The new Sunagakure Mission Hall is located a short distance from the Kazekage's Office, just down the road. At the back of the room is a large desk, covered constantly with paperwork detailing the various missions requested and performed. On the wall to the left of the desk is a large board with all the various types of missions available listed. On the right side of the room, there is another, smaller desk occupied by a stingy looking man.
To request a mission, one must go to the main desk and tell the person working what sort of mission you wish to take. He will tell you what missions of that sort are available, and send you on your way. When the mission is complete, return to him and he will give you a slip stating the completion of the mission, which may then be taken to the second desk, and traded for your pay.

Walking into the newly rebuilt mission hall, David looked around, surveying the place. He had requested it be redone in an abandoned building near the tower after the damage done to it from chunks of the top floor crashing down, and he had to say, it was much better than the little corner room below the tower had been.
Stopping by the mission board, David stopped for a mere moment as he grabbed the slip for the mission he wanted. He had a very specific plan for Akura's test. Going up to the desk, since Akura wasn't here yet, he got the mission scroll himself and looked over the details, leaning back against the desk and waiting for Akura to arrive. There was no conversation between him and the man working there. They had come to an understanding over a year ago to where they communicated silently. Or at least, the man understood David's wishes and complied silently, not speaking himself to avoid upsetting the boy. Hobo logic. He liked the guy though, so he was set for life, and even had an apartment in the back of the mission hall.

On his way to the mission hall he grabbed an apple from a merchant that was nearby. He nervously reached the hall and gulped, standing outside, his short ninja life flashing before his life, from Koi to Letti to Jade, every aspect. He's lived through 5 Kages, which just told him how relatively unstable the village trully was.
He busted through the doors and looked at David, clearly he was nervous from the look to his eyes. He steadily approached David. " So, David, what exactly do i have to do?" The genin asked the man, clearly nervous.

Rather than answer Akura's question, David pocketed the mission scroll and walked past him, leaving the building, one hand raised as he passed, beckoning the boy to follow. This was a test, he was going to be there to watch it. And maybe, if he was lucky, get some action of his own. It really had been too long. Leaving the building, David walked off down the street, hands in his pockets and satchel bouncing on his hip as he slowly, lazily almost, made his way towards the village gates. It would be his first time out of the village since that ridiculous excursion with the rogue group, and this time, something would actually come of it.

The boy's black hair covered one of his eyes, his other blue eye looking at David as he stuck the scroll into his pocket, he wondered what the hell he was doing, but then again he wouldn't question it, he was to nervous to even speak coherently, so to avoid any akward situations between himself and David, and more importantly, any embaresments. ' Don't say anything stupid, don't say anything stupid, don't say anything stupid. ' Was all that coursed through his mind, though not saying a word.
David walked right past Akura, looking at him with both of his eyes, the locks of his right eye getting in the way of his view, but he could see David's hand gesture. " Follow him...? I have a bad feeling about this..." The boy slowly said, his legs shaking as well as his hands, his mind all over the place. He took a firm step forward and nodded, stepping outside of the Mission Hall, walking behind David to the gates.

" So this is the mission hall? Somewhat quaint. " Raphael said, walking up to the main desk and looking for someone on the other side of the paperwork. " I'd like to request a good mission that would give me some good starting credit. " Raphael said, seeing someone's head bobbing from side to side on the other side of some of the papers.
" O' Aye! An' I suppose ya be wantin' to prove yer worth too. " Someone said with a heavy accent. " Here, the ANBU tha' were followin' the white 'aired lad said tha' the ramen shop was in absolute shambles. Go clean it up. " The man said, still looking through his papers. His accent was definitely foreign, and it sounded cool. Slightly slurred, but still a neat accent none the less.Raphael had noticed, but thought it was merely dirt, but the man's hair was red, surprisingly so.
" No thank you. I'd rather not return to such a dingy place so soon. I was there earlier, so I'd like to look around more. " Raphael said smiling and bobbing his head lightly to the man. " Those are the available missions over there, correct? " He said, pointing to the large board on the left wall. " O' aye, tha' be the mission board. Go 'ave yerself a look if'n ya wantta see what all is available. " The man said, grunting and looking back to his paper. He muttered something about how no one ever wanted to do clean up missions.
Raphael smirked slightly and wandered over to the mission board. " Hmm. " He said as he looked at the large board, pointing to one and reading it carefully every now and then. " Why do all of the interesting ones require more than one person? And that is the limit of my capabilities right now unless I can convince the man I'm a chunin. " Raphael said under his breath. He didn't like these piddly little missions, clean up, spruce up, walk the animals, catch the animals. He wanted to do something that mattered, something like this water run, but it specifically stated it needed a squad of three or a chunin or higher. The C ranks looked amazing, and they would provide definite skills he required. But he just needed quick and easy cash so he could obtain more sealing techniques. Maybe he'd see if that new shop had any need for help. Probably not right now though, it probably had the wave of new customers. But then again, if he could help out, he could probably learn some seals. Oh well though, going there would probably just cause problems at this point. Raphael sighed and continued to look through the missions and decided on the pickpocket mission. Sure it would be difficult, but he had this new jutsu to try out. He wondered if the Hiku seal would work how he wanted it to. That would definitely be interesting, although putting it to use in a battle situation while not knowing it's limits would be a bad idea.
" I'd like to hunt down this pick pocket. " Raphael said as he returned to the large desk. " Oh, tha' litle arse eh? Yeah, you can do tha' mission. 'ere. " The man said handing Raphael a paper with the details on it. " Remember ta turn tha' in after you've completed it. " The man said, still never looking up and using his other hand to fill out the forms. ' Dedicated, I like that. ' Raphael thought to himself. He couldn't wait until he had enough sealing capabilities to simply sit there and do that as well in the time between missions. Too bad that sealing shop had opened though, that would mean that Raphael would have to compete for business, although he'd mostly just get about one hundred gold per array on top of costs for materials. " I'll be back in a bit. " Raphael said as he turned to walk out the door.

Zeero SarutobiGenin ///Sunagakure ///----- |||Sarutobi's Legacy - Demios ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Coming to the Mission Hall after departing from the Kazekage chambers, Zeero approached the small building that was deemed to be the mission hall. Entering from outside of the sun's embrace, Zeero spotted to his right a large board that stated the available missions. One in particular stuck out to him the most; specifically, since it was of higher rank. Walking over to the large desk, Zeero spoke, "Excuse me... I have heard that their are bands causing commotion in our land. I would like to eradicate them." He would point to the second mission underneath the Chuunin ranked title to further show which mission he was speaking about.

The man behind the desk looked up as a boy approached, and then from him to the mission he wanted, before frowning. "Boy, have you ever done a mission before? I don't recognize you, and you look to be a new genin." he spoke, pointing at the boy's chest to accentuate the lack of a chuunin vest, or truly, any other marking that would imply he was anything but a genin. In reality, he knew full well the boy was a genin, because as the mission assignment officer he was required to keep track of such things, to avoid giving mis-ranked missions. "You can't take that mission until you're a chuunin, or eligible for promotion. Perhaps you'd like to start with a nice D rank instead? Maybe an E?" he suggested, pointing towards the genin end of the board instead.
{You can design your own generic if you want, or take any of the others from E and D. If you don't see any you like, or can't think of a generic, I can come up with one for you given a little time.}

Zeero SarutobiGenin ///Sunagakure ///----- |||Sarutobi's Legacy - Demios ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 'Boy?' Zeero thought mentally. Such a word, despite his age, was highly offensive. Exceptionally so even! For it wasn't the fact that he was called a boy but the manner in which he utilized the word. "So you take over the quality of skill of the user?" Zeero simply responded as his eyes slowly traveled to the easy board. One that pays little, gives little rewards, and more than often, has no killing. But the pickpocket one seemed interesting. He could work on his stealth in finding the pickpocket. The fear aspect of having him or her feel like prey. Then capture... even if it is to bring him. Personally, he has to get used to killing. It is the Assassin's duty. Pointing to the pickpocket mission, Zeero spoke, "If it would please you, I will attempt that one. He or she, is stealing currency and in a sense, stealing my money. He or she, needs to be halted."(( I'll try the regular one first =^.^= ))

"That one's already taken actually. Dunno how, I was in the bathroom, got back, and some crazy Scottish guy was at my desk..." the man muttered, mostly to himself at the end, scratching his head as he still hadn't figured out who that guy had been. "Waiting for the guy who took the mission to get back. I heard it's been completed, but he's not shown up for pay yet." Scratching his beard for a moment, the man looked over to the board for a moment, before grabbing a slip and pulling it off, handing it to the boy before him. "How about this one then? It's similar, just a pet instead of a person." Giving the boy a second to read the slip, he spoke up again. "I'd recommend gloves. This guy's been in before." he spoke, rather enigmatically for his usual attitude. After years in the mission office, one had to get their kicks somehow. He wouldn't offer any more information on the gloves than that.
Loose Pet Mission Rank: D Information: The client's pet has gotten loose, and they can't catch it themselves, so you get to do it. How-To-Do: Meet client for more information. Zeero SarutobiGenin ///Sunagakure ///----- |||Sarutobi's Legacy - Demios ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Zeero blinked at the man. He wondered what was in his usual cup of joe to speak of something like that. Shaking his head, Zeero took the clipboard that was handed to him and read it over. 'So I am to catch a pet? And I need gloves?' He thought to himself before wondering what true difficulty did it have. Nodding Zeero would accept. He rather attempt the other, but he couldn't rule out the fact that possibly there would be an assassination of an animal in the future. "As long as then money is good. I will do it." Zeero said before placing the clipboard back to the desk and heading out.[ Exit ]

Raphael walked through the rubble, his hands in his pockets as he seemed to skip from boulder to boulder, humming to himself. He was ever so slightly peeved that he had been basically ignored, but it couldn't be helped. Yasashii seemed to be a deep thinker, and maybe a bit too deep. Raphael shook his head and instead of humming the tune in his head began to sing the words out loud. " Hateshinaku Hirogaru kono sekai de, " He sang in a vibrant and robust voice. He was fairly skilled as a vocalist, but his talents were limited to hymns and gospel songs. didn't bother him much though, he appreciated the time and effort it took to get to the point he was naturally at. He stepped down off of the last boulder and looked up at the Mission Hall's sign, or at least where it should have been. " Kagiri aru inochi moyashi-tsuzukeru. " He sang, the first verse of his song done.
He smiled at the sight before him, the place was in one piece! At least for now. The sandstone it was made from groaned under it's own pressure, and sandstone didn't normally groan. This meant that the sandstone was so compact that it was close to the density of metal. He quickly rummaged through his pack and selected a few things. First off was one of his kunai, which he held in his right hand. other object was his marker. taking the cap off, he drew a Hiku seal on the kunai and quickly smiled as he set the Hiku seal to attracting the kunai to anyone but himself. " Oozora he habataku tori no you ni, " he sang, louder than he was before. The kunai pointed to the mission hall, where it imbedded itself in the sandstone that covered the doorway. Someone was in there, and even if it took until reinforcements came, Raphael was going to help them. If they were alive or not, Raphael didn't know. He was lucky that the whole attract the kunai to people other than himself wasn't too vague for the seal to know what to do. " mayowazu ni ikite yukeru no naraba. " He sang, taking out his other kunai and using it as a pick to destroy the rubble in front of him. The sandstone was dense, and hard, but he did have something even more dense and hard. He picked away at the rubble until he had made a hole large enough for him to crawl into. He crawled in to find quite a surprise.
Three people were still alive, and all were huddled underneath the large wooden desk that sat in the middle room. " Sir, could you please help us? " One whispered, afraid that their voice might make the entire building fall. One was shivering with wide eyes, staring a a hand that sat upon the ground just between Raphael's feet. One man had moved some boulders around earlier, and had paid for it with his life. " You can't sing that loudly, you'll crash the whole place down on us! " One of the three whispered loudly, trying to make Raphael stop. " Aa! Kono hikari o tarasanu you ni, " Raphael sang loudly, smiling as the building groaned a bit more. He pointed to the hole he had made. It was large enough for the three to go through in a single file line, although it would be a bit of a squeeze for the man. The three other people inside quickly walked over, careful to not make any noise. " Thank you... Thank you. " They said as they crawled out to the outside. Before the man left, he grabbed Raphael by the shoulder and whispered to him, " You should go to the back, there is a man locked in there doing paperwork, I'm not sure if he's still alive, but he should be told that he needs to get out of here. " After it was said, he quickly crawled out, only to get stuck and have the two females pull him out of the hole in the sandstone. " Ima watashi wa uta o utaou... " Raphael said, trailing off as he went into the building further.
As he walked through the main room, the walls groaned once more. This place was close to coming down, and Raphael knew it. A slow sweat began to take hold, but Raphael closed his eyes and stood still for a moment. " Uragiri mo nikushimi mo ayamachi mo semarikuru zetsubou no kurayami mo " He sang, his step getting lighter, and his fears beginning to melt away. He opened his eyes and began to walk toward the back a little more assured of himself. As he neared the door, he smiled as he began to sing the third verse's end. " Fuyu o koe irozuku hana no you ni. " He said, his fears seemed completely gone as he came upon the door. It was heavily damaged and seemed to be just hanging there. It was definitely putting strain on the wall it hung on, as it's bottom and top, as well as the other side had been splintered. Raphael quickly stabbed the area around the hinges, separating it from the sandstone walls.
" Sukoshi de mo ukeirerareta naraba, " He said as he grabbed the door and set it too the side. Surprisingly, a different voice also joined in on this part. a grizzled old man sat behind a desk working on paperwork, just like the man who left had said. Raphael couldn't help but smile. The little old man was shivering from fear, and just working furiously. He'd probably done that paperwork at least ten times by now. Raphael didn't know if the man was singing with him, or if Raphael and him just happened to be singing the same part. " Aoku hikarihanatsu suishou yo. " They both sang in unison. The old man looked up, a small glimmer of hope in his eyes as he set down the pen he held in his hand and shuffled over to Raphael, who offered his back, and carried the old man to the hole. The old man's right leg had been injured, although nothing seemed like it needed immediate help.
" Ima sukoshi no yuuki to kibou o. " They both said as they reached the entrance, and Raphael's hole in the rubble he had made. Raphale let the old man down and helped him into the hole and guided him to the exit. As the two exited, Rapahel was met with a very grievous sight. The kunai he had left outside had embedded itself in the young man from earlier's left shoulder. The man sat there holding his shoulder and fighting back wails of pain. Raphale simply shook his head in disappointment. He thought he had done something good, but had indirectly injured a man. " Here, let's get you four to a hospital. " He said, hoisting the old man back onto his back. ∱Information∱ Chakra - 29∱31 Kunai - 2 Shuriken - 2 Gold - 0 Speed Shinobi -(Move, dodge, and attack speed is one rank higher, hard for anyone below Jounnin to even track these ninja) Tactical Ninja -(-3 posts for learning jutsu, reaction speed is one rank higher) Sealing Master -(Able to learn all seals in the list, and learn custom seals.) " Sorry about that. I used it to locate you. " Raphael said, tearing off a bit of his shirt. It was cotton so it would soak up quite a bit of the blood. " It has a seal printed on it that makes it find people other than me. I'm actually surprised it worked with a requirement that vague, I probably couldn't reproduce it's effect in a million years. " Raphael said smiling as he dropped onto the man's shoulder, momentarily making the pain so intense that it relieved the man when the blade was taken out. Acting quickly Raphael wrapped the man's arm in his shirt. Looking at the bandaging, it wouldn't soak up enough of the blood to provide a good clotting. He sighed and took his shirt off, leaving his jacket on. He raised the already tight wrapping off of the wound and slid his shirt underneath. That would increase the pressure on the wound, and provide a better clotting agent by absorbing some of the blood.
" Here, let's go. " Raphael said, getting off the man's arm and then helping him to stand. " You two help him in case he needs it getting over this rubble. The taller buildings fell down, probably gave this place a bit of a shield from the blast. " Raphael said, looking around. It appeared that the buildings had fallen and shielded the mission hall. " Anyway, I can't clear this stuff out, so we'll have to climb. Please hold on sir. " Raphael said, grabbing hand holds on the piles of rubble and making his way up. He stood when possible when he got to a flat piece, and took a deep breath. He wasn't used to such work. He looked back and saw that the girls and the man weren't far behind. They seemed to be moving at a steady pace, which was good. He looked around, looking at the top of the hospital in the distance. " We should be able to make it fairly quickly. " He said smiling. His outlook was getting a bit better as he was helping these people. It was nice, to actually be of use. It sure as hell beat the heck out of being useless, or even worse, being useless and having someone completely showing you up. " I'm Raphael Saki, you are? " Raphael asked the elderly man on his back. " Ah, I'm Najahito Arekami. " The man said smiling. " Thank you Raphael-san. I think I'd still be stuck in the back doing paperwork if you hadn't come in. Say, where did you learn that hymn, I learned it when I was a child! " Najahito said laughing. " Oh, My father is into older songs, especially hymns, so I've heard it and many like it since I was young. I never knew it was that old, I just thought people didn't sing it because it isn't a force in the village anymore. " Raphael said laughing with the old man as he climbed down the staircase like... Wait, this actually was a staircase! This pile of rubble fell perfectly to make the staircase lead to the ground.

Holes in the floor, collapsed walls, falling ceilings, this place was almost one of the ones that fell entirely when the lightning struck, but here it stands. There isn't enough money in the village funds to bother tearing it down to restart from scratch, so this place is going to have to be rebuilt. But first, the rubble needs to be cleared away. Just try not to bring the place down while you're at it, hm?
Mission Hall Cleanup Mission Rank: D Information: The mission hall was near the edge of the severe damage zone, and has taken a lot of damage. Get in there and clear out as much rubble as you can, and be careful not to bring the rest down on your head! How-To-Do: Five posts removing rubble.
