Again, Dakota found herself standing in front of a group of dogs, most looking towards her expectantly. She stepped up on the large stump again and faced them smiling and wagging her tail lazily. "Hello again," she said, "I'm happy to see so many of you return today. I hope you're ready for some fun and hard work, and yes, they can coincide." She chuckled at her little joke. Stepping down from the stump, she walked towards the other dogs there. "We're going to be doing some drills today that I have been doing since I was a pup. They're simple once you get the hang of them, and will build up your speed, stamina and strength." She walked to the other side of the group and turned to face them. "Everyone ready?" she asked, a sly smile on her face. "Let's go!" she took off running, not giving any warning. She dashed across the short distance of the park into the nearby woods, leaving the others to either follow her or stay behind.

Demon watched his sister drone on and on. He was ready to get this thing in gear. He sat and grumbled to himself, kicking a loose pebble across the grass. He looked around at all the newbies and scoffed. He couldn't believe he'd have to work with this untrained group of wet nosed losers, but he did have to admit that some of them showed some promise. At least one was already wearing the harness they'd need for the sled. He chuckled at that. Either he was dumb and just playing dress up, or he really knew his stuff. His eyes followed as Dakota strode to the other side of the recruits. He was ready for what she was about to do, but he knew the newbies wouldn't be. He sat and waited to see what they would do when she took off, a sneer on his face.

Damon watched Dakota give her speech and descend into the fray of new recruits. He was proud of his sister for becoming leader and happily obeyed her orders during training. She had told him to play along and act like he didn't know what to do when she started, so he sat across from Demon and waited. Once Dakota left, he sat silently, almost statuesque waiting to see what they would do.
