Physical Description:
Seiji has messy cut raven black hair that turns indigo in a certain lighting and dark brown in another, and his eyes are a cross between olive green and liquid gold, leaning more towards the gold. His skin is pale, but tells of a person who has seen a healthy enough amount of sun. He is neither fat nor thin, though a little on the tall, lanky side, but with a fair amount of muscles from all his training. He never wears any specific type of clothing, and he'd rather infiltrate Hueco Mundo alone and naked than put on any kind of uniform. Seiji has a scar on his back from when he was attacked by a Hollow when a gang surprise-attacked him and his sister.
Personality:
Seiji is a quiet person; he doesn't like to talk and he doesn't like to be talked to. He's serious nearly all the time and he's super sensitive when it comes to the topic of family and friends. He's got the personality and aura of a born leader, but he's lost confidence in himself and always chooses to be the follower instead, afraid that he might choose the wrong options. In battle and out of battle, Seiji will always be the one who gives his all. He's actually quite the gentleman, and treats females with respect, and he will never judge from appearances. There is a sadness about him, though, and this is what keeps people away from him.
Bow:
Quincy Cross:
A Gothic Cross that had been passed down from his father's family for generations, Seiji's Quincy cross is worn on a black multi bracelet on his right wrist.
Bow Description:
Unlike the traditional bow forms of Quincy bows, Seiji's Quincy bow comes in the shape of a crossbow. Its' handle resembles a rifle and he doesn't need to manually pull back the string to form reiryoku arrows. It is completely black, but with silver finishes, and is about as long as his forearm.
Skills:
- Archery - He gained this later on when his father took him from his mother and taught him the ways of the Quincy.
- Parkour - He had to learn this on his own as a child to escape from gang members when he was younger. This skill is the reason why he is particularly speedy and agile; enough to make a pro gymnast jealous. Because he had never taught his sister this, they were cornered one day and she died because she couldn't escape the Hollow attack in that particular area.
Biography/History:
Seiji was born as the elder of twins, Reikai being his younger twin sister. They grew up in a secluded home, but even then they were content. They had a father who was almost always never home, and their mother had died when they were seven. The two befriended a boy named Kenji and the trio became inseparable. When Kai and Seiji were both 16 when they were caught in an unexpected gang attack. Seiji tried to protect her as they both tried to escape. All attempts were almost unsuccessful, but they ran into a dead end and a Hollow descended on them at the same moment. Seiji received a scar on his back trying to protect his sister, but he failed to do so.
His father intervened at that moment, but it was too late and his sister was already gone. Seiji was taken away from that region by his father and that's when he found out that he was descended from a Quincy line. He was home-schooled for the rest of his middle school and he's only just joined Karakura high school as a senior. His father taught him about the Hollows, and the Shinigami, as well as Arrancar and Vizards, and he's hoped that Reikai has gone to a better place and not ended up as a Hollow as his father has suggested might have happened to her...

Abilities:
- Reiryoku Absorption - Like any other Quincy, Seiji fuels his abilities by absorbing the Reiryoku of his surroundings in the form of spirit particles. They primarily absorb them from the atmosphere, and have an easier time collecting this energy in environments with higher concentrations of spiritual particles, such as Soul Society or Hueco Mundo.
- Reiryoku Manipulation - Seiji can manipulate spiritual energy for offensive purposes. They most commonly reshapes spiritual particles into various types of bow and arrows, but can also concentrate spiritual energy into the form of swords or explosives. In Seiji's case, he forms his crossbow and arrows out of Reiryoku.
- Hirenkyaku - Similar to the Shinigami Flash Steps or the Arrancar Sonído, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances. To perform the technique, the user gathers spiritual particles under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can also be used to hover or fly for long distances.
Special Accessories:
- Hollow Bait - This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts hollows when crushed.
- Quincy Cross - Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. [It also grants him the ability to withstand a little more spiritual pressure than normal humans]
- Gintō - Small silver cylinder capsules that store spiritual energy in a liquid form, and are used by Quincy for spell-casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kidō.
Gintō Powers/Attacks:
- Heizen - This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!"
- Gritz - This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!"
- Wolke - This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. It is activated by the command "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!"
- Sprenger - This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon can the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time.
Bow Powers/Attacks:
- 羽ペンボレー// Hane Pen Borē // Volley of Quills - Seiji shoots literally a volley of Reiryoku arrows in the shape of quills from his crossbow. They embed into his opponent's skin and the high molecular movement will stun his oppnonent's nerves much like high voltage electricity. Used much like Licht Regen.
- 洗顔動作のカラス // Sengan Dōsa no Karasu // Preening Raven - Seiji's Reiryoku arrows are formed in the shape of black feathers once again. When he shoots them, they don't have much speed or power, and they don't hurt at first, but if they touch his opponent, they explode on contact.

Just bold the powers you don't know in your second post(right now you should only know the top two techniques) and then you can learn the rest later. Beyond that, approved.
