The corridors were, of course, a pretty good place to expect a little people-traffic, and usually pokemon too. It wasn't /that/ unusual that pokemon got away from their trainers to 'roam the halls' but it was still a pretty interesting, sometimes funny occurrence. A lot of the time it was more fun for fellow pokemon than it was for fellow trainers, for certain pokemon took the temporary liberty of other pokemon as an invitation for play time; an excuse to go zipping off, knowing that if they were to get into trouble, that was okay, because so would the fellow miscreants!
It somehow made the thought of getting in trouble just... less of a deterrent when others were doing something!
Or of course, sometimes they just saw others having fun and wanted to join in without even thinking of the consequences.
This was Lasi's current attitude.
He'd been allowed to 'roam' out of his ball, following Tambrey around as she moved from library back toward her dorm.
Unfortunately, this let him free to experience the irresistible temptation of other pokemon having fun! He could /hear/ them! Just down the hallway!
"Guh!" He announced to Tambrey, then took off down the hallway in search of the happy sounding little pokemon.
"Wha-? Oh! No! Lasi! Where the frak are you go- Oh f'r..."
Muttering and slightly bemused or perhaps exasperated by the pink Golbat's antics, Tambrey followed him on a path that would collide with the other two pokemon and Valentine.

"GUH BAH!" Lasi announced loudly in ferocious pink cheerfulness as he loomed in friendly fashion over the two little pokemon. He then saw their human too and greeted her with a cheerful grin. Hello new friends!
He didn't even register that his actions might be a little daunting or, perhaps, even scary to some. Just because he was pink didn't mean he didn't look like a Golbat.
But the human and the pokemon seemed to have stopped playing. His face took on a slightly confused, slightly disappointed expression. He'd missed out on the game already? He'd only just known it was happening!
"Guh..."

Tambrey caught up around now and stopped, taking a moment to assess the situation; was anything on fire? Was anything being eaten that should not be eaten? Was Lasi on anybody's face? When all three of these turned out to be 'no', she took a final couple of steps forward and eyed the 'heap of pokemon' and then the other Rocket.

"Erm. Hello." She eyed Lasi. Should she tell him off or not... Hm. She decided to wait to see what he'd been doing. "Sorry if he's being trouble..."

"Lasi! Don't scare the poor things!" Tambrey found herself scolding the bat a little as she watched Linnor running for her trainer, apparently frightened by the jolly pink Golbat.
"Guh..." The oddly coloured pokemon looked a little bit hurt at the idea of another pokemon being frightened of him and reached out a wing pleadingly almost at the retreating Igglybuff.
Of course he cheered right up when the Togepi showed no fear of him and gave a huge grin back at the little egg pokemon. Friend!
He attempted a clumsy half-dance sort of wave with his wing in return to the Togepi's wave, hopping up and down a little.
He'd already completely forgotten he'd just been scolded, but still, he hoped he could become unscary to that Igglybuff. He wanted to be friends with all the pokemon and that would be difficult if they found him scary, he was sure.

"Keep away..? Hm. Lasi there's got a similar habit... 's just his usually involves dashing off because he smelt something good t' eat..." Tam' smiled then looked at the hand. Ooh. Introductions. She reached out to mirror the action and take ahold of the offered hand.
"Tambrey. Or Tam. Or Brey... I'm not really sure on any of them but I get called all of them. 'S nice to meet you too." She looked from pokemon to the girl in front of her again. She hoped what she came out with next sounded like the friendly inquiry she intended it to be, but she was aware that sometimes she just didn't get the tone right.
"I hope you don't mind me saying, but going by the stages these two are at, the playfulness and the... uh... chasing them down the halls, I'll guess you haven't been here long nor had them for too long?"

"Er... Well. Maybe only b'cause it's kind o' the same thing I had to put up with when I first got another couple of pokemon." Tambrey explained. "As you can see, with the one of them I still have to put up with this nonsense..."

She jabbed a thumb in the direction of the happy pink bat who was, as the Togepi was scooped up and more at his level, proceeded to try and pull funny faces at the two other pokemon. He was hoping to make them laugh, trying to win over the Igglybuff as well, though he perhaps hadn't really thought through using this method to achieve such a thing.

"Don't worry... It gets easier." She wasn't really lying after all; they were, she reasoned to herself, talking about taking care of, and training, pokemon, not about simply being in Team Rocket. "It gets easier and they get a little easier to handle; once y've got a couple trained, you end up with friends that'll help you with training the others."

The grunt spared a look for the couple of pokemon in Val's arms.
"A handful as they might be, 's probably good you have two. Single pokemon can get... a little uppity and sometimes just a little jealous if they've been the only one on a team f'r a while... Those two look like good friends already."

Tambrey give advice? Huh.
The grunt eyed her bat, playing with the other two still, and smiled as she supposed that, well, her team truly wasn't all that terrible. They were good pokemon and she hadn't done so bad a job...
Except with Neph.
Neph was still just a little bit frightening. The thought snapped her back from her musing and provided her with some ideas.

"That would do it. Coming onto a team with eachother in the same sort of boat... And you have another pokemon? In that case, my advice would be t' get them to help if you can... Pokemon can often relate to eachother in ways that, y'know, a trainer and a pokemon might not; they can be competing buddies, best friends, rivals, enemies... All sorts. And anyone o' those things, actually, can affect the training of any pokemon on the team... Personally I think the whole... 'friend' and 'rival' relationships are the most helpful." She indicated the bat, "Lasi there is just a goofball but he tries hard, especially against Pygi and Palu- my two Pidgeotto. I guess sharing a type is somewhat good for encouraging competition... And now I'm rambling. Not actually sure if any of that counted as... advice. Or helpful. But there you are. I mean... most of my break-throughs have been luck to be honest"

The Golbat was slowly working out the faces that both the little pokemon liked and the ones that scared the Igglybuff. He began trying to make those that were, apparently, less scary and attempting others like them. This was still fun for him and began to pause now and then, trying to encourage the other two to make faces back.

"Well, then I'm glad I can be at least a little bit helpful," Tambrey beamed, truly pleased that her advice hadn't just been a complete and utter jumble of unhelpful words. "Do you mind me asking about y'r other pokemon by the way? 's just, you confirmed you had one- and I've seen these two adorable ones," Tambrey indicated the cute, face-making baby pokemon, smirking at the game they were playing with the rather large pink bat and finding it hard to look away when Linnor made the smooshy face "But you've not talked much about your other pokemon? What are they like?"

Lasi was pleased as the Togepi started making faces back and paused his own, for a moment, to watch the little pokemon's efforts.
He was having a lot of fun playing with the little pokemon... Now if only...
Aha!
He stood there, shocked for just a few seconds, but his happy grin (beyond his normal grin) frozen to his face, before he attempted, very badly, to puff his own 'cheeks' out; unfortunately, his own physiology rendered that impossible, but he did still look rather silly just trying to. He quicky moved on and back to his silly faces, with occasional sounds now, redoubling his efforts to 'play' now that both pokemon were joining in.

"Guh!" Lasi exclaimed, laughing with delight at the little balloon pokemon as Linnor kept puffing out her cheeks and moreso when the Togepi started reaching across to push them in again.
Once he'd regained some control over how amused he was by the game, the pink bat covered (or mostly covered) his 'face' with his wings, for a few seconds, before playing 'peekaboo' and suddenly uncovering his face again.
"Guh!" He loved being able to play. He'd not been very good at these games as a Zubat- it was hard to play like this without being able to 'see'- so as a Golbat, he tried to play often and very, very clearly had a lot of fun.

Tambrey smirked and gave a tiny snort of amusement.
"Boared" She muttered to herself, without thinking, and then caught herself. "Ah... So. Um, a Tepig? Exotic." The grunt thought for a moment. "He has trouble focusing?" Well that would be familiar...
