Misaki Shinonome

Misaki entered the dorm where she would be staying at. She couldn't understand her aunt and uncle. How could they accept these other creatures...? How could they forgive the demons that killed her parents? Misaki could never forgive them. She never would as long as she lived no matter what her aunt and uncle said. This academy wouldn't do anything to change her mind.

She carried her luggage to a room that seemed empty and dropped her things on the ground. She didn't feel like unpacking at the moment. She fell back onto her bed and stared at he ceiling.

Suzume had finished getting ready. It was the weekend and she had no homework. At least, she didn't think she had any. She was ready to go and get out to see the world.

But first, she might do some work arund the dorm. There was no one around at the moment, but she wanted to decorate her room with the things she brought from home.

She was in another country right now and she wasn't entirley sure if this place would be located on the map. Suzume busied herself with hanging all her lucky charms and making her room look more like home.

If it's not any fun, then why bother?" .

"I don't get what people get so worked up.


Suzume heard someone downstairs. She finished up decorating her room and decided to see who her dorm mate was. Her dorm mates were rarely around so Suzume never really had the chance to meet them. If they did come, Suzume was asleep already or something.

She dashed down the stairs and ran through every room until she came upon a girl int he kitchen eating pudding and drinking strawberry milk. Suzume blinked and then grinned at the girl. "You look like you're from my country!? It's so great to see someone from my country! This is great! My name is Suzume Tachibana! You are?" Suzume exclaimed as she rushed towards the girl.

If it's not any fun, then why bother?" .

Ah! The sound of her native language sounded wonderful too! Suzume felt like she would be good friends with this girl. She grinned at her happily. "Dōzo, Dōzo Misaki-chan! May I call you that or perhaps I am being a bit too familiar with you? You can always call me Suzu-chan if you want! So where are you from? My family travels around most of the time, but I was born in the Hokkaido region!"

Suzume started to examine the girl. By the looks of her appearance, she seemed to be a priestess of some sort. She had an air of elegance around her or perhaps it was just her long hair.

((My reason is stupid. 8D I knew Japanese and then I learned English and now I can't remember much anymore. *sobs* ))

Suzume was reminded a little bit of home as she discussed such topics with Misaki. These were normal conversations between the people that she would meet back at her country. Suzume felt that she and Misaki would be best friends.

"How about Mii-chan then? Would you mind that either? Because I feel like we're probably going to be good friends." Suzume asked happily.

"Wow a priestess? That's really cool! You must have strong spiritual powers or something! Me? I'm not that special. I'm just a dancer! I also play the Koto too! But I can't fight at all. So what did you just come back from?" Suzume noticed the three swords on Misaki. She wondered how Misaki could carry so many weapons. Suzume was certain she would cut herself with one of those. "Did you come back from training? I'm guessing since you have your swords on you."

Of course Suzume would love to get outside. She was inside all day trying to decorate her room. Going outside would be a nice change of pace! "Of course! We should go outside! It's a weekend after all! I suggest we take the train and go to the beach. Across that ocean is our country, right? I think? I'm not sure where Rosentale is located on the map. But the ocean is connected with the Nihonkai right? So in a sense, we can be looking out to our homeland."

Suzume started to head out to the kitchen, itching to get going to see the ocean. She was a little homesick, mostly because she missed her family. But it will be fine because Suzume will see them soon after she gets her education. She was making a lot of nice friends here anyways.

She waited by the door for Misaki to put away her swords so they could leave for the beach.

((Due to my stalking skills, I know the destination is beach. xD ))

If it's not any fun, then why bother?" .

Juliet walks into her dorm. She throws her bag in a corner, goes to her bed and falls down, "Oof! What a day it was!" she moans, "Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day..."

She goes to the kitchen, drinks some water and eats a sandwich. She washes her face and hands and then goes to bed. She pulls up her blanket and goes to sleep.
----time passes..morning comes----
Juliet wakes up because the curtains were open and the sun rays were falling directly on her. She yawns and gets up from her bed, "Oofff! What a bright morning...uhm.. is it the first day of winter on last day of fall?" she asks her self as she pulls her disheveled hair back, *yaaaawwwnnnn* "Well, upsie daisy for me!" she says and gets up from her bed.

She washes up at the kitchenette sink and makes herself some warm breakfast.
"Ah! Lovely Saturday!" she says as she looks at the academy from the kitchenette window.

She walks to her bedroom and packs up her bag. She puts some wrapped up sandwiches in it and the novel she was reading. "Guess I'll head off to the area outside the school." she says as she leaves her dorm.
