Rolled a Three: Grass Field: The breeze from the stadium air conditioners rustles the flat grassland arena that has replaced the default stage. Small clouds of harmless pollen fly through the air from the breeze. The land is completely flat, making maneuverability easy to those build to walk on land. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to GRASS and BUG type attacks.

Genesis entered an empty arena, a scarred Lucario by her side. She had already battled with another one of her Pokémon earlier that day, but she wanted to give Erebos some time to train, as well. The Pokémon in Zatao were a lot more powerful than the ones in her home region and she wanted him to take advantage of it as much as possible.
Erebos knew what his trainer intended, and he accepted it without comment. Ears straining towards any noise he heard, he stood and awaited the arrival of his opponent.

Lecila walked into the stadium and took a deep breath of the fresh grassy field. She preferred this field instead of some other fields that didn't appeal to her. Lecila walked to the platform and started to rise. She plucked one of the pokeballs from her belt and expanding it. "Let's go, Kashti!" Lecila tossed it at the field and popped out the dark rainbow colored Dratini.
Kashti trilled lightly for a moment in contentment as he rolled on the grass momentarily before catching the sight of the other trainer and pokemon. Yes. This is what he was fated to do. Battle. He righted himself and waited for a command.
Lecila smirked lightly at Kashti before pressing the 'Roll' button to see if she can get a higher number on the screen than the other trainer for first move.

Genesis waved tentatively towards the opposing trainer when she appeared. The Rocket Grunt thought the girl looked familiar but she couldn't tell for sure, and she hoped the disguise she had now would prevent the other from recognizing her if that was the case. She was no stranger to the social nightmare of forgetting another's name and hoped to avoid it. Thankfully, battles didn't leave much room for idle chit-chat.
"Good luck," she called before eying the other's Dratini. The Pokémon's evolution wasn't considered a pseudo legendary for nothing -- it would be a tough battle.
Erebos leapt onto the deceptively peaceful stage when the colorful Dratini was brought out, alert and engaged. He could see the other's determination and loyalty right from the get-go and although he approved of it, he would not let it affect his judgement when it came to the battle.
Without waiting for any signal from his trainer, he immediately struck, aiming a Shadow Ball towards the Dratini.
