Sonika flopped on her couch after a long day at work , staring out her window at the busy city below. In all honesty she was hoping for snow , but the weather obviously had different plans giving her one of the warmest winters she had ever seen (granted she had only seen a few but still ). Sonika let out a sigh ,for the first time in a wile she had found her self with some free time and desperately wanted to do something. After a moment Sonika turned on her radio ,the melody that played was a fast past little number ,but it fill Sonika with the wish to dance and like lighting and idea struck her. Why not have a girls night out, she could invite some of her coworkers for a night on the town. Sonika jumped over her couch and dung her cell phone out from her purse [Hey It's Friday who's up for a night on the town : Sonika] she taped a way on her cell phone. Looking threw her contact she thought for a moment "Hmmm probably shouldn't invite any student's. All right let's see Luka, Meiko , Haku,and Sweet Ann " she sent the message as well as posted it to her twitter.

Ann nearly bursted out of the sweats and heavy T-shirt she wore. A night with just the girls! Finally! She held herself tightly to hold the moment in when she heard the buzz from her pocket and jumped back. After getting herself calm she flipped the phone open and nearly screamed. "CRESCENDO?! Uwaaaaahhhhh" She hopped and dashed for her closet. Should she wear her trademark white gown or something more...flirty? She flipped through various articles of clothing when she found something that nearly made her squeal with delight.


A beautiful white and navy blue trimmed short skirt lay on her bed along with with a lace cardigan wrap with sleeves edging towards her elbows, some nice blue stockings, and wonderful white boots with a blue heel. She place a long black glove on her left arm and squealed in delight, won't the girls awe over her spectacular outfit? She placed a navy blue rose beside the the entire ensemble and slid off her glove and ever so gently placed it by the other clothes. Soon she would have dazzling curls to match this wonderful outfit and soon she would gain attention of the crowd.

Sonika headed down the stairs of her apartment, her boot clicking on the marble stars. When she reached the bottom she stopped to check her mail box, finding nothing she placed her keys back into her purse and headed out the door. Sonika stood in her door way for a moment testing the night air, finding it favorable she headed down her stoop jumping the last few stairs. After words she started down the block following it in till it came up on the main road and hooked a left. Sonika could have called for a cab but she decided against it, she was way early and the club was only a few blocks away from her apartment.

Around haft way to the club Sonika checked her watch only to see the she was running out of time; luckily there was a back alley that she could take to save time. When she reached the alley she turned right and was happy to find that the garbage had been taken out so there was little chance of the smell coming off on her.

Al walked down the streets of the city when a curious sight caught his eye, across the street not far from where he was, was Sonika. She seemed to be in a bit of a hurry but he figured he could at least say hello that was in till he saw her walk into an alley. Wondering just what the hell Sonika was doing in a dark alley at night, he made his way across the street and followed her. When he reached the entrance of the alley he could easily see the club on the other side and assumed that’s where she was heading.

Al was about to call out when a thought crossed his brain, an evil smile made it way to his face as he made his way down the alley. As quietly as he could Al snuck up behind Sonika throwing one of his arms around her neck ,not hard enough to hurt her but just enough to where she couldn’t get away “Where are you doing here!” he said in a threatening voice, taking hold of one of her shoulders with his free hand. Al had to bit his lip to keep from laughing , he knew she would be pissed but she had made it far too easy.

Al winced that the pain in his gut, it was enough to make him folded over but he still managed to stay standing. His grip on his friend quickly loosened as he started righting himself. He should have seen this coming he had known Sonika forever and she was no easy target, but as usual he was overcome by impulse. He released her neck holding only her arm “Whoa Sonika ,It’s me” he yelled taking a few steps back to avoid any other attacks.

Despite the dulling pain in his body Al couldn’t help but smile “You know you hit pretty hard for a girl.” he said straightening himself out gently rubbing his arm. Al took a few careful steps towered Sonika “ I couldn’t help myself you made it so easy. I mean come on, an attractive young women walking alone down a dark alley way, you were filling every horror film cliché there is, you have no one to blame but yourself. If anything you should happy it was me and not some kind of killer.” He said in a matter of fact tone. Al looked over to the street to where the club was “Why are you even here why not just go around it would have only took another ten minutes ?” he asked ,it seemed odd that Sonika would put herself in such a situation just because she was too lazy to go around.
