 The Realm of Darkness.. A place of endless darkness save for one source of light. A bright moon that hangs in the distance. Those who's hearts yearn for darkness often find themselves here. Though at first it appears there is no escape from this place, the new arrivals will discover their one chance of escape. For a price.

 Ȼɾуυѕ Șαɾυкι ╔══════════════╗ The blond haired man stared up emptily at the nearly pitch black sky. His eyes showed hardly any sign of life, just a hollow look where the glint of a happy soul should have been seen. He couldn't remember where he was last at, or where he currently was. On top of it all, even his name was lost to him. He tried searching the confines of his brain for any memories that might help him, but everything was in a haze. Then slowly, things started coming back to him. His name was Cryus Saruki, a former keyblade wielder, a former hero. He had been a hero not any more than four years ago, and within that time frame, he had lost it all; his friends, his powers, his sanity.
A spark of life sprang into his once dead eyes as his memories flowed back into him. He could remember it all now. He had finally given up and started to seek out the heartless. He would accept the power the darkness held since the light had betrayed him and caused everything that he held dear to be taken away from him. Everything that he had fought for in the past was for nothing..."Nothing!" Cryus said loudly and randomly, which was quickly followed with a short deranged laugh.
Upon regaining his memories, his eyes darted left and right, taking in the black sky and nearly desolate terrain as he sat up. He had made it to The Realm of Darkness. A twisted grin crept its way onto his face as he pushed himself off the dirt and onto his feet. He was so close to the power he wanted, to the power he craved. Of course, he didn't expect to come into The Realm of Darkness and just walk his way out with a new unfathomable strength. "I'll just have to find some way to amuse myself until I find out how..." He said to himself as he looked toward the only light source that loomed lowly in the sky, the twisted grin never leaving his face. ╚══════════════╝ ~Șαηιtу Is Boring~

 Åкιтσ ┏ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┓ The Realm of Darkness, this place was like home to Akito. It was a place completely separated from the forces of light. What he liked most about this place was that it had a habit of trapping people here, people he could use. He had sensed that the Realm had yet another person in it's hold. A being whose heart was turning against the light. When the Guild leader arrived he didn't expect who he saw.. A man who had gotten in his way so many times before with that dreaded group of his. He had caused him quite a few headaches in the past with this power of the Keyblade.. But he did see it as strange when his intrusions suddenly stopped.
"Cryus Saruki.. Of all the people I never expected to see you here. Finally see the errors of your ways? That the light will turn it's back on you?.. Well seeing you know I suppose it's already happened." Akito said, his voice staying smooth and relaxed. He walked towards the fallen Keyblade wielder and stopped from feet away from him. Ȼɾуυѕ Șαɾυкι ╔══════════════╗ Cryus winced when that familiar voice rang through his eyes. Without even looking he could place the man's name. Akito. He suppressed the memories that started bubbling to the surface as he spun around on his heels to face his old enemy. "You don't see me holding a magical weapon, do you?" Cryus asked as he held out his arm like one would normally do when summoning a keyblade. He hadn't expected to find someone from his past here, or at least, he refused to think of it. If he was in his right mind, if everything was still normal, would he really be this calm in the face of his old enemy? "No, the light, along with fate, abandoned me a while back. Ah, the cruelty of it all~" He said as he opened his arms and half-shrugged, as if saying with his body 'What can you do about it?'
"You see, I'm here for what I now lack." Cryus said as his arms dropped to his sides and began pacing back and forth in front of Akito. In his mind, what he sought was rather simple, but aloud it felt like it would be a lot more complicated. Such is the thought process of a deranged person. "I'm here for that power. I'm here to accept the darkness. Why else?" He said as he stopped pacing and faced Akito, eye-to-eye. "I hope you believe me. We've had a complicated past, but I'm willing to put it behind me. 'The enemy of my enemy is an ally' No?" From his eyes alone, the sense of something not being right with him was there, but at the same time, they displayed a sincerity that couldn't be lied about. ╚══════════════╝ ~Șαηιtу Is Boring~

Åкιтσ ┏ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┓ Akito could hardly believe what he was seeing and hearing. His former enemy was now looking to gain the power he had. Now that he thought about he he did recall sending some Heartless to.. Well it didn't matter now. This could be the chance he was waiting for. There was no doubt Cryus was a great fighter and now with his faith in the light destroyed he could make the perfect pawn.. Though Akito could see he was a bit unstable now. Much like his little project that was now roaming free.
"You want the power of darkness.. and I need capable fighters. I will give you this power you crave and get you out of this dark realm if you join me. Join the side of true power and pledge to follow my orders. Do this and you will have what your heart craves for.. What it longs for. The light.. Is no longer on your side. But I am." Akito said as he slowly raised his arm up, holding out his right hand. Darkness swirled around his hand. If Cryus chose to shake his hand then he would be granted some powers over darkness. Ȼɾуυѕ Șαɾυкι ╔══════════════╗ "What my heart truly craves is far beyond what any one person can do. But.." Cryus said solemnly as he reached out and grabbed Akito's hand. A part of him had tried calling out to himself, telling him not to do this. The call went unheeded. "This is the power that I seek."
With that, Cryus could feel the darkness becoming a part of him. Invading every inch of him, and along with it... power. He could feel it in his veins, strengthening his muscles, his resolve. He wouldn't regret this decision, how could he? On the outside, his once gentle blue eyes turned to an eerie yellow, but that twinkle of insanity remained, warning all about his mental state. His now yellow eyes turned completely serious for a moment as he began to speak. "I'll be your fighter. Just remember Akito, I know you. I remember what all you have done. All of your tricks. I won't be just a simple pawn in your game of chess. Consider me your Knight on the board." Cryus said as he eased up a bit and a slight grin crept across his face as he let go of Akito's hand. Cryus knew Akito's type. Deceptive, cruel, but a powerful leader. He'd follow his orders, but he wouldn't be a mindless tool. ╚══════════════╝ ~Șαηιtу Is Boring~

Åкιтσ ┏ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┓ Seeing Cryus accept the darkness made a smirk crawl across Akito's face. He had just gained a powerful ally to get rid of the new thorn in his side, Protega. Having an old enemy fighting for him did have it's downside. The main reason being that Cryus knew how he worked so controlling him would be a bit of a challenge. "I have nothing against that. What good is a game of chess with you only have pawns at your disposal? It's smart to have a knight or two.. Welcome to the group or as others have named us, The Guild."
Akito snapped his fingers and opened a corridor of darkness behind himself. This was one of the only ways to escape from this place. How the two Keyblade holders before Cryus escaped.. He did not know but it was most likely the forces of light that saved them. Not that he was going to let Cryus know that. "This is the Corridor of Darkness. The pathways of darkness that only those like ourselves can use to travel between worlds. You too can use these now. Just be careful.. Use it too much and the darkness will devour your heart." He snapped his fingers again and summoned a small shadow Heartless before Cryus. "The Heartless will also heed your command. Ȼɾуυѕ Șαɾυкι ╔══════════════╗ "The Guild, huh? Simple. I like it." Cryus said as he looked between the Corridor of Darkness that just appeared and the heartless that Akito summoned. He took a bit of satisfaction in the fact that he could control the creatures now, and even more at the thought of the darkness in general. All of this power at the end of his fingers, it meant that so many more things were within his grasp...
"I'll trust that this will all be very amusing. And if not? I'll have to make some noise." Cryus said as his twisted grin reappeared back on his face. He'd be careful with his new abilities. The last thing he wanted was to be completely absorbed into the darkness. There wasn't much fun in that, or so he spectulated. "But you know, before this becomes a full game of chess, we're going to need a Rook and some Pawns. A defender, and some minions." He continued with the chess analogy as he held up a finger, as if saying it matter-of-factually. This was becoming a board game to him, one that he would undoubtedly begin to enjoy sooner or late, and he hoped for the former. ╚══════════════╝ ~Șαηιtу Is Boring~

Åкιтσ ┏ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┓ Akito raised an eyebrow as he watched Cryus. Not only did he lose his Keyblade but also his grip on his sanity. He wasn't sure if that would work with or against him.. Well that question would have to answer itself over time. "Of course we need more people but enough with the chess references.. We should get going. You made your first step in the right direction. I'm sure she would be proud of your decision so far." The mad was taking a risk in bringing up Cryus's fallen love but it was a good way to test his current level of sanity. Also to see just what his triggers are. Normally the deranged have certain things that set them off, if he learned what his were then it would be easier to keep a firm leash on him.. Although he was going to let this one have a bit of a longer leash than the others. Ȼɾуυѕ Șαɾυкι ╔══════════════╗ "Fine, be a bore like that. I'll find some more analogies to use anywa-" Cryus began saying a bit dramatically but fell eerily silent once he heard Akito say the word her. Just by the way he said it, he knew who Akito meant. Cryus wondered for a moment if Akito knew about it, he didn't put it past Akito to tease him like that if he did know. Memories of her started to bubble up in his mind, coupled with the thought of knowing she was gone hit him hard.
On the outside, Cryus's pupils had nearly shrunk to the size of a pinpoint which avoided Akito's direct eye contact, his once relaxed facial expression was tense with what looked like a twisted anger, his fists were balled tightly at his side, and looked like they were shaking a bit from how hard he was actually clenching them. "YOU don't have the right to mention her. Got that?" He asked through gritted teeth. Akito had no right to bring her up, especially after all he had done to them in the past. It was apparent from the the quivering of his arms that he was holding himself back from lashing out at Akito. Every muscle in his body told him to go berserk as a response to the feelings that were rising up within him, the feelings of his old self, the one that had died after everything was taken from him. "Don't you ever mention her, Akito. That is one thing that I won't joke about, and you'll do your best to keep that in mind as well." ╚══════════════╝ ~Șαηιtу Is Boring~

It was a quiet place, one that suited her perfectly. No one would bother her if she simply stayed here, and most of all, there was no light. She wouldn't have to deal with worlds being swallowed up or people disappearing. But to run away from these things wasn't her reason for ending up in the Realm of Darkness. For a moment, she almost forgot what had happened to her. The realization of actually being in this realm had scrambled her thoughts that much. The girl patted her cheeks to regain composure and looked out at the lonely moon. Nothing will happen just by standing here, she thought, beginning to wander around.
While she walked, she saw two figures conversing. Sagi drew closer, noticing a tense atmosphere emanating from the blonde. Not knowing what to expect, she approached them cautiously. It wouldn't do to have one of them attack her right off the bat. Sagi stopped a slight distance away from them so as to not rudely make her presence known. "Excuse me," she said blankly. Wondering if either of them knew anything, Sagi looked at them both. "Keyblade wielders.. power to go against them. Do you know it?" Since she didn't know exactly what she was asking for, her words came out jumbled and strange. But her tone was frank and determined, even with her incorrect sentence.

Åкιтσ ┏ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┓ Akito chuckled at seeing Cryus's reaction to what he said. In the eyes of others some would think he was crazy for merely laughing it off. "Bark all you want, Cryus. Just keep this in mind when you threaten me.. Over all the years you've been after me, have you ever once landed a hit on me?" The man said, rubbing in the fact that Cryus was never able to do him harm during the few times their paths crossed. "But have it your way.. I won't bring up that particular topic again. Just try to keep what sanity you have left."
Akito stopped when he heard another voice, this time it was a young girl. With a dark smirk he snapped his fingers to close the corridor he had opened. "Do I know it?.. My dear I am the master of this power you speak of. It's the power of darkness, the power that your heart is calling out for. I can tell that you too have been abandoned by the light." He started to say, taking a few steps towards Sagi. What a lucky day he was having so far. Two people in one day and both fully willing to come to this place. "I can offer you this power you seek but nothing in this world is free.. You have to join my organization. Obey my orders and I promise you that you will have the power you crave. Sagi put a hand over her heart as Akito explained it. Her pulse had quickened, almost as if to say "darkness is what I want." She nodded, feeling that it all made sense. Darkness was surely the power that could counter the Keyblade wielders. What better way was there for one "abandoned by the light," as Akito had put it, to exact revenge? "Right, darkness is what I desire." Sagi let her hand fall back to her side. She didn't have to think hard on what her decision would be. "I'll join your organization. Even if it's the simplest of orders or the most dangerous, I'll do whatever you say to, so please grant me that power." Sagi thought of the times in the future when she would probably say taking orders was all just an inconvenience. But she knew deep down that accepting the darkness was something she would never regret. If it would help her fulfill her goal, then there was no way she was going to turn down Akito's offer.

Her eyes scanned the vast darkness, looking for a safe place to leap. The ground she was standing on was starting to crumble. Finally her eyes landed on a small island of dirt in the abyss. She took a running start and leaped over. Her eyes went over to where she once stood, only to watch it fall into the dark abyss below. Her current spot wasn't going to last much longer, and her eyes started searching once again. She saw what looked like a floating floor tile drift near. She didn't trust it, but at this point it was her only hope, as the ground started to shake. She took a leap of faith, and felt relief as her feet hit tile, but she screamed as it started to flip. She tried to grab hold of it's surface, but it was too smooth and she was falling...
Saoirse awoke with a jolt. All she could hear was her blood rushing and heart pounding. Her eyes scanned her surounding but saw nothing she knew. At least she wasn't falling. The girl sat up and started looking around for her stolen blade. It rested right beside her, as if waiting. She snatched it by the hilt, and tried to calm her racing pulse. A little calmer now, she could hear voices. Voices on a dark beach? Some how that screamed be careful to her... but since when was she careful? Slowly she got to her feet and followed the voices. The moment she caught sight of the group, she stopped, a little unwilling to approach them.

Åкιтσ ┏ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ━ ┓ Akito couldn't believe how easy this was.. It seemed like more people were seeing the truth. Darkness was the ultimate power, that the light will only let you down. When Sagi swore she would join and follow his orders it was time to give her what she wanted. He stepped closer to Sagi and grabbed her left hand. Black tendrils of darkness reached from his hand and up her arm, soon disappearing into her body. "The deal is made.. Soon you will learn how to use this power and you will get the revenge you want. I will help you obtain that."
Akito stopped when he sensed another person nearby. He looked over at Saoirse, who was currently keeping her distance. The man let go of Sagi's hand and that dark smile stayed on his face. "Looks like we have another visitor.. don't be afraid. Why don't you come join us?" 'Heh.. My forces are growing well..
