. I just wish I had some potions on me or something, that might help at least a little." Groaning, he clutched at his side again and shook his head. "I'm feeling woozy..."
When Leon approached them, it was clear to Johnny that the man was in bad shape. Rising, he went to Leon and looked him over for a moment. Reaching out his free hand, he brushed Leon's hair out of his face and peered into his eyes. Walking around him, he reached up and brushed aside his comrade's hair. Wincing at what he saw and his own pain, the young redhead shook his head. "Leon, we need to get you medical treatment soon. Whatever you do, don't lose consciousness all right? You might have a concussion, I'm not sure, but you've cracked your skull open or something. It doesn't look good."
Walking back around to stand in front of Leon, Johnny looked him up and down and sighed. "They did a real number on the two of us, didn't they Leon? Try to concentrate okay? See if you can use that spell again to heal yourself and at least close your wounds. It's the only thing I can think of to try at this point. We aren't at the Land of Departure, and with the way things are right now, I'm not sure you'd be able to last that long in your current condition." Frowning, he turned to Kana and started to shiver. Johnny was feeling worse now, and as he walked to her, he fell to his knees and clutched at his side. The pain was horrible, and his eyesight wasn't doing so great at the moment. But I've learned that deep down
There's a light that never goes out.. ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ Sora couldn't help but look forward to the prospect of sea salt ice cream. After everything that had happened, relaxing and having some Ice Cream sounds great! Or at least, it sounded great until he took in the sight before him. There in front of him, was a girl with a Keyblade, and two other Protega members. "Guys!?!" He cried out, summoning the Kingdom Key in case any Heartless Showed up. Or worse, these Guild members he kept hearing about. What could of done this?
The two Men looked really bad, one with blood coming out of the back of his head, and a stupid grin to top that. The other was on his knees, his hand stained crimson. He was trying to walk towards the girl. "Slow down there! You'll only lose more blood moving!" he said, remembering those boring classes he took at school. "Just uhm. . . sit down, and let us get you to safety, please!" He told Johnny, holding his shoulder firmly. He turned to the other, the one who looked dazed. "What happened to him?" He addressed the girl, trying to find the slightest bit of magic within him to summon a healing spell to help Johnny. ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═ ═
