Would it be water? Or air? Maybe fire? Earth possibly? Or! Lightning? Personally I would have the fire bending powers. Burn stuff

Earth.
It's can be pretty effective against other elements, especially with metal bending.
And commenting on the post above mine, as an Earth bender, you could levitate a section of rock in the air and stand on it, which would kind of be like flying. biggrin

I enjoy all four elements, but water is my favorite. It's mostly everywhere and you can heal yourself, freeze stuff, or ( in dire need) control people.

I love the ideals of the monks
and air (too me) seems one of the
least violent elements.

Water I just love the art, plus even with water you can fly, just freeze your shoes, lift it in the air and go lol.

I would love to have Water. It really goes well with me. I'm not stable and strong enough for earth, neither am I ruthless and precise enough to control fire, neither am I quick and...leaf like... to have wind. Yea, water's good for me.
