The Library was a quiet, and calm environment, It was a popular place to go when doing research, or trying to complete a project.
While it was made mostly obsolete due to the research that could be just looked up on the internet, and the popularity of cafe's there was no shortage of people who still preferred the library.

Camphoreon had an impressive old style library in the middle of the city, it was famous in Kodo for its architecture. a beautiful building, in a location that was bustling with students and business.
Rosie had grown up coming to this library to study.

A striped green and cream Charmeleon sat at one of the work tables leaning forward with her head propped up on her elbows.
She was careful to keep her tail curled around the back of the seat, to eliminate the risk of the flames catching on anything by the wooden table.
Her face was turned down, so that the two points of duel spikes growing from her skill were the most prominent view to any passerby.
A mutation that was rather unusual for the breed.

The fire type was focused over a picture book that was laying open on the table, just under her nose, giving her something to do while she saved the place at the table, and kept watch over the bag leaning against the table leg, and the open pink netbook sitting at the Charmeleon's elbow.

The owner of the items, wasn't far, a blond with her hair pulled back in a ponytail, while her bangs still hung loose, curling in around her cheeks.
Concentrating blue eyes slowly scanning the rows of book spines that were neatly lined in order along the library's oak shelves.
Looking quietly thoughtful an index finger extended out to keep track of where she was, and a slow swaying side step to keep her moving down the isle.

Since she wasn't doing training at this moment, Rosie was not in her usual training outfit. instead she had on a long white skirt with fluffy lines pink winter boots.
Her shirt was white with black designs warn under a light pink over sweater.
Nothing too heavy, since the weather was starting to become more mild with spring approaching.

Kiss Kiss stayed perched on her trainer's shoulder, the hear cheeked Pikachu also following the row of books even though she had noi dea what they said.

"Hmm..."
One soot slid past the other in mid sway, as Rosie's search took her to higher tears.
She paused, balancing with her legs crossed before she perked up, her eyes brightening as she found the book she was looking for.
But it would appear that it was much too high for her to reach, as she stretched a hand out in an attempt to touch it.

Rosie was not going to be able to reach the book, and once she realized that, the thought that she needed to find a stool popped into her head.
Before she had the opportunity to look around though, Kiss Kiss has hopped off of her shoulder, and onto the higher shelf, to help Rosie get the book.

Blinking a couple of times at Kiss, Rosie perked up, reaching a hand up to point to the book she wanted, but paused when a voice to her left drew her attention away.
"Huh?" The blond turned, mouth falling slightly open as she noticed someone was standing there, looking down the aisle at her.
"Oh, Hello." She greeted.
Rosie didn't know this girl, but she looked nice, very cute, and her pokemon was one that Rosie knew to be a Ditto.

Arching her eyebrows, Rosie lowered herself back down, letting her hands rest on the shelf in front of her.
"Oh wooow, its a Ditto. I've never seen one in person before."
She spoke softly, to keep the noise levels appropriate for the library.

Rosie watched with fascination as the blob with the adorable beady eyes and wide smile moved, and jiggled down its trainer's arm.
When invited to pick the Ditto up, Rosie's own smile brightened, giving her smile to the girl, before she turned and walked toward the outstretched arm, hands reaching to cup on either wide of the white blob, being careful to get a feel for the Pokemon before she felt comfortable lifting it up.

"Your name is Opal?" Rosie asked quietly, giving it a gentle smile "I think its a perfect name for you~"

The blond let out a light giggle when the girl reminded Opal of their location, and why they needed to be quiet.
Rosie though it was cute that the pokemon got so excited when meeting new people.

"oh?" Rosie blinked at the women, then tilted her head and moved her hands just as the women had suggested to her, waiting to see what would happen.
"My name is Rosie, Rosie Ewell." She introduced with a smile to the women, and then to Opal.
She felt a pressure on her shoulder, and not surprised to see yellow fur at the corner of her eye.
"And this is Kiss Kiss."

The Pikachu smiled brightly, waving a paw down at the Ditto. "Pikaaachu~"

"Its nice to meet you both, thats your name?" She asked the trainer.

Rosie's mouth fell open in a look of surprise and pleasure as the Ditto preformed her little trick, amazed with the way the white blob was able to move its body like that.
She let out a little giggle when the Ditto bumped into Kiss Kiss, The Pikachu just smiling and waving a paw in forgiven, leaning forward to offer a gentle nuzzle to the other pokemon.
"Pika~"

Rosie's hand reached out to clasp Ivory's "Ivory~" Rosie said, with a friendly air "its a beautiful name, like Opal."
She smiled, shaking the girls hang politely before she tilted her head.
"Was there something I could help you with Ivory? you sounded like you needed something?" She asked, going back to the way the women had approached Rosie and Kiss.
