An establishment recently opened by a group of ice dragons led by Sirrush from Anadyr, Russia. Leaving their cold homeland to further expand their territory, they have built a home in the sky. Coming to the "mortal" places, they are subject to their laws. Needing a source of income, the "Zamorozhennye Pik" (Frozen Peak) Skyscraper was built, and on the top 2 floors, one of the most highly respected restaurants. A shadow passes across those sleeping, but no-one sleeping does awaken~Hazen Yami~  Hazen had arrived at the top floor and was quickly showed to her table by one of the ice dragons. She loved this restaurant not only for the food, but it was more secluded and it was not uncommon to find another dragon with in the top floors. Taking a sip of her wine she looked out the window the star filled night sky clear to her gold eyes.
Though many here lay down to sleep- Very few will ever rise again.

| Doragon Sureiyā | Dragon Slayer "You know nothing of true pain in this world..." Walking into one of the restaurants he was told about once he first came to the academy. Koga decided to finally try it out, especially now his stomach was growling of intense hunger. He walked up to the greeting desk while he awaited to get shown to his seat he picked up her sent as his eyes shifted over to Hazen while they locked on to her. The waiter walked up to him to show him his table, but Koga decided to join her. "I am with someone..." Pointing towards Hazen, the waiter nodded as he walked him over to her table. Koga looked back to the waiter who escorted him there as he nodded to thank him, taking his seat across from Hazen he seemed to be glad to see her again. "Well, long time no see. Miss Yami....How have you been??.." He asked with a innocent smile. "So please let me educate you on what I've done.."

A shadow passes across those sleeping, but no-one sleeping does awaken~Hazen Yami~ Hazen smiled as she stood setting her wine glass onto the table. "Why hello Mr. Ukata. It has been a while since we have last meet. Please sit down." she motioned for him to have a seat across from her in the lush black seat. "So what bring you here my friend?" she said taking another sip of the red liquid.
Though many here lay down to sleep- Very few will ever rise again.

| Doragon Sureiyā | Dragon Slayer "You know nothing of true pain in this world..." Koga nodded to her once she requested him to take his stead an so he did as she requested. Looking around for a moment at the great detail of the restaurant he grinned at the promising quality of food around here. Finally she asked him what brought him here and so he decided to explain how he managed to make his way here. "Well truthfully it was pure luck to run into you here, but since I was so new around here I wanted to find out how good the food was.....And I came along some towns people who directed me this way...." Once that said he picked up the menu and began to browse through it with a large smile onto his face, like a kid would have into a candy store look. Finally he decided to keep the talking going so he angled down the menu book as he looked at her. "So what brings you into this restaurant???" He asked with a curious tone. "So please let me educate you on what I've done.."

 -Sora Toga | Leader of the Aero Branch- Sora had arrived to the top floor and was soon showed to a table, while he was walking to the table he noticed Hazen who was with Ukata. "That must be Hazen Yami, well I don't want to interrupt them. Who knows maybe they are on a date." Sora started thinking and was joking about the date, with a grin as he did a side glance towards her then looked back. Anyway Sora was brought to a table and soon ordered some wine and food, which came out quickly. Sora liked the view from up on the top floor and enjoyed the service along with it being secluded and had good food. As soon as Sora's wine and food arrived he started eating, then after he finished he grabbed his wine and took a sip as he watched the night sky.

You have not notice who the owners are of this tower are?" she asked teasing him. "I have been friends with the owners for decades know. It is relaxing to come to such a quiet place and the view is wonderful. And it is all ways good to know that there are similar being in the area." she said taking a sip of her wine. Feeling eyes on her back her purple eyes darted to the Aero Branch leader Sora Toga. Making a quick nod in greeting she smirked. "It seams that another friend has found my little hiding spot."

Koga grinned towards her comments towards the place giving it a good feeling to be within the wall of the restaurant. Looking over to the bar waiter he lifted the menu showing him to sent some Sake down his way whenever possible. Koga looked back at Hazen with a smile as he began to flick through the menu once again. "Decades huih?....I didn't realize that I am sitting with a geezer....." He joked while his smile grew bigger as he began to lick his lips in happiness to see how much he should order in such big quantities. Finally he looked up at her with her last comment as his eyes where only focused onto Hazen he nodded. "Well, lets not make him think we are in love or on a date.....And I know you find it hard to resist me Miss Yami, but you need to socialize with others as well...." He spoke with a jester tone. Standing up out of his seat he waved he looked up to the man as he pulled out a chair at teh end of the table for him. "Care to join us Sir?" "So please let me educate you on what I've done.."

-Sora Toga | Leader of the Aero Branch- Sora looked hearing koga and looked to see that he was being invited over to them which he just smiled and nod. Sora then got up and grabbed his wine and walked over, then sat in the seat. "Well I did not want to interupt your date, but I guess thank you for inviting me over." Sora said as he sat down with a smile as he them turnned alittle to look at the night sky one more time as he took a sip of his wine. Sora always liked the sky and how free it was so he always looked at it when ever he had time to. Sora then looked back towards the two with a smile as he drank alittle from his wine.

Eyes darting to the man who is know sitting next to her she set down her cup and a small smile graced her lips. "Ah, and here I thought my allure was the one bating you sir." she teased as Sora took a seat. "I am sorry to inform you but we are not on a date simply luck has brought us together hear." she said with a smile crossing her arms.

-Sora Toga | Leader of the Aero Branch- Sora looked at Hazen and heard her trying to tease him which was working, but two can play at that game. Sora looked at Hazen with a smile. "Oh so your still single then and here I thought a pretty girl like yourself would have tons of guys asking you out." Sora said in an honest but alittle bit of a teasing tone of voice. "Hm just simple luck and here we are three leaders of each branch sitting here having a drink." Sora said as he looked at Hazen and then at both of them with a smile. "So what brings you both here." Sora said as he then took a sip of his wine as he looked at both of them.

It is indeed interesting to see what brave soul ventures to try and sweep this lady off her feet." she chuckled and took a sip of her wine. "I come to this place simply to get away from the hustle and bustle of the academy. It is my home but I love the view this tower can give that my home can not." she answered simply and truthfully. "What about yourself?"

Koga nodded to the man that made it to the table, he was a very polite one which it seemed at first he was intruding onto what thought to be a date between him and Hazen. She also had her say about them not dating which made Koga a little curious on what she thought about all of this anyways. He began to zone out into most of the conversation as he wandered into to thought about a few things. Finally the words branch leaders caught his attention so he was dying to know who or what this man was. "Yea luck.....So who might you be Sir?...And what Brach are you from???" He was a bit curious about this whole situation. Finally the waiter managed to bring the Sake to Koga who was now getting a little interested into this whole random encounter. Looking at the waiter he passed him the menu with a calm smile. "I'll take the grand feast!, Please and thank you..." He knew the grand feat was meant for a large sum of people but with the roaring gut of the hungry dragon he could easily pack three quarters of the meal into him. The waiter nodded with a surprised look as he ran back into the kitchen. His attention turned back to Hazen with an small smirk " A date with Miss Yami sounds to dangerous for me...." He joked a little as he began to drink his Sake. "So please let me educate you on what I've done.."

-Sora Toga | Leader of the Aero Branch- Sora looked at Hazen and heard her comment. "So that means I have a chance with you, since I would say im a brave soul. And I'm here because the food is good and I like the view, plus to get away from the paper work that keeps piling up on my desk, also like your reason to get away from the hustle of the academy and to enjoy some food before I go and have a drink at my Sakura garden." Sora said as he took a sip from his wine, then he heard the other guys comment and looked at him. "I'm the Aero branch leader Sora Toga." Sora said as he looked at Koga with a smile.

A shadow passes across those sleeping, but no-one sleeping does awaken~Hazen Yami~ Hazen laughed a soft laughed at Koga's words. "That sounds as if you are scared of me Mr. Ukata." she teased "I commend you for your braveness Mr. Toga." she said raising her wine glass to him. Crossing her legs she listened to the two men speak. Taking another sip of her wine her eyes travels to the night sky. Turning back towards the conversation she swirls her glass as she listens.
