The setting takes place in the city, much like Seattle in population and hustle bustle but less coastal, however there is some beach. (berry and i call it Silvermont) NOTE: theres about 10years of development behind this city so if theres any questions Please oh please feel free to ask.
It was after school and Gabe was Free! Him and Ell had decided to meet up at the mall food court to share some grub and play games in the arcade, possibly doing a mall crawl and check out the latest and greatest stuff there. d**k had mentioned something about Corny sending a dream or two to meet them up there and Gabe was cool with it. He really wanted to meet his fellow dreams and would make sure elliotte would be social with them as well, whoever met them there.
Gabe munched on his piece of pizza and tossed a slice over to elliotte.

Ara snatched the pizza from the air just before Ell grabbed it. "Way to show respect to a lady Gabe." she reprimanded before taking a bite.
Elliotte shot her a dirty look. " That was lame Ara." He reached over to snag his own piece. "It'll make you fat." He informed her before he took a bite.

Chadrick looked around the large mall a moment, soaking it in. It seemed pretty busy today. Reaching the food court, he easily spotted the other dreams that he was supposedly meeting; particularly the pretty girl with the wings... He also saw pizza, his favorite, and quickly headed over. "Hope you weren't waiting too long." He said, pulling up a chair for himself and sitting in it backward, leaving his tail feathers to lay freely and resting his arms on the seat back. "I was supposed to bring my sister, but she chickened out last minute." Then he smiled. "For those who may not know, or remember, I'm Chadrick. Chad for short."

Gabe gave his lopsided grin and welcomed him with a slice of pizza, "We saved some for you, allthough we had to stop Ara from eating it all!" He tossed teasingly at her with a wink. "Im Gabriel, just as a reminder. My buddy over there,"He jerked a thumb at the cat-boy across the table, "Is Elliotte, Aka Dj Lucid. The pretty one is Arabelle, but we all call her Ara." His ears flicked at the noises around them, finishing the intros with a smile.

Ara made a face at Gabe. "You don't have to be so rude Gabriel." she responded sweetly. "And it isn't polite to fib. You, sir, seem to be the one on your third piece." She gave Chad a finger wave. "Hey Chad. I haven't seen you around much but hopefully that will change when I start attending school."
Elliotte grunted in recognition of the introduction and finished chewing and swallowed his bite of pizza before turning to Chad. "Chad huh. You're the guy that likes to tempt people to beat your face in at school right?" He asked with a grin, offering his hand for a fist bump.

He nodded as each name was announced, and couldn't help but give Ara an extra smile. "You'll be around school then? That's cool. We could use some pretty girls there." He gladly took a large bite out of his slice, chewing happily. At Elliote's comment, he had to swallow quickly before laughing and completing the offered fist bump. "Yeah, that'd be me. I can't help it if they leave themselve so open to being so gullible every day. Don't even have to try."

"Sounds like fun, im gonna have to get in on that if theyre that gullible!" He gave a hearty laugh, "So after we eat we were thinkin about hanging out at the arcade and just check out some stores here....what you wanna do first? I mean you been here before?" He finished his last share of pizza and cleaned his face with the napkin he had, promptly chucking it in the nearby garbage.

Ara gave Chad a very open friendly smile. "Yeah I should be starting school sometime in the next few days. I'm so excited! I can't wait to start meeting new people. and from the sound of things I get to try to keep these two out of trouble." She stuck her tongue out a Elliotte.
He nodded. "Yeah, I can tell that a lot of people in that hellhole aren't that bright." Tearing another bite from his pizza he chewed and swallowed before adding, "I just kinda want to start something. Maybe knock some sense into them."

He shrugged lightly. "Yeah. They're more brawn than brains. I don't even know why I haven't gotten bored of them yet. It's just too easy." He shook his head at Elliote with another laugh. "I think all you'd do is knock out whatever bit of sense they do have. The school would be ticked if you took away their football team." Looking between Gabe and Elliotte, he nodded and gave Ara a knowing and playful grin. "Yeah. These two totally look like trouble."

Gabe looked smug at the comment and crossed his arms over his chest, "Yep, thats right. We are trouble. At times i think its my middle name!" With that he got up and stretches into the air with a yawn, "Allright im totally full. Im thinkin we work it off and find some cool stores, "He pulled out a card, "Plastic for the win. Suggestions for first stop?" Gabe getting a grin leaned over and dangled the card over the girls head, "Ara?"

She gave Gabe a glare. "Just because I'm female doesn't mean I'm a shopping freak. It does however mean I have more brains." She stood, ignoring the card dangling over her head. "Though I do personally think we should stop by the comic book shop. I'm feeling the need for new manga."
El shook his head. "At least it would make their faces prettier." He stood and stretched before glancing over at Ara. "Comic books huh? Not too bad of an idea." He glanced over at Chad. "What you think?" He looked over to Gabe. "You gonna clean up your pizza or just continue flirting with Ara?"

Nice. This group was already pretty interesting. "Oh geez. I said we needed more pretty faces at school, but I didn't mean theirs!" Inhaling a second slice, he pushed up as well. "Comics are fine with me. I don't read them much, but from time to time."

After cleaning up, Gabe began to wander in the general direction towards the comic book shop, eyeballing the dark looking stores on the way interestedly. "Yea im not much into the comics myself, I more like magazines about inking and piercing, allthough Ara has occasionally found me some ill read." He shrugged and stood in the brightly colored doorway grinning at Ara, "Ladies first." Giving a mock bow.

Shaking her head Ara used an open hand to give Gabe a facepalm with a gentle shove as she walked by him. "You are so mature Gabe that I think you'll become an old man before long if you keep it up." she informed him, disappearing between shelves as she headed for the manga.
Elliotte followed the group a little at a distance looking around at people they passed. At the door to the shop he stopped and with a tail twitch turned away to lean on the railing looking down at the floor below them.

About to head into the shop as well, Chad looked back when he noticed Elliotte wasn't going in. The cat must not be into manga either. Still, there could be something else in the store that he didn't know about, and he did love reading. He headed on in, and meandered through the aisles, glancing over the items only briefly, talons ticking lightly against the floor, audible now that they were out of the busy hall.
