Choosing a letter...
Basically, you choose a letter a-z... Then, when the last person posts a number/letter when they have all been chosen, I count the letters in that persons name. (for example, a guy may choose 't' and the last person to choose has 20 letters in there name. He's out.) Then, I count the second to last, and so on...

Same for letter, as each time a letter is out, the number that corresponds with that letter is out. (a-1, b-2, c-3, d-4, etc...)
