Renton pulled into his driveway and shut the police truck off before stepping out and walking towards his door. He unlocked it quickly and shuffled in removing his shoes and jacket and sitting on the couch. He pressed the remote for the TV and the fireplace to kick on as he relaxed.

With a rumble and a splash Renton pulled into his driveway and parked his truck next to his classic cars in his driveway. "Well here we are" He said to her with a smile. Pressing a small button on his remote which opened the garagedoor. He pulled in and then turned the truck off

 Ushio opened her eyes slowly and Her body was still shivering from her wet clothes and hair. She cursed quietly as her contact fell out and was very irritating to her eye. She sighed and decided the she needed to take them out as soon as she got inside. She then climbed out of the truck and almost fell due to her body's lack of strength. Her head pounded and she followed him into his house, "Thanks.... again I'm just not used to getting out of trucks like this one" she whispered, as the cold wind blew on her wet hair and clothes. She really didn't want him to know that she was getting sick as a dog because she planned to leave in the morning anyways. She was about to sneeze but she held her breath and pretended to yawn.

Renton helped her into the house. The warmth of the interior made the outdoors feel even colder so Renton quickly shut the door. He took off his jacket and placed his hat and gunbelt on the hooks on the wall "You can use the shower if you want. I have a large supply of hot water so use what you want" Renton said as he fetched some clothes.
"These were my roommates she doesnt want anymore. they should fit you" He said handing her a simply pink shirt and sleeppants. "Just drop the clothes in the basket in the bathroom and i'll be in to get them when your done." He said to her "Dinner will be ready soon" He added in walking to his kitchen

Ushio nodded and slowly made her way over to the bathroom and closed the door. She then took off her contacts and placed them back into into her container and her eyes were relieved somewhat. Her eyes true orange color showed now and she took off her dirty wet clothes and placed them where he told her to. Her body ached and was shivering badly so she quickly entered the hot shower and her body relaxed. After her shower she got out and changed into the pink shirt and the night pants he had given her. She hair was a little damp and she placed the towel around her neck as she drank a bottle of water. Her head still hurt and she had a light fever but she tried to act normal so her wouldn't suspect anything. She then slowly walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table, "thanks for... The shower and the clothes and stuff" she said.

"Ah no problem. All in hospitality in this town" He said to her as the smell of freshly made pasta and steaks filled the air "hope you don't mind steak at all" He said with a smile. as he now wore a plain t-shirt that had the Sheriff's emblem on it and a pair of nightpants aswell "So how long have you been in town?" He asked to her Livivng room and kitchen   A small photo sat on the counter near Renton

Ushio shook her head, "I actually like steak a lot" she said. She tilted her head, "hmm i've been here a week... I usually just sleep in the forest or on a bench since I can't afford an apartment or house..." she said, shrugging. She noticed a picture of a girl, "is she your girlfriend? Shes really beautiful if she is.. She's lucky to have you" she said, trying to start a conversation.

"Oh that is my sister Rebecca actually. She isn't fully my sister but were pretty close. She's a CEO in New York." He said with a smile to her "This is actually the girl of my dreams. She works over at a small shop" He said showing her the picture  Other pictures sat there aswell  "I have a crazy family. How about you? Anyone special or any family?" He asked as he turned around with the frying pan full of steaks. He placed it down "Tkate what ypou want. Rayne should be home soon." He said as he took one steak and a few spoons of pasta

Ushio nodded, "I see well I hope things go well between the two of you... I'll probably be leaving early in the morning and I don't have a any family or relatives, they were all killed when I was younger actually" she said, as she grabbed a steak. She yawned and the sat back down as she started to eat her food.

She yawned and the sat back down as she started to eat her food. "Oh.. sorry" Renton said feeling a little bad "I was curious if you would. Do you have place to go? I mean you can stay here as long as you need" He said to her with a smile as he ate some steak. "I do aswell. I know she's been crazy about me and I've gotten alot of feelings for her but... I can't approach her on it. I just wimp out everytime" He said with red cheek and a laugh

Ushio sighed, "you don't have to be sorry it's not like you killed them" she said. She felt guilty staying here when other people were living here... She felt like she was intruding. "I have a... Friend I can stay with so I'll be fine" she lied. She finished her steak and sneezed lightly. She rubbed her nose softly and then tilted her head, "hmm... Well have you complimented her... Maybe given her some flowers... Done anything that might have brightened her day?" she asked curiously.

"Well... I did get her that old Camaro out there. She loves the thing and drives it. I've done other things. I just can't tell her how I feel. I wish my family was still here. they would know how to kick my butt into asking her out" He said laughing as he ate
"As long as you have somewhere to go to. Noone lives in that part so it's always open for you" He added in to her "So mind me asking who your friend is?" He added in. "Was it that boy with the old car?" He added in hoping he wasn;t intruding.

Ushio didn't hesitate to make up her fictional friend, "oh it's not Jake... i've only known him for a few minutes... my friend is David, he lives over toward the forest, he owns a cabin so I plan to go there tomorrow... David's new here as well so since we came here together but as you can see he had enough money to but a cabin except I had to wait until the purchase went threw... He enjoys the wilderness so its a good fit for both of us I guess"" she said, plainly. She smiled, "Now as for you girl problems, not ask her out tonight... i'll help you if you want" she said. Her skin started to tingle and she felt a little weird and wanted to eat more meat but she ignored it.

Renton knew instantly that the story she gave him was a fake but he ignored it "Thats good. Just know if anything fails this place is an open house to anyone" HE said with a smile as he picked up his dishes and placed them in the washer.
"Do you think you could help me though?" He asked her with a more serious tone but still had his happy tone still in it
